The end of the week came around and Changbin decided that it was finally time for him to go back home.  Jisung tried to talk him out of it, knowing how his returning home would probably play out, but Changbin was stubborn.

"I'll be fine, Jisung.  There's only what, like two months of school left?  As big of dicks that my parents are, I can't spend the next two months crashing on your couch dude.  That's not fair to you or your parents.  I'll be fine, I promise." Changbin said as he finished packing his stuff in his bag.  It wasn't much, since the whole 'running away' thing was unplanned and a spur of the moment kind of deal, but he had some things.

"Fine, but my doors open if things go sideways." Jisung said, as if Changbin didn't already know that.  He nodded and gave Jisung a quick hug before heading out the door.

Changbin decided to walk back to his place.  Minho had tried to offer him a ride, more than once, but Changbin refused each time.  He wanted to take some time to clear his thoughts and sort of prepare himself for whatever it was that was waiting for him back home.  The walk wasn't bad though, about a half hour, but the weather was nice and Changbin had his earbuds, so he enjoyed his time of peace.

Just as he was turning onto his street, Changbin's phone buzzed.  He pulled it out of his pocket and checked the notification.

1 message from MyLix۵

Changbin sighed and opened the message.

MyLix۵
Hey, Jisung texted me and said that you're going home today?

Bin♡
Yeah, I'm actually just down the street now

Changbin put his phone back into his pocket it once he sent his reply.  He could see his house from where he was, and he could also see that the driveway was empty.  Part of him was relieved, to be honest it was most of him, but there was a small part of him that was actually kind of disappointed.  He wasn't really sure why, whether it was the fact that his mom wasn't there or if it was because he wanted to see what his dad had to say to him after he had been gone for so long.  Not even once did his father text him or call him to ask if he was alright.  Changbin didn't really expect him to, but it still hurt.

He walked up to the front door and turned the knob to check if it was locked.  When the door wouldn't open, Changbin looked around for the pot that they kept the extra key in but he couldn't find it.  He went around back and checked the back door, but that was locked too.  He went back around front and tried putting in the garage code, only to find that it had been changed.  Changbin scoffed at his dad's actions, surprised that he had gone as far as to change the garage code.  He looked around the house for a way in and settled on climbing inside a window in the kitchen.  He had to stand on a fruit crate he got from the neighbor's after asking them for it.

The window wasn't hard to open, seeing as it didn't have a screen.  His mom said she was gonna get around to it eventually but she never really did and Changbin thanked her for it.  Once he had the window open far enough for him to get in Changbin slid off his bag and threw it in, jumping in after it.  The landing wasn't as smooth as he expected, his leg got stuck in the window and he smacked his head on the side of the counter.  He groaned as he sat up, holding his head.  He looked around the house and noticed that everything was exactly like it was every day.  Nothing changed.  He wasn't sure why he expected things to change, but he did.

Changbin grabbed his bag from off the floor beside him and got up, brushing off his hands and his pants.  He made his way up to his room, but when he opened the door, he was greeted with a totally empty room save for the mattress.  Changbin just stood in the doorway, unsure about how to react.  He let his bag fall off his shoulder and onto the floor then he moved over to the bed and sat down.  He looked around at the empty room, still not sure on how to feel about it.  Changbin pulled out his phone and saw that he had another text from Felix.

MyLix۵
Are you sure going back is a good idea right now?  I mean, you didn't really leave things on a good note.  I just don't want you to go through all that again.

Changbin thought for a moment about what to reply.  He wanted someone to be there with him.  He wanted Felix to be there with him, but he didn't want to burden him.

Bin♡
Do you think you can come over here?

MyLix۵
I'll be right there

Changbin huffed and layed down on the bed, his legs off of the mattress and his arms spread ou on either side of him.  He just laid there staring at the ceiling.

After a few minutes, there was a soft knock on the open door.  Changbin took his eyes off of the ceiling and saw Felix standing in the doorway.  He didn't say a word, he just motioned with his hand for Felix to come over to him.  Felix didn't hesitate to go over to his boyfriend, immediately laying down beside him.  Changbin had moved his hands into his pockets not wanting his arm to be in Felix's way, but Felix pulled his hand out of his pocket and held it.  He had turned onto his side so that he was looking at Changbin, but Changbin kept staring at the ceiling.

"What's going on Bin?" Felix asked, his voice quiet.  Changbin stayed quiet for a minute, his eyes still trained on the ceiling.

"They took my stuff.  Everything.  It's all gone." His voice cracked slightly as he spoke and Felix ran his thumb along the latter's hand to try and sooth him.  "I mean, I don't understand.  I'm gone for what, two weeks?  Not a single call, not a single text, but they just get rid of everything I own.  It's not like any of that shit was from them, I bought all of it with my own money!  I just don't understand."  A tear managed to escape and make it's way down the side of Changbin's face.  Felix wiped it away and cupped Changbin's face, turning it so that he was looking at him.

"Don't try to understand it.  It will just make you more angry and more upset.  Don't waste your energy on that." Felix spoke softly and squeezed Changbin's hand to let him know that he cared for him and was upset that he was upset.  Changbin gave him a soft smile before he turned back and stared at the ceiling.  Felix did the same, but they kept their hands locked together.

The room fell silent, but it wasn't awkward or uncomfortable.  In fact, Changbin was the most comfortable he had ever been with someone else, just sitting in silence.  After a few minutes, Changbin spoke up.

"Felix?"

"Yeah?"

"Will you stay with me for a while?" Changbin asked, his voice a bit quieter than before.

"Of course."

A small smile graced Changbin's lips.  He thought for a moment before speaking again.

"Hey, Felix?"

"Hm, yeah?" Felix said, a soft chuckle present in his voice.

"I love you."

Felix stayed silent for a moment.  "Hey Bin?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you too."
