Quirk info: every time she smiles, she paralyses any person she makes eye contact with. They can only move again once she blinks or stops smiling. She can decide when she is using her quirk and when she is not. (Example: she can still smile at someone and they will jot be paralysed unless she wants them to be)

Quirk drawbacks: dry eye and sore jaw and cheek muscles.
