Violet's POV

I was sitting on the couch in the Slytherin common room finishing up some homework when Draco came in.

"Hey Draco." I say. he just looks at me and smiles. what's wrong I ask inviting him to sit down.

I put an arm around him and he sighed. "it's just, last night wasn't the best night."

"Why?" I ask. he looked like he was having a blast. "Well you see, I think I'm in love with someone else." He says.

"Who?" I ask. he just looks at me. "Well, is she in Slytherin?"

"Yes."

"Is she, your age?"

"No."

"What year is she in?"

"3rd."

"Are you two friends?" I ask.

"Yes."

"Am I her friend?"

"I- I guess." He says.

Hmm, who could be in my year, our house, his friend, my friend, And 13?

I just hugged him. I loved the way he smells like peppermint. "I bet she likes you." I say and smile.

Draco's POV
I went up to my dorm and I wanted to send my mother a note as soon as possible.
So I wrote this:

Dear mother,

I told Violet about my feelings for her, we'll sort of. I told her that she was In our house, my friend, her year, and her age but I don't think she got the hint. what should I do?

I went up to the owlrey and I sent off my owl to my mother. I was a little nervous but then I just went back to the common room and just thought.

Violet's POV
I went up to my dorm after I comforted Draco and I pulled out a parchment of paper.

I got out my paper and wrote:

Dear Molly,

Can I ask you a question? Well I hope I can because it's boy problems. so, where should I start. this is about three boys, Harry,Your son Ron, and Draco. Okay anyways, so today I went into the common room and Draco looked sad, I asked what's wrong and long story short, I asked who he likes and he explained me. But my problem is, do I love him? Do I love Ron? Do I love Harry? I got invited to hogsmead with Ron but I got invited to the ball with Harry,Ron,And Draco. but Harry asked me first and then Draco, I saved a dance for him. I'm sorry I wasted your time with this note I'm just really confused.

I went to to the owlrey and I got my owl and sent her off. "oomph, sorry." I say I ran into someone. it was Draco. "sorry." He said and he helped me up.

"Sending a note?" I ask. "yes you?"

"Same." I say. we stood there for a minute or two not knowing what to say.

"I'm going to go to the common rooms." I say and I try to walk off. "no wait!" He says grabbing my arm.

He spins me around and I fall in his chest. "Sorry." I say getting up off of his chest. "what was your letter about?" He asked.

"Problems." I say not looking into his eyes. he holds my chin so I have to look up at him.

"About?" He asks. "Nothing." I say. He grabs my wrists.

"Draco, what are you doing?" I ask. "Nothing, I just wanted to say goodnight." He says and walks away.
