Narrator's POV

Soarin sat on his bed in his room thinking. His head buzzed as memmories of lastnight came back to him and ge realy regretted it.

**********Flashback

Soarin kissed her passionately and Dash let him, kissing him back, but when he moved for more she pushed him away.

"I'm sorry Soarin, But I am just not ready for this" she said before pushing him fartger away and kicking him out of the room slamming the door shut infront of him

Soarin sighed and ran his hooves through his mane in frustration. "You messed up big time! big time!" He scolded himself. He groaned and flopped down on his bed. He's worried. Truly worried. What if Dash is still upset with him? What if she tried to break up with him?

He shuddereda at the thought. He needs to talk to somepony, somepony he can trust, somepony who will give him some advice.

Then he thought about that pony. "Rapidfire!" He stood up and rushdd out of his room and went to look for his friend.

Soon enough he found Rapidfire talking to Fleetfoot. "Rapid!" He called. The other colt turned around and was surprised to see him. He said a good bye to his marefriend and flew to his best friend. "Sup dude?"

Soarin sighed. "I need to talk to you about Dash" He said worry in his voice. Rapod was surprised but nodded. They flew to a quiet place so nopony can hear. When Soarin told him what happened, Rapidfire laughed. "This is serious!" He said angrily.

Rapidfire stopped laughing and facdd Soaein amused. "Soar, you realy should take things slow with Rainny, you guys have only been dating for a while and you shuoldn't rush things! Play it cool and just be yourself, don't do anything that might not please her and....don't forget to apligise to your mare and promise her you won't do it again" Rapidfire adviced.

Soarin nodded. Said thanks and flew away to go find his Raimbow.

Rainbowdash meanwhile, was sulking alone in the room of wonders. She felt realy bad and her colors was greying. On one hoof, she was angry at Soarin for rusging things, has this urge to push him off to a cliff(Which would be realy pathetoc since he can fly) and break up. But on the other hoof, she was mad at herself for kicking Soarin out and slamming the door in his face, and was also mad at herself for shedding tears because of a colt. Again.

She sighed. "What is the matter with me? You'd think a girl could learn!" She snapped at herself. She took a few more deep calming breaths and looked at the vanity mirror.

She never realy admired her face back then, and had no idea what made her admire herself now. She mever realy considered herself pretty, but never considered herself bad looking too. After all, if she wasn't beautifull, then what had made Soarin fall for her? Other then that, she was also very smart. After all, hasn't she been known to weasel out of stores she has robbed, undetected? And the only reason she managed to mess up was when she knockdd out an apple while robbing an apple store.

Her thoughts buzzed making her a little dizzy. She was thinking abouy her perfections, and imperfections. Every flaw amd mistake about her, and every beauty and awesomeness about herself.

"Am I wrong? Am I wrong to fall inlove with Soarin? Am I wrong to give friendship a second shot? Am I wrong to be alive?" She kept asking her reflection. But it didn't answered back. She rolled her eyes. "Wow thanks alot mirror, your realy helpful" She said sarcasticly. But then what could she expect? It was just a mirror after all.

Then she thought of looking at the book of wonders. She flipped it open and turned page by page until she has reachdd the spell to see your past and future. She realy wanted to see Soarin's past but she still wouldn't do it without his permission.

But then again, one peak couldn't hurt right?

"Show me how Soarin landed here in this crummy shitty academy" She bosseda nd the book, again, obeyed her.

There was a vision and she saw a more younger Soarin at the age of ten. Makes sense, after all he did say he has been here for seven years, and now he is seventine and will be turning 18 Just a few weeks from tommorow.

She saw the ten year old version of Soarin sneak inside an orange cafe store. Orange as in the fruit kind.

"Sooo hungry! I can't take it anymore!" the little Soarim grumbled and he took a fre oranges and stuffed them im his bag. He took another and another, but theb accidentaly knocked down a pile of it and it went toppling down on his head. "OUCH!" He shouted. A pink pegasus mare flew inside the storage room and saw him.

"You again?! This is the third time this month! Well you won't get away from me this time!" She said and then flew towards him. But even at a young age Soarim has always been encredibly fast gifted.

He flew at lightning speed towards the exit and out of the store."Pastalabista losers!" He shouted over the roarimg wind and flew to a nearby building, took out a match and some gasoline (A/N: Don't ask how they got gasoline in Equestria and just roll with it) and then did the only thing neccesary when you have gas and a match box. He burned down the building randomly and watched the ponies inside scream and try to get out.

Some escape, but some didn't.

Soarin was satisfied and flew to his tree house home. And opendd the door to reveal his only friends. The younger versions of Spitfire, Rapidfire, Fleetfoot, Wave chill greeted him and tookt he oranges and started to eat it.

"We heard an explosion, Soar did you randomly burned down a building again?" Rapidifre asked lifting an eyebrow. The only reply he got was a sheepish grin.

"You know me! Hehe" He said.

Suddenly, the door burstdd open and two colts walked in. One of them, Dash recognized to be Shinning armour, but he looked a little younger this time. He seemed to be around his 20's.

Dash gasped as the colt and Shinning Armour pulled Soarin and the four kids tried to pull Soarin back. But since they were still small, Shinning won yhe tug of war and took Soarin. "Lemme go losers! Lemme go or else!" Soarin thretenned.

Rapidfire, Spitfire, Wave chill and Fleetfoot cried and screamed for Soarin. "Don't worry Soar! We promise we'll find you!" Fleetfoot yelled and continued to sob at Wave chill's chest. Spitfire however cries on the inside and Rapidfire comforted her by giving her a side hug. Back then, It was Spitfire Rapidfire liked and it was Wave chill Fleetfoot had a crush on.

"Find me you guys!" Soarin shouted

The vision cleared again and another one took place. Dash didn realy wanted to watch his entire past. She just wanted a little peak. So she slammed the book shut again and breathed in. "Soarin you idiotic bafoon" She muttered. But a smile was tugging on her lips and she felt a bit of respect for the navy blue maned colt.

Suddenly she heard the door open.

"Dash!" A voice called and she turned around and was enveloped into a hug.
