"Do you want to go out with me?"

Felix froze.  Everything froze.  If it could, time would have frozen as well.  Felix just stared at Changbin for what felt like an eternity.  He had been wanting to ask Changbin out for a while now, but he never really expected it to actually happen, let alone be the one who got asked out.  It kind of set him into panic mode and he had no idea what to do.

Changbin saw how Felix's expression changed and took it as a bad sign.  He stayed silent for a minute, hoping that the latter would say something, but when he didn't Changbin let out a nervous laugh.  "Ya know what, never mind.  Just forget I said anything haha."  Changbin had moved from his comfortable position staring at Felix to sitting awkwardly pressed up to the other side of the couch as much as possible.  Felix, on the other hand, was still in a state of frozen panic.

The room fell into an awfully awkward silence, Changbin refusing to look at Felix, who had come out of his frozen state and turned away from the other as well, hands folded in his lap in an oddly formal manner.  There were a couple instances where one of them would turn and open their mouth to speak, only to close it a second after realizing neither of them knew how to address the situation at hand.  At some point in the half hour of silence the two found themselves to be stuck in, Changbin got a text from Ten asking him if they could meet up and work on the project.

"Hey," even just that simple word came of as awkward in the tense atmosphere.  "I gotta meet up with a friend to work on a school project.  I'll see you later I guess?" Changbin said but it came off more as a question.  Felix just simply nodded, following him with his eyes as Changbin headed for the door.  When he opened the door, he was greeted with a pile of bodies in front of him.  "What the hell?"

In front of him was the seven people that claimed to have 'left'.  Minho and Woojin were stuck on the bottom followed by Hyunjin, Jisung, Seungmin, Chan and then Jeongin.  Since Jeongin was on top, he managed to push himself off of Chan and moved to the side to allow the others to untangle and sort themselves.

"Ha, heh... hey Hyung, what's up?" Jeongin asked, rubbing the back of his neck out of embarrassment for having been caught eavesdropping.

Changbin let out a laugh of disbelief.  "Okay first of, don't pretend like you use honorifics-"

"Hey, I use them!  Sometimes..." Jeongin tried defending himself, but Changbin just ignored it.

"And second, I seriously can't believe any of you right now.  If you wanted to know what was gonna happen, then next time don't even bother leaving." Changbin wasn't furious, but it's not like he was happy to have caught his friends spying on him.  Mainly because they all knew that he kind of got rejected, so that was a bit embarrassing.  Before any of them could say anything further, Changbin pushed passed them.  They watched as their frustrated friend walked off to wherever it was that he was going.  Once the could no longer see him, they turned to see Felix, standing in the door way with a sheepish smile on his face.

"I messed up big time didn't I?"  He asked, his eyes focused on the ground at his feet.  Jisung approached him and layed a hand on his shoulder.

"It's Mogi, he's just overreacting.  We can fix this" he said with a reassuring smile.  Felix nodded and the group went back inside the house with hopes that they could figure out a way to fix the situation.

"Okay pause and rewind.  He kissed you, then you asked him out?"  Ten asked and Changbin nodded.  "And he froze?" Again, Changbin nodded.  "So... you're telling me that you asked him out and he froze.  He didn't say anything, he just froze.  Then you left.  You...left."  By this point, Changbin was getting a bit annoyed with Ten's game.

"Yes, I left!  How many times do you have to say it?"

Ten let out a short and loud laugh, slamming the notebook and pencil he had down on the bed.  "As many times as it takes for you to realize that you're a dumbass!  Dude, I'm like... I honestly don't even know what to say at this point."  Changbin rolled his eyes and pretended to write something on his own notebook.  Eventually his writing turned into doodling, in which Ten grabbed the notebook from him and tossed it over by his.

"If you could give me back my notebook, that would be greatly appreciated" Changbin said as he attempted to reach for his notebook, only to dragged away by his ear.  Ten didn't stop when he was away from the notebook, no he stood up from his bed and started dragging Changbin down the stairs.  "Ow ow ow ow!  Dude you're actually hurting me," he tried to fit the latter's grip but it was to no avail.

"Yeah, well your stupidity is actually hurting me so I guess we're even."  Ten said with a smirk.  He dragged Changbin all the way to his car, only letting go of him to allow him to actually get into the car.  When Changbin didn't get in, Ten stopped from getting in on his side and leaned over the top.  "Seo Changbin-"

"Wait I never told you last name?"

"Well I'm a magician and I know everything.  Seo Changbin, if you do not get your ass in this car right now, I will personally beat the living shit out of you with a wet noodle."  Changbin stifled a laugh at his friend's not-so-serious threat.  He decided it would probably be better to just get in, because if he didn't and Ten actually got mad, he decided that Ten more than likely would run him over with his car.  Either that or he would strap Changbin onto the roof with duct tape.  Once Changbin was in, Ten followed, slamming his door after himself.

Changbin got buckled and looked at Ten.  "If we die because you suck at driving, I'm dragging you down to hell with me." he said with huff and Ten laughed.

"Bro Satan and I are practically blood brothers what the hell do you mean" he laughed as he pulled out of his driveway.  His joke helped to lighten the mood which was otherwise kind of dull.  The two drove in silence the rest of the way to Jisung's house, the only sound being the wind that blew past the open windows.

Once Ten pulled into the driveway, Changbin refused to get out of the car for a solid minute before Ten physically dragged him out.  He made sure to lock the car doors to keep Changbin from getting back in, which earned him a wonderful flash of the latter's middle finger.  Changbin walked up to the front door, having a moment of deja vu.  Immediately, he whipped around to make sure that Ten was still in the driveway.  He was not.  In fact, he had just pulled out of the drive and slowly drove past the house, waving to Changbin as he did.  Changbin, of course, silently cursed him before turning back and opening the door.  Since it was Jisung's house, he didn't really worry about knocking.

When he walked in, the house seemed empty.  He slowly made his way to the living room, turning his head to try and find anyone.  "Hello?"  He asked, his voice slightly raised.  There was a moment of silence, then there was muffled thuds and voices coming from the door that led to the garage.  Changbin carefully walked over to it, but before he could open it, the door was flung open and Felix stumbled out, bumping into Changbin and causing the two of them to fall over.

"Uh..." Changbin said from beneath Felix, who had his eyes closed.  Once he heard Changbin's voice, however, his eyes shot open and his cheeks flushed red.  He struggled to prop himself up since he was too embarrassed about what had just happened.  Changbin let out a laugh and helped Felix and himself upright.  The two sat there for a moment in silence, Changbin leaning back on his hands and Felix sitting crisscrossed across from him.

"So..." Felix said, avoiding all eye contact with Changbin.

"So..." Changbin replied, avoiding all eye contact with Felix.  Once again, the two found themselves in an awkward silence.  It only last a minute or two before Changbin spoke up.  "Okay, Felix look.  I'm not gonna be mad if you don't want to date me.  I don't know why I asked in the first place if I'm gonna be honest.  I guess it's just that you were the first person that I really li-"

Before Changbin could finish rambling, Felix shut him up by cupping his cheeks and kissing him.  The kiss lasted longer than the one they had shared early, but Changbin didn't mind.  He could get used to it really.  He felt Felix smile, causing him to crack a small smile as well.  Even after the two separated, Felix's hands remained on Changbin's face.

"Hey Changbin?"  Felix said as he looked at Changbin.

Changbin raised an eyebrow, a dorky but pleased smile still on his face.  "Yeah?"

"I would like to go out with you."  Felix said.  Changbin's smile grew wider and he moved forward, placing a quick peck on his lips.  Once he did, the sound of someone pretending to throw up was heard from the same place that Felix had fallen out of.  Changbin got up from his spot on the floor and went over to the door, swinging it open.  Once again, all seven of their friends stood there, eavesdropping on the conversation.  Hyunjin and Jeongin were doubled over pretending to be sick, which annoyed Changbin.  The others were looking at Changbin and Felix, who had walked up behind him, with dorky smiles.

"So, is Changlix official now?" Jisung asked.  Changbin looked at him with a confused expression.

"The fuck is Changlix?" he asked as he walked into the garage, Felix trailing behind him with their hands intertwined.

"Oh, it's the ship name we all came up with for the two of you." Minho said as he plopped down on the old worn out couch that Jisung had sitting against one of the walls.

"Why?" Changbin asked, genuinely concerned that hiss friends came up with a ship name.  Before any of them could answer, Felix shrugged and laughed.

"I actually kind of like it."  He said quietly.  Changbin couldn't help but think about how cute Felix was when he said that.

"See, you own me twenty bucks!" Chan said to Hyunjin, who had recovered from his fake sickness and had joined the group.  Hyunjin just rolled his eyes as he pulled out his wallet and handed over the cash.

Changbin scoffed as he sat down on the couch, opposite of Minho.  He and Felix had let go of each other's hands by now, but the two had sat in a way that allowed Felix to lay his head on Changbin's shoulder.  "And now they're making bets on us... wow guys, feeling the love" he teased as everyone settled into their own seats.  The others went on to carry their own conversations, but Changbin was focused on Felix only.  Even though he participated in the other's conversations, Changbin couldn't stop looking at him.  He was probably the happiest he had been in a long time.  He didn't want it to go away.  He wanted it to stay forever.

He wanted to have Felix forever.
