~Time skip to next month, the yule ball~

Narrator's POV

"Excellent, you've done well for the past month my dear" Chrysalis said as she paced infront of her pupil. Lightning has indeed improved since she met Chrysalis. She bacem smarter, faster, stronger, quick witted, and more powerful thanks to her new powers. She can shape-shift hypnotise, and make clothes that can kill. One time she practiced this by making a shawl that when a pony puts it on it kills them straight without as much as leaving a mark.

Now she is ready to test it out tonight at the ball.

Rainbowdash groanes as she forced herself to put on the gown Fleetfoot wanted her to wear. She has never seen anything so beautiful she has to admit that. But she has also never seen anything so out of her taste aswel. The gown was colored hot pink (Definitely not her sense of color) the skirt has a flowing elegance in it, and has a cute heart cut on the top peice.

"Hurry up Dash! We all need to use the dressing closet you know!" Fleetfoot called over.

"Uhhh, are you sure this is what I should wear?" Dash called out slightly red in the face. "For the last time Dashie yes! And besides, I can already imagine what your coltfriend's face would look like once he finnaly sees your beauty!" Fleetfoor said and dramaticly fainted on a fainting couch.

Dash rolled her eyes at this but couldn't help but smile. She also can picture Soarin's face when he sees his mare in the gown walking her way towards him.

With a heavy sigh, she pulled on the dress and showed herself to her friends. There were a lot of ooh's and aah's,

"Oooooh lala, Dash you look so so....amazing! Awesome! Hot! Gorgeous!" Trixie said beaming.

Dash rolled her eyes and gaved a cocky smile. "I'm awesome all the time!" She replied. They all rolled their eyes, already used to Dash's ego.

Misty fly pulled Dash aside and made her face the mirror to fix her mane. She brushed it and brushed it, sprayes it, combed, then tide it to a neat coronation hair style (A/N: By coronation hair style I am talking about Elsa's hair style when she was coronatdd queen on the movie Frozen)

She looked gorgeous!

She smirked and said thanks to Misty fly.

Pretty soon they all startesd to pile up to meet their dates outside the room. Spitfire and Wave chill still hadn't made up so she was going with Fire streak instead.

Fleetfoot was going with Flash magnus.

Spitfire and her were wearing identical gowns which suited them so perfectly it made their beauties show out. But the colors were diffirent. Spitfire's gown was orange, yellow, blue and red, giving her the more flame lile look.

Fleetfoot's was blue, silver blue, ice blue and cyan blue, making her dress look more like it was made from water and held together by magic. Literaly. Which, Dash had to remind herself it probaky was with just a little help from a unicorn friend.

"Ok lets go" Surprise said beaming. Dash was surprised she managed to smile still, because Cheese turned down her offer of becoming his date because he already asked Pinkie pie.

They all went together and met up with the guys. "Where's Soarin?" Dash asked looking around

"Already inside! Says he's sorry he couldn't wait for you because of...well...he didn't wanna miss out of the pies" Fire streak said with a snicker. Dash chuckled. "Classic" She said and they all entered the ball room together.

Soarin's POV

I was gobbling up my pie like there was no tommorow! Making sure I didn't miss a single filling.

Oh yea and this time I'm dressed for the occasion because my dance with Dash at the fall formal was a little....embarrassing. Why wouldn't it? There she was being a gorgeous angel while I was looking like a bafoon.

Ah well, anyway I was wearing a simple blue shirt with two lightning bolts on the cellar and a navy blue tie plus my goggles.

Suddenly my eyes got covered. "Wha-hey!" I said annoyed someone actualy ruined my momment with my pie!

"Guess who?" a raspy voice said. No need to guess. I already know who it is.

"Dashie" I answered. She uncovered my eyes and I turned around to face her. My jaw dropped almost reaching the floor. Holy Luna Dash looks so....so...undescribable.

"You might wanna close your mouth before you swallow anymore flies romeo" She said with a snicker. I snapped out of trance and shook my head and closed my mouth. "Wow Dash you look, You look beautiful" I said awed.

"Awesome is more the word" She pointed out. I rolled my eyes.

"Yes whatever so, wanna dance?" I suggested and took her hoof. "No prob" she said cockily and then dragged me to the dance floor. I chuckled as we started dancing to the up beats. Man Vynal's songs are so awesome! I idolize her. She's got good gigs.

"Vynal's songs are so hot!" I shouted over the music. She narrowed her eyebrows at me. "Sorry can you repeat that?" She asked.

"I SAID VYNAL' SONGS ARE HOT!!"

"Did you just said she was hot?!" Dash gritted her teeth. I didn't understood her though.

"Why are you angry?" I asked offended.

"You said she was hot!" Dash shot at me. Oh wait, well....oops. "I didn't mean it by that! I meanr her songs are a hit, they're cool, awesome, smooth and I liker her m--" I got cut off though by Dash stomping away from me.

Ok what just happened?

Rainbowdash's POV

I stomped over to the punch table. Ok am I jelouse?

No!

Yea, a little but....gosh I didn't even know what happened.

"Hey Dash" Rapidfire popped up beside me. I lifted an eyebrow. "What no Rainny?" I quizzed. He shrugged signaling he was in no mood. Oh great. "Fleetfoot again?" I asked even though I already knew the answer. "Yup, Mares these days, uhh no offense" He said chuckling. I snickered a little and saw Fleetfoot in a corner.

I scanned the room if dancing ponies and saw Soarin surrounded by mares. I rolled my eyes and slurped on my drink. "I can see your jelouse" Rapidfire smirked. I ignored him. "Wanna make him jelouse?" He suggested as a slow song came.

Make Soarin jelouse by dancing with his best friend who happens to already have a marefriend? Not only will this end up badly, this might cause Soarin's friendship with Rapidfire to blow up all over again, and Spitfire might think I'm stealing her colt. Other then that, what else can happen?

"Game" I said.

Rapidfire snickered. "I can already picture Soarin's face now!" He dragged me to the dance floor as a slow dance came.

"This is our song" He said and then eyed Soarin. Then he smirked. "Is Fleetfoot watching?" He asked. I nodded my head 'yes'.

"Well good, because we'll try to get them both jelouse"

"Did you know? That an eagel is attracted to the male, that can fly the highest?" He asked. Uhhh, well nope. Did not.

"Soar with me, and make sure to keep Soarin's and Fleet's eyes on us" He whispered.

He twirled me and I cought Soarin's look of envy. Fleetfoot was practicly chewing on a napkin! Oh boy.

He's actualy a good dancer. But Soarim's better. And speaking if Soarin! Ha! Look at him! He's crushdd his drinks and his face is almost red, plus I think steam is coming out of his ears.

"Soarin Don't!" I heard Starlight cry out in panick.

Just free!

The next thing I knew, Rapidfire got punched in the face by Soarin.

"Ahahahaha!!!! See? Told ya it'll work! Ahahahahah!!!! Well actualy man I didn't knew it hurts to get punched in the face" Rapidfire said groaning and touched his black eye, he still laughed.

"Soarin! Whats wrong with you?!" I demanded but I cought Spitfirs's warning look. Soarin took my wing and dragged me outside the ball room.

"Whats wrong with me?! What is wrong with you?! Look just because I was busy, and Rapid is my best friend doesn't mean it gives you the permission to dance with him! The only colt I want you dancing with is me, the only colt I want you looking at is me, And I'm the only one you should be thinking about" He fumed.

I sighed and kissed him straight. I pushed my lips to his and grabbed his collar and pinned him to the wall making sure he had no escape from me. I got satisfied soon when I felt him kiss back.

We pulled away for air.

"So, were you jelouse?" I teased. His cheeks went red. "I...well... Ok maybe a little" He admitted. "Soarin...you don't have anything to worry about! I'm your mare, got it? And you'rw my colt, capitch?!" I added in a menacing tone. He nodddd his head repeatedly and I felt him shake in fear.

I chuckled and kissed him again, and again, and again.

Narrarator's POV

Fleetfoot watched as Soarin dragged Rainbowdash outside. She sighed in releif and then faced Rapidfire who was busy putting an icecube on his eye.

"What the buck dude?! Why?!" She screached at him. "I....wanted to make you jelouse ok? I missed you and I wasn't realy thinking straight. Sorry" Rapidfire responded.

Fleetfoot's face softenned a little and she sighed. "Its ok, I forgive you, just don't do anything stupid again next time ok?" She asked before kissimg his cheek.

"How about more on lips" He asked. Fleetfoot rolled her eyes before kissing his lips. Just a little peck.

Lightning watched the cauples from a magic mirror. "Now?" She asked axiously.

"Yes dear...now" Chrysalis chuckled darkly.

Silverdoe has been feeling weaker and weaker by the minute. But he still needed to stay strong for a while, its still not time.

Rainbowdash, Soarin, Spitfire, Fleetfoot, Wave chilll, Rapidfire, Starlight, Trixie, the Flash twins, Surprise, Fire streak,Cheese Sandwich, Misty fly and Twilight's gang were chatting at a corner.

They were having a nice time but then....Surprise felt her Surrpy senses tingling again. "Oh no" She said and her mane went flat.

"EVERYPONY GET DOWN!" She shouted but her warning was too late.  There qas an explosion. A massive and thick black smoke erupted and everyone coughed. Soon four creatures appeared. A creature they cannot mistake to be a Draconeques (A/N: Is that how you spell it?) A male pony, who looked liked a unicorn but there was something wrong with his horn. His body was smoke and his eyes were glowing green and blue.

And their leader Chrysalis stepped up. Behind her was Lightning who looked at the terrafied, shocked faces. "Hello Everypony, Lets make the intro quick, I am Queen Chrysalis and these are Sombra and Discord, and of course you already know Lightning Dust" She gestured to her compannions.

"So now that we're here.....my mionnions, do whatever you want, But leave Silverdoe to me"

And with that they attacked.

A/N: This is the lamest chapter I can come up with! And it bugs me to hell! But anyway, I swear to Celestia, the next chapter will be AWESOME AS I WANNA BE!
