They're found in many places, from birthdays to stores. They bring smiles to faces, but if you leave them by fans they will be no more.

  You walk down a busy street in New Orleans. It's a Saturday afternoon and the place is hustling with people. You're not headed anywhere in particular, you are really just here to do some sightseeing. And the sites you did see!
  There were street bands who played jazz, which you appreciated. There was also an open pavilion area which contained little vendors selling things from umbrellas to paintings. There was also a guy doing magic tricks, he wowed the small crowd with his performance.
  As you continued your stroll you came upon a guy dressed up as a clown. Now clowns are usually scary to you, but this one was non-threatening. He was doing something with balloons. You stopped to watch what he was making.
  After a few minutes he held a balloon flower in one hand and a balloon lion in the other. You were amazed as to how he did this and wanted one for yourself.
  So you walked over to him and asked, "how much for one of the balloons?"
  "Ten dollars," he replied.
  You pulled ten dollars out of your pocket and handed it to him. He handed you the lion and you said a quick ' thank you' before resuming your walk.
  You smiled to yourself, happy that you had a cool balloon in your possession. You took extra care of it until you got back to your car. Then you started the somewhat long drive back to your home, impatient to show your cousins the lion.
