"AHAHAHAHA! Y-you have got to be joking buddy!" Wave chill said while laughing at his friend. Shortly after the hoofcup-getting-the-key-lost- incident they went to get help from their friends. Which since Dash still isn't comfortable with using the words friendship and friends she just calls them compannions.

"Quit laughing! It isn't funny ok? It was this idiots fault anyway" Dash said glaring at the colt beside her. "What the hell were you thinking anyway? Hoofcupping you and RD together? Didn't you atleast think something like this might happen?" Spitfire said grinning.

Soarin rolled his eyes. "What's all the commotion here?" Shinning armour demanded as he strolled towards them outside at the garden.

"Apparently sir, Soarin here wanted Dash all to himself, so he did the only thing possible by hoofcuffing them together but being an idiot he may have lost the key, right Soar?" Fire streak said wiggling his eyebrows.

Rainbow gagged at this and Soarin scoffed. "As if!" he thought. "I only did it just to annoy Rainbow, and to feel what it felt like to be hoofcuffed! I didn't do it because I liked her"  he thought and looked at the mare beside him.

His cheeks went red when he noticed for the first time realy, that Rainbow realy is an attractive mare. "No no! Come on Soar! Keep it together, just don't look at her" 

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Soarin, what am I gonna do to you, well maybe there's a spare key, but for now I guess-" Shinning began and Soarin and Rainbow's eyes widenned. No. Surely he won't suggest....

"Looks like you'll have to sleep together for a while" He said shrugging.

"What?!" Soarin and Rainbow yelped.

"You've got to be joking!" Rainbow nervously laughed.

"Me and her?! Not a chance! She's nuts" Soarin announced earning a glare from Rainbowdash. "Wow your one to talk" She muttered.

A few hours later, their friends had given up breaking the chaind binding the two pegasi together, and Soarin is already regretting doing whay he did. Now he's stuck with an insane, master criminal, unusualy attractive mare.

"Cheer up you two, I'm sure something good will come out in the end" Wave chill said before following his girlfriend Spitfire inside.

"You're such an idiot!" Dash scolded. Soarin gritted his teeth. "Well.....then I'm sorry" He said casualy shrugging. "Sorry isn't good enough" Dash huffed.

The sun was setting, but still they didn't entered. Obviously because they didn't wanna share a bed. The thought of it made them both shiver.

Soarin, couldn't realy stop himself but to sneak glances at her. Rainbow is realy an attractive mare, but Soarin would never admit that. Atleast, not out loud anyway.

Rainbow shifted uncomfortably, and then glanced at Soarin. He was staring at her, and their eyes met. Green to magenta, after a few minutes though, they looked away. Both pink in the face.

"Ummm look Dash, Sorry for dragging you into this, this isn't realy funny at all" He sighed. Dash faced him and smiled a little bit. And Soarin's first thought was that her smile is enchanting. But why is he thinking like this if he doesn't even have feelings for her?

"Well I'm sorry too....for calling you an idiot and slapping you" She said sheepishly.

Then they were engulfed by silence again. But then something cought Dash's attention again. Soarin was humming a song. It was the same song she often sings.

The song smile, was from her favorite rock star, and its the same song that helped her through tough times. She sang it to cheer her up when her friends.....left. and sang it after her incident with Hoops.

"Hey look! Shooting star!" Soarin pointed and closed his eyes to make a wish. Dash found herself thinking that Soarin's childish thoughts of believing in wishing stars,  are kinda cute.

"You believe in wish upon a star?" She questioned. "Uhh yea" He answered smilling, "Do you?"

"Use to but not anymore" Rainbow answered frowning. "What did you wished for anyway?" Soarin questioned. "I wished that....I'd have friends, real friends thay will never leave me, and.....find the colt of my dreams, but I gaved up on it years ago when thay didn't came true"

Soarin faced her and smiled. "Well maybe you can try again now, look! There's another one" He said. Rainbow wanted to object but, she can't explain why but for some reason she didn't wanna dissapoint the colt. So she closed her eyes and made a wish.

"I wish I can move on, and find out what is missing in my life, and maybe, find the piny I am meant to be with someday"  She thought and opened her eyes.

"Has anyone told you your eyes are-" Soarin began but was cut off. "Weird? Yup ponies have, Magenta isn't realy a normal eye color, you could say I'm the only one with them" She said.

Soarin chuckled a little. " I was gonna say beautiful" He said to her.

She faced him, cheeks red. She's been called many things before, but beautiful?

Her heart pounded and butterlfies are in her stomach. "W-well um, your eyes aren't so bad yourself" She said shyly.

Soarin grinned goofily. "Ummm t-thanks" He said rubbing his neck.

Little did they know, Fire streak, Spitfire, Wave chill, and the Flash twins watched them from afar. "Why are we even doing this?" Spitfire complained.

"To see how Soar is doing! He'll thank us later, because he realy needs a mare in his life and I think Rainbow is perfect for him"  Wave chill answered.

"What about the dare? Won't Dash get upswt if she finds out" Flash magnus asked. "Soarin has probably forgotten it by now, and Dash won't get upset if she doesn't learn about it, how shut up and whatch them! Ooooooh golly I ship them hard" Spitfire squeeled.

Rainbow and Soarin chatted for a while. All worries gone. And both can't understand this strange feeling, this strange sensation.

"What is this feeling I feel?" They both thought.

But when they looked at each other again, they knew they'll find out sooner or later.
