3rd POV

We see the Shane gang are riding their mechas to the cavern and following Trixie who's in a hurry.

Eli: Trixie, wait up!

Kord: What's the deal? One minute we're having breakfast and then the next you tear off on your mecha!

Eli: Yeah, I mean I said I was sorry. It wasn't my fault. It was Prontos cooking.

Pronto: It takes an iron stomach to digest casserole alamolenoid

YN: How bout next time I do the cooking?

Trixie: Thats not why I took off. Well, not the main reason.

Flash back, Trixie POV

Everyone is trying to eat Pronto cooked food. But I wasn't in the mood to eat as I'm bored while scrolling down the computer until something caught my attention.

Trixie: I couldn't help it when I saw it. Its really real!

Trixie: No way, the enigma slug actually exist!

Eli: This isn't sitting well.... You might wanna clear out....! Now!

Flash back ends

Eli: (Confused.) Enigma slug? Never heard of it.

YN: I've only heard its name before, I wasn't sure it existence until now.

Eli: Speaking of, what's it do that's so special?

Trixie: Nobody knows, everyone always thought the enigma slug was just a legend.

YN: Well, it could be extremely rare.

Trixie: That's because this is probably the last one in existence. Nobody's ever seen one transformed.

Eli: (Smirk.) So if we hurry, we can be the first to fire it and find out.

Trixie: (Smiles.) Even better, we can be the first to get that on video!

YN: Then what are we waiting for? Last one there is a rotten flopper!

YN accelerate while the rest of us catches up. I couldn't help but get excited to film it with my camera. That way it'll prove that the enigma slug really does exist. Only if we can find it of course.

3rd POV

They now arrive to the next cavern where its filled with giant mushrooms.

Eli: This place is incredible. Its nice to see parts of slugterra that are still unspoiled.

Suddenly the giant mushrooms were tear down which revealed to be three other slug slingers shooting them to seek something.

Kord: Uh, souch for being "unspoiled".

Trixie: And so much for being the first to get here.

Eli: Slug hunters, and they're after the enigma.

YN: On the bright side, least its not Blakk followers. We better get down there before things get out of hands.

They nod in agreement and get down there to stop them. Unfortunately, they couldn't enter with their mechas since its too crowded to enter. They make their way through the mushrooms until they meet two people relaxing in the middle of nowhere.

YN: Is it wrong to ask what are you two doing here and wait for something?

Eli: If you don't really care about getting the enigma.

Mistress: Oh, but we are quite eager to have it.

Mister: Mhm, as son as one of you finds it, we'll be here to buy it for a very fair price.

Trixie: I wouldn't exactly call that fair....(Grin.) More like a crazy insane mech load of money!

YN: I shouldn't be surprise and yet I am. I mean it is a rare slug we're talking about and its worth a fortune.

Eli: That is a lot of gold. I don't know if I can sell it.

Mistress: Oh, I doubt you have the chance. There's already a lot of competition, but if you do manage to catch it first we'll be here waiting.

YN: We better get to it before anyone else takes it.

Short time skip, YN POV

We decided to split up to find the enigma slug easier. Should things get out of hands, we'll meet up as soon as possible to help out. So far I've only seen slugs but none are enigma.

YN: Still no sign of enigma. I supposed you got any clues of the enigma slug right?

Frost shook her head, not knowing where it could be either. I don't blame her, the enigma slug could be anywhere in the cavern. I'm just glad that Blakk isn't around. Suddenly I heard explosion nearby and I ran towards it to check. No doubt about it, they're fighting for the enigma slug.

3rd POV

As YN expected, the Shane gang and the slug hunters are battling for the enigma slug until Eli stops them with a flare slug to get everyone's attention.

Eli: Lots of slug live here, not just the enigma. You're tearing their cave to shreds! And look at this! It could've killed this slug.

An strange slug landed on Eli hand which looks to be dumb.

Trixie: Uh Eli, that's the enigma.

This made everyone surprise to see the enigma slug actually exist until they hear a new voice.

???: And that's is my trap.

Two of the hounds arrive as a man landed in front of them.

Slug hunter: (Nervous.) Stalker!? I didn't know you were here too. W-we won't get in your way.

Stalker: Leave...now.

Three of them wasted no time but to do as he said.

Eli: (To Trixie.) So, you do the talking this time?

Trixie: Are you crazy? That's Gearhold Stalker! The deadliest game hunter in slugterra! He doesn't do talking.

Kord: They say if you see him, its already too late.

Pronto: Hence is why he's called SBD. Silent but deadly.

Eli: (Chuckles.) Sorry, but where I'm from, silent but deadly means something else.

Eli: ....He's right behind me now huh?

Pronto nods as Eli turns around.

Stalker: The enigma slug and my trap. Now.

Eli: Hey, I found him fair and square before he fell into your trap.

Eli tosses the trap towards him.

Stalker: I didn't come here to play fair, I came here for the slug with two ton payday.

Stalker aims his blaster at them until he heards another blaster ready.

???: Well that makes it easy for me. Been a while Stalker.

Stalker turns around to see YN aiming his blasters at him.

Stalker: Outlaw, why am I not surprise you'd be here?

YN: Right back at you. I should've guessed you'd show up for the enigma. My friends got it first, so you better leave before it gets ugly for both of us.

Stalker: Like the your other friend who backstabbed you?

YN: Meh, more like a backslugged me if you get my point. Either way, its 5 against 1. Well, 3 if you count your hounds.

Stalker: I'm taking that slug one way or another.

YN: And I'm distracting you one way or another.

Stalker turns around and see Eli blast the enigma slug at him. His hounds was about to stop him but YN shot his Polero name Mason to pin them both down. Stalker dodged it in the nick of time before it hits him and it hits YN instead.

Eli: YN!

The Shane gang shoot blaster at Stalker but he runs off.

Trixie: I missed it when you fire the enigma! (Excited.) You gotta tell me what it looked like when it transformed!

YN: I don't think I can.

Trixie: (Confused.) Why not?

YN: Cuz I can't see right now.

YN reveal his eyes to be blind which surprised everyone. YN tries too look at his hands but rarely see anything.

Eli: Wait, you can't really see anything?

YN: Oh no, no, no, no!

YN accidentally trips on the mud by his face before getting up.

YN: Oh god, I'm as useless as a flopper!

Trixie: So this must be the enigma powers.

YN: Ok but how do we fix my eyes?

Pronto: Here they come!

Stalker hounds charge towards them. YN pull out his blaster and struggles to aim.

YN: Uh, I don't have a clear shot!

Eli: I got it!

Eli shoots a frostcrawler to create a wall to block them. But soon a flaringo was shot and destroyed the ice wall. YN tries to shoot but misses way too far before Trixie scares them away with her tormato slug.

Trixie: They're gone for now.

Eli: Let's go before they come back.

Time skip, YN POV

Ever since I got hit by the enigma slug. I've been having trouble on seeing clearly while looking at where to go. Luckily my friends helped me out until we all sat down.

Kord: So you're telling me that the enigma slug can blind anyone who gets hit?

YN: Looks that way.

Pronto: Well I suggest that with YN utterly and complete useless.

YN: Hey, I'm blind not deaf!

Pronto: Uh, sorry.

YN tries to smack Pronto but he misses.

YN: Urgh, blinded in a worst time.

Pronto: Well, now that we know what the slug can do, I suggest we leave before Stalker finds us.

Trixie: We can't leave, the enigma did this to YN and there's no telling if it will ever wear off on its own.

YN: Wait... You're telling me I'm gonna stay like this forever!?

My head drop from depression while Frost patting my head.

Eli: Don't worry, we'll find a way to fix this.

Trixie: We need to find the enigma to figure out how to cure him.

Kord: Yeah, if Stalker doesn't have it already.

YN: (Sigh.) Then we better get it before he does.

I get up but Eli stops me.

Eli: As much as I hate to say it, I think its best you stay here. It won't do any good while you're blind and accidentally fell on Stalkers traps.

YN: No its fine, I can manage-

I accidentally trip and fell into the mud again.

YN: I withdraw my decision...

Trixie: As soon as we get the enigma slug, we'll come straight back and see if we can cure your blindness.

YN: If Stalker doesn't find it.

Pronto: Never worry, Pronto will track the enigma before Stalker does.

YN: Alright then. But be careful, Stalker isn't like Blakk, he has traps all over.

Eli: Got it.

YN: More importantly, he's not the kind the guy who goes back down very easily. So your gonna have to watch each others back and he definitely won't hesitate. Got that?

YN: (Sigh.) ....They already left, didn't they?

Frost nods.

Time skip

Its been an hour since my friends left to find the enigma slug for fixing my eyes. So far its getting bored from sitting and doing nothing while my friends are doing most of the job. Right now my slugs are either just playing around or relaxing. All I can do now its just wait while watching my slugs-

YN: Hold on. Why are you guys glowing or something?

My slugs became confused about what I mentioned. But I wasn't kidding, they're actually glowing in different colors each. I pick one up and see its Flash before I pick another slug who's Spidey. I wasn't really sure but I can see their aruas clearly yet my main question still doesn't answered completely.

YN: So this is all the enigma slug can do, see your auras? But why?

I was about to put them down, but the moment Flash and Spidey were close, their auras were buzzing like magnets drawing away. This got me curious as I pick up Wrecker and Wildvine, I got them closer to each other but it happened the same thing. One last time, I pick up Frost and Aqua and I got them closer, this time their auras became white as if they're connected. But what exactly does it mean?

YN: Hmm, you two are connected to something, not sure what for but we'll figure that out later.

Just then I hear something near the bushes, I got my blaster ready until I saw a new aura which revealed to be a slug yet I've never seen it before.

YN: Oh, sorry about that. Didn't mean to scared you.

I offer it a pat on its head which made it happy.

YN: I've never seen you before. Say, care to join me and my slug friends on a adventure?

It happily nods as it meets up with the rest of my slug.

YN: Now, I think I'll call you....Mike. Like that?

Mike happily nods as I pat him once again.

YN: Wish I can blast you to see what's your ability right now, but right now I'm to blind to aim. Perhaps another time.

Just then I hear my friends arrive.

Eli: We're back!

YN: Oh man, bout time. What took you guys so long?

Kord: There were some....complications.

YN: Stalkers traps?

Trixie: Mostly, but I guess you could say that Stalker got his own taste of medicine.

YN: (Chuckles.) Oh man, I wish I could've seen it.

Trixie: All that's matter is that we got the enigma slug. Now just to find a way to cure your blindness.

Pronto: Allow me. Pronto knows exactly what to do.

3rd POV

Pronto snatches the enigma slug and loads it in his blaster before aiming it at YN.

Kord: Uh, you sure this is going to work?

Pronto: Well, why not?

YN: Wait what!?-

Before YN could protest, Pronto blasted the enigma slug at him and successfully hits him. Afterwards, YN open his eyes and his vision is finally back to normal.

YN: (Smiles.) I can see!

Trixie: (To Pronto.) How'd you know that was gonna work?

Pronto: Eh, lucky guess.

Time skip

After YN finally gain his sight back and they got the enigma slug. They make their way through the cavern as they were discussing about the slugs ability.

Kord: So wait, the most legendary slug of legend basically just messes your eyes up and then fixes them when it hits you again?

Trixie: But imaging hitting the other guy with it first. It would totally take him out of the fight.

YN: Funny thing is that while I couldn't see clean, it was almost like its letting me see something more then normal. Like something else.

Kord: Ah so you're saying there's more to enigma than meets the eye?

YN: Well, I wouldn't put it that way. But its a start. My point is, it showed me something else but I couldn't figure it out. Oh and I also found a new slug too.

YN shows them Mike before Pronto speak up.

Pronto: I believe that our mechas should be right through there.

YN: (Curious.) I know that the enigma cost a fortune, but what exactly are we going to do with the enigma slug?

Eli: Luckily I know exactly what to do.

Soon they finally arrive where the couple were at and they're still waiting for the enigma slug.

Mister: Oh, now this is a surprise.

Trixie: Let me guess, you were expecting Stalker?

Kord: (Chuckles.) He might be a while.

Eli: You're welcome to wait for a while, but he doesn't have this.

Eli shows them the enigma slug.

Mister: Well done! Name your prize.

Eli: Well, considering what me and my friends went through, I don't think I'm leaving one if them behind.

This made everyone surprise until Pronto tries to reconsider Eli.

Pronto: Ahem, and as one of those friends, I say you're completely wrong! Think of what that money could do for Pronto.

Mistress: (Hands Eli a card.) Our card for when you change your mind.

Eli: Thanks, but you may be waiting a while for that one too.

They all leave while Pronto still tries to convincing him until YN pulls him away.

YN: Pronto, just leave it. Even if I wanted to, there's no telling if they're willing to give it to Blakk.

Eli: Agreed, knowing him, he'll ghoul any slug he sees.

Trixie: What makes you think so anyway?

YN: Whatever the enigma was trying to show me, it must be something very important. But for now I'd like to rest, its been a long day.

Trixie: Oh, how bout we go to the mall next week.

Eli: A mall? Now I'm in.

Kord: I'm down for it.

YN: I could get a new boots right now.

Trixie: Why not get a new cowboy hat?

YN: Its....important to me. Let's just get going. And this time I cook.

Pronto: What? My cook isn't all that bad.

They shook their heads as they head back home with the enigma slug.
