Sebastian tossed a rubber ball at his ceiling, catching it for the tenth drawn out moment. He felt awkward, but at least not upset over a recent breakup anymore. He sat up in bed, letting the ball fall from his fingertips when he cleared his throat and sighed softly. This was not an easy question, this was an awkward as hell question.
"I need a date tonight." He finally spoke, pausing. "Or just a friend to bring along to this stupid party. I apparently need a plus one for it." He then explained, looking at his hands in his lap. "And I can't skip it."
He hated being dragged to social events. They were just so his father's business buddies would know him, meet him.
He didn't care about any of it. At least the food was good.
