Soarin couldn' take his eyes off of the beautiful rainbow haired mare that was right there. "Whoa, Rainbow looks...So hot!" Flash sentry said grinning.

Soarin was didn't wasted a second and quickly made his way towards her. "Yea go get her romeo!" Rapidfire said with a laugh. Soarin reached Rainbowdash and tapped her shoulder. She turned around and smiled at him."Uhhh, h-h-hi, Rainbowdash, you umm l-look....pretty" Soarin stuttered.

"Me? T-thanks Soar, uhhh, you look good too" Rainbow said blushing. Even though what she sais wasn't realy appropriate because Soarin wasn't realy wearing anything, nevertheless he still looked so handsome.

Spitfire was whatching from afar and rolled her eyes and made her way towards Dash. "Go on!" She whispered and pushed her so that she was getting nearer and closer to Soarin. "Make your moves lovercolt!" Wave chill encouraged and pushed him closer to Dash until thier muzzles are only inches apart.

"Umm, w-would you wanna, d-dance? Later whem the music starts?" Soarin asked. "Uhhh Sorry Soar but I'm part of the band and have to play for the fall formal" Dash said sorrily.

But Spitfire wouldn't let her. "How about this, you play for three songs, but on the fourth song, you take a break and dance with...Soarin?" She said winking. "Uhhh s-sure" Dash said blushing. Spitfire lowered her voice so only she and Dash can hear. "Aren't ya suppose to work on the nerve to tell him your sappyness and feelings?" she whispered. "Yea, working on it" Dash whispered back.

"Goood filly" Spitfire said and then followed Rainbow to the stage to set up for their song.

Meanwhile Lightning dust and Trixie were whatching from afar. "Soon enough our momment will come, and Soarin, will be as good as mine" Lightning whispered. Tirxie nodded silently. Secretly she has been feeling lonely and fed up. She was getting tired of trying to be Lightning's only friend, even though she kept treating her like a slave.

"Now, go get me my fruit punch" Lightning demanded shoving Trixie an empty wine wine glass. Trixie nodded and obeyed.

Meanwhile Soarin was chatting with the guys, when suddenly, all the attention was thrown at the stage, when Rainbow and her band(Which they agreed to call the Wonderbolts) wenr up stage.

"Hey ponies! Does this party rock? Or what?!" Fleetfoot asked loudly and everypony cheered. "Well here is a song our very talented friend Rainbowdash here wrote, well she wrote four but she will sit out the fourth song and let us sing it for her for......special reasons"

Dash rolled her eyes at this.

They started to play and sing the song 'Smile'

Everypony began dancing and swaying to the beats. Some even began lifting one another and passing them to each other!

"Come on Soar! Dance for your mare!" Rapidfire urged before pushing me to the crowd of dancing ponies!

Narrarator's POV

after the three songs, Rainbow kept to her promise and didn't proformed for the fourth song. She didn't wanna sing a slow sappy song anyway. She didn't even knew what made her write a song so romantic and sappy, in short, she had no idea what made her write a love song.

She got off the stage and went to a corner. Spitfire took the mic and tested it first. "Alright now, lets time to take it up and noch, everypony, grab your sweethearts for a little slow dance, take it away Misty fly" She said. Misty fly shyly went to the front of the stage and spoke loud and clear but with a hint of shyness. "T-t-this song, is dedicated for all you lovers out there, especialy, the...play hard to get, shy, in denial, won't admit their crushes ones" She stiffled a laugh.

"She's talking about you Dash!" Fleetfoot cooed. "You too Soarin**Cough**Cough** Soarindash**Cough*Cough**" Spitfire said and everyone giggled or stifled a laugh. They dimmed the lights and Misty fly began to sing.

Dash stood on a corner staring at her hooves, when Soarin trotted towards her and held out a hoof. "May I have this dannce Dashie?"

Soarin and Rainbow flew up still dancing, not breaking their gaze at each other, Starlight smiled and decided to try the spell she's been working on, she pointed her horn to the cealing and suddenly, it dussapeared. Dash and Soarim were flying in the open air, the moon shines so brightly it was like thier spot light. Rainbiw smiled remembering her vsion the first time she tried the spell to see her future and saw herself dancing with Soarin. And here it is happening now.

Misty fly raised her voice, and there it was the momment where it was only Dash, Soarin, and Misty fly's angelic voice

Everypony clapped, and the two pegasi soon realized the song was over. They blushed at each other and pulled away.

But their friends weren't finnished yet.

"Whoa! Way the gooooo Soarin!" Wave chill called up to them. "Ya grab that mare and kiss her!" Spitfire encouraged using the microphone amd almost everypony is starimg at them now.

"Soarindash! Soarindash! Soarindash! Soarindash!" They all began to chant.

"Dashie...there is something I need to tell you!" Soarim said loudly so Dash can hear over the noise. "What is it?!!" She yelled so he can hear.

"I...I...I LOVE YOU!" Soarin bellowed. This cought Rainbow off gaurd, the ponies bellowed cheered even more loudly.

Dash grinned and said "I love you too!" but Soar couldn't hear.

"What was that?! Can you repeat it?" Soarin asked. Dash decided to raise her voice, but just as she yelled the words, the ponies stopped making noises to hear her properly. "I LOVE YOU TOO!" She placed a hoof on her mouth and blushed.

Everypony began whispering and then....cheering.

"Woooohooo!" they all yelled and the two hugged. However....their momment of happiness, had to be cut short.

"Well now! Now that Dash has said she loves him too, that means, their beth is now over" Lightning announced over the microphone. Dash's colors faded and she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion.

"Tell her Soarin, tell her everything" Lightning said smirking.

"Soarin...is it true?" She asked tearing up.

"R-Rainny! Soarin called off the beth a long time ago!" Rapidfire shouted but Dash wasn't listening. "Dashie" Soarin said looking dissapointed and afraid.

"tell me the truth Soarin, is the dare true? Is Lightning dust saying the truth this time?"

"Dashie-"

"Answer me!" she shouted.

Soarin sighed and a few tears were building. "Yes. It is, B-but Rainbowdash please! Let me explain" He said but before he can let another word out, Dash slapped him, and flew away storming off.

She flew to the more dark parts of the school hoping nopiny followed her, but Soarin did.

"Dash please hear me out!" He begged. "Go away Soarin" Dash said wipping away more tears. "Dashie please! I can explain" He said and blocked my path. I siffed and wipe away some more tears. "Dash yes I there was a dare about you, but I swear, I called it off! And I fell inlove with you" He said begging.

"Soarin...I trusted you, I even asked you myself if you had anything to do with the dare and you lied"

"Rainbow..."

"Soarin, I thougt you cared for me! I thought thay for once, this time somepony realy loves me, I throught I wouldn't get hurt anymore, but I guess I was wrong...Soarin...I thought you wouldn't hurt me, you promised to protect me" Dash said crying again.

"Soarin, I...I don't think I can handle this anymore! I know you didn't mean to but...but this is just too much, Just...just leave me alone please! You've hurtedd me too much, And I can't stand this anymore, I made myself so vulnerable, so trusting, I made myself think that you were not like he was. And I was an idiot to believe you'd be diffirent" She shot at him, her lips won't stop quivering.

With that, she gaved him one last look....and then left to her room.
