He never said yes to me.
Almost never.
The only time he said yes
Was when I asked him
"Does this mean we're a thing now?"

Want to come to my cookout?
Can you come rollerskating?
Will you go to the dance with me?

No
No
No.

I didn't break up with him
because he said "no" .
I broke up with him to
stop myself from saying "I don't know."

I talked to him recently,
And this I did not expect.
"Were you cheating on me?"
For once he said yes.
