After the whole thing on the roof, Changbin couldn't think straight the rest of the day.  During all his classes, the only thing his mind focused on was that kid.

How does someone just disappear like that?  He asked himself over and over again because it really bothered him.  One minute, he's there, then the next he's not.  He just couldn't wrap his brain around it.

Now, Changbin was sitting on his bed, staring out the window and listening to Jisung and Seungmin talk about X again.

"'You're not dead, but not alive either.  You're just a ghost with a beating heart..' I think that one is my favorite."

"Pft, okay Snail.  My personal favorite is 'I'll never fit in.  That's one of my best qualities..' I think it shows what kind of person he really is,"  Jisung explained his favorite quote to Seungmin, who just rolled his eyes.

"And my favorite quote is 'Shut the fuck up you two dickwads, I'm trying to think..'" Changbin finally had enough of the pair's excessive talk about X's blog.  He had enough going on inside his head and he didn't need the two distracting him.

Jisung quirked an eyebrow at the moody lump on the bed.  "What's wrong with Mogi hm?  What's got our emo all upset?"

Annoyed, Changbin leaned forward and took of his shoe, throwing it at Jisung.  "Yah, I'll stop inviting you over after school if you keep that up," Changbin snapped as he leaned back against the headboard.

"Okay okay, you win.  But seriously dude, what's up?  You've been spacing out all day."

"Yeah," Seungmin suddenly spoke up.  "You were totally gone during Algebra today."

Changbin sighed and rubbed his face with his hands.  He didn't really want to tell the others because he knew that they'd tease him about it, but he needed to tell someone about it or he would go insane.  "Okay look... I went up to the roof top after lunch."

The pair, which had moved from their spots by Changbin's desk to the foot of the bed, stared at him expectantly, but when he didn't continue, Seungmin whined.

"Dude, we know there's more to the story so keep going."

"Okay okay... So I went up to the roof top, just to get some air and to think a bit, but after a couple minutes, this kid comes up to me.  He asks if he can sit, so of course I said sure, and then he introduces himself.  He looked really familiar but I couldn't figure out why right away.  It took a second but then I recognized him as the new third year, the one from Australia that's always in the dance room?  Yeah, it was him," Changbin paused due to the fact that both Jisung and Seungmin we're staring at him, wide-eyed.

Jisung was the one to break that short silence.  "Dude, seriously!?  The Aussie talked to you?"

Changbin furrowed his eyebrows at the question.  "What do you mean 'The Aussie talked to you?'?"

"You're kidding...right?" Changbin was getting tired of the questions.

"No I'm not kidding!  Why is it that some kid talking to me is such a big deal?"

Jisung moved to respond, but Seungmin put his hand over his mouth before he could.  "Just forget Jisung.  He's such a drama queen.  Continue with your story," Seungmin took his hand off of Jisung's mouth, earning him a punch in the shoulder.

Changbin rolled his eyes at the two and continued his story.  "So he introduced himself, I introduced myself, then we just sat there.  Well, we sat there until Woojin dialed me because of how fucking insane you all actually are.  But that's beside the point, when I finished the call with Woojin, I turned back to Felix and he was just gone.  Poof, completely vanished.  It was like he disappeared into thin air.  For the majority of the day, I thought I had just imagined the whole thing to be honest.." Changbin's voice trailed off and he looked back to the window.  His attention was soon brought back to the pair sitting across from him once Jisung started asking questions.

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold on a second.  The Aussie's name is Felix?" Jisung asked in a completely surprised voice, which confused Changbin.

"Uh, yeah?  Did you really not know that?"

As soon as Changbin asked the question, Jisung was on top of him, pinning him against the mattress.  "Are you fucking dumb!?  Like zero people know his name!  He doesn't ever talk to anyone dude!  So no, I didn't know what the fuck his name was!" Jisung was shaking Changbin by the shoulders at this point.

It didn't take long for Changbin to push Jisung off of him and sit back up.  "Calm down dude, geez," He said as he rubbed his shoulder.  "Is that seriously what you're concerned about?  Me knowing his name?  The kid vanished.  How is that less confusing than me knowing his name!?"

Jisung let out a frustrated sigh and fell back on the bed, his head hanging off of the side.  Seungmin laughed and turned to Changbin, who had started rubbing his temples with his palms.  "Look, we're just surprised that he actually talked to you.  I mean, the kid is a total recluse.  He spends the better half of the day in one of the dance rooms, only coming out to fill his water bottle or use the bathroom.  Even Jeongin said that he's totally silent in their art class."

"Yeah, I know... This whole thing just freaked me out and I guess I'm still a little weirded out about it." Changbin sighed and put his hands down.  He was exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep and finally get this day over with.

Jisung and Seungmin left a little after nine, leaving Changbin alone in an empty and quiet house.  His parents had left on a business trip earlier in the week and his sister never really stopped by the house during the week due to her busy schedule.  He didn't really mind the quiet house.  If anything, he preferred it.

It was about a quarter till ten when Changbin decided to head to bed.  Just as he was turning the tv in the living room off, someone knocked on the front door.  Confused, he made his way to the door and opened it slightly.  It took him a second to process who it was that was standing on his front door step and open the door the rest of the way.  Once the door was fully open, the two stood there, staring at each other.

Changbin broke the silence first by offering the other inside.  "Oh, come on in.  I haven't had the chance to clean today so it's a bit messy," He said with a nervous chuckle as he closed the door.

"Oh, that's okay.  It looks pretty clean to me anyway," Felix said softly as he slid his shoes off.  The two then walked to the living room and sat down.

"So," Changbin started after a moment of silence.  "What exactly are you doing here?"

Felix shrugged at the question before he replied.  "Well, my mom gave me this address when we first moved here and said that if I ever needed anything, that I could just come here."

Changbin nodded at Felix's explanation, but eyed him over as if he was looking for something.

"So... Did you need something then?"

"Oh, yeah, we ran out of eggs.  I wanted to make some scrambled eggs but we don't have enough, so I was wondering if I could have a couple?"

He didn't really know why, but Changbin was a bit disappointed with the other's response.

"Sure," Changbin got up from his seat and went into the kitchen.  He grabbed a carton of eggs from the fridge and handed it to Felix, who shook his head and handed the carton back.

"No, that's too many.  We don't need you to give us your entire carton of eggs."

"No it's okay, go ahead and take it.  We've got like, three more in there.  Trust me, it's okay." Changbin reassured Felix, who slowly took the carton of eggs back.

"Thanks."

"Yeah, no problem.  But look, I was just about to head to bed, so if that's all then I'm gonna have to kindly kick you out," Changbin said the last part with a laugh, making sure that the other knew he was messing around.

Felix laughed with him and stood up.  The two walked back to the door, Felix slid his shoes back on, and Changbin opened the door.  The two said goodnight, Felix walking down the front steps and Changbin moving to close the door.  Just as he was about to shut it, Felix stopped him.

"I'm really sorry to have to ask this, but do you think I can stay here tonight?"
