It is that time of the year,
A time of joy, no time for fear!
When couples snuggle up together, watching Christmas movies,
And children sit disinterested on the floor,
Stuffing their mouths with chocolate goodies

In happy homes all over the earth,
By the soothing fireplace children play,
Or perhaps by the glittering tree,
Or maybe even in a mountain of hay
And above the angels sing,
Accompanied by the joyous laugh of children and the sound of running little feet,
That echo through the decorated streets

And if one takes a moment to glance up,
They'll be greeted by small snowflakes tickling rosy cheeks,
And a bristling northern wind,
That makes the windows and doors creak!

Covered in crystals, snowflakes and ice,
People of all ages have never felt more alive!
And so celebrate we shall under the light of the moon,
And leave our worries for a while in order to have fun,
Enjoy life, it has just begun!
