Previously on Slugterra...

YN: That ghoul was fast!

Eli: And it looks like that's not the only one!

Trixie: Our only chances of defeating these guys is to get red hook and MN back. That has to be a mission Eli, no matter what.

MN: We need to take these blasters. We'll have a fighting chance against Dr Blakk.

Eli: Good, because as soon as we can match slugs against the darkbane, we're coming right back here. Dr Blakk has something planned, something big. And I have the feeling we're the only ones who can stop it...

Present, 3rd POV

At the Shane gang base, the slingers test out their new blasters upgrades and when they first try their slugs, they transform into megamorph slugs which now carries a pack-a-punch.

Trixie: Whoa! Did you see that!?

Kord: Nice!

Their rammstone and tormato slug turn back to slugs with a new appearance thanks to the accelerator blasters.

Trixie: Whoa, bluster and bludgeon can do it too.

YN: Told you guy it'd be awesome. Now they got some real fire power.

Kord: Thanks to these new accelerators red hook added.

Eli: Its not just blaster upgrade.

Eli fires Stunts but then Stunts loses control and crashed.

Eli: Stunts can't do it, even with the accelerator.

YN: Must be too fast for the slug to handle.

Eli: Sorry little guy. Its like some slugs are ready for it and some aren't.

Kord: So how do we find out which of our slugs are ready?

YN: Only one way to find out.

The Shane gang starts firing all of their slugs with the accelerators. Some are ready while some are not. So far for YN, he got Frost, Spidey, Heavy, Wrecker, Spike, Shocker, Razor, Allen, Chill, Neo, and Twister before his blasters needed to recharge.

YN: Looks like that's all the slugs I got who can handle the speed.

Pronto: So only the best slug can do it eh? Then I can assure you, Stinky will join the ranks.

Kord: (Chuckles.) Your Flatulorhinkus?

Kord laughs until Pronto fires his slug and transformed into a megamorph which becomes more stinkier than before. So stinky it knock out the cave troll and almost for the molenoid.

Pronto: (Cough.) Stinky, I always knew you had it in you...

Kord: I stand corrected....

YN: I think that's enough megamorph for the moment.

Trixie: Can't say I disagree.

Eli: All right, let's get ready while our blasters recharges.

They head back to the house and they're in the garage fixing their mecha beast while discussing their situation.

Eli: Now we know where we stand against Blakk. I just hope my theories is right, otherwise we're heading into the hornet's nest with no good reason.

Trixie: All those ghouls in one place? From how you guys describe and showed us that machine, it can only have one purpose, Eli.

Kord: He's punching through to the deep caverns.

YN: Like drilling down to the lava.

Kord: We fought an army of darkbane once already, I for one don't plan on doing it again.

Pronto: Yes, yes, it is all very nice. But charging into Blakks impenetrable stronghold is many things, brave, foolhardy, insane, but smart? It is not.

YN: All the more reason why we need all the help we can get.

Eli: And that is why I'm glad you feel that way Pronto. Cause I've got a different mission in mind for you.

Eli shows him the tablet map which made Pronto shock and nervous.

Pronto: (Nervous.) Uh, you sure I couldn't just come with you? Better yet, YN go instead?

YN: No can do, I got other people who can help for this fight. But I'm sure you'll be fine. So long as they already had lunch.

Time skip

The Shane gang left the base and made it to the desert pathway. But they stop only to split up.

YN: You guys know the plan?

Eli: Yeah. Good luck Pronto.

Pronto: Yes, I'm going to need it.

Pronto leaves before YN speak.

YN: Same goes for you three, you're gonna need it until we're back.

Eli: We'll manage.

YN nods before leaving.

Eli: Let's pick up the pace people!

The Shane gang are now split into three groups. Eli, Trixie, and Kord takes the fight straight to Blakks stronghold while the rest go get help.

Time skip, YN POV

Eli and the rest are on their way to Blakk stronghold where the drilling to deep cavern is. It won't be long before its gonna unleash the legion of darkbanes. But now I arrive at my home cavern and meets up dad who's outside of our house.

DN: So is it time?

YN: Yeah, the Shane gang are on their way to bring the fight to Blakk as we speak. So its our turn to make our move.

DN: All right, let's go.

We leave and head to the huge barn. Once we open and entered, we see the towns slingers including Dana are preparing their mecha beasts, slugs, and their new blasters where mom made them. Dad then whistles loud enough to get everyones attention.

DN: Everybody gather around, we got something to say.

Everyone did as he said and we gather around the table.

YN: Listen up, we're going to stop Dr Blakk and his ghouling slugs once and for all.

Dana: When are we doing it?

YN: Now.

This got everybody's attention and getting serious.

YN: This isn't just ordinary enemies and we're not just fighting Blakk goons, we're fighting the darkbanes who will destroy our only home. They're tough but they're not invincible.

DN: Unleashing a legion of them will be the destruction of everything we hold.

YN: The Shane gang are on their way but they can't do this alone. As of right now, we're all in this together as a team. We leave as soon as possible. If your in, get ready. If not, don't.

All of the slinger get themselves ready as well as their megamorph slugs. Once we were all on our mecha beast, we make our way straight to Blakks stronghold.

3rd POV

Meanwhile with the Shane gang. When they've arrive at Blakks stronghold, the battle began. Eli head towards the machine while the rest are handling Blakks men and the darkbanes. They manage to take out Blakks men but the darkbanes are pushing them back where Trixie and Kord are using their mechas for cover. Two of the darkbane knock them back with the hoprock ghouls.

Trixie: Kord move!

Nacho fires a dirt urchin ghoul and it fires multiple spikes towards Kord. Only think that protected him was his mecha and it took a lot of damage which made Kord eyes widen.

Kord: (Gasp.) Not my beauty mecha...(Glares at Nacho.) Oh now you did it...

Nacho eyes widen to see the cave troll lifts his mecha and throws it at him.

Kord then tackles Nacho going on one on one against him while Trixie tries to take the shot.

Trixie: Kord I don't have a shot!

Suddenly out of nowhere, her blaster was bounced off her hand by a darkbane where she sees who it was.

Darkbane: (Smirk.) I do.

Trixie dodges the ghouls and picked up Kords blaster since its close to her. She picks it up and aims at the darkbane.

Trixie: Let's duel.

Just when she pulled the trigger, the impact pushes her back due to the size of the blaster.

Darkbane: (Laugh.) This'll be easy like squishing a slug.

Just when the darkbanes fire their ghouls at her, it was stopped by the arachnet slug net of web.

Darkbane: What the!?

???: Hey ugly!

Everyone look up and see YN and Dana.

Dana: Why don't you pick someone with your own size?

YN: Better yet, how bout we kick you back to where you're from?

Darkbane: Ha! Two more slingers in the battle won't be enough to stand a chance against us you fool!

YN: (Smirk.) Well then its a good thing we brought some back up.

Right when he finished his sentence, a handful of slingers arrive along with DN and with their new blasters. Ready to defend their home against the threat Blakk will unleashed.

DN: If its a fight you want, then you got one!

Darkbane: Attack!

YN: Let's go!

The slingers charge and fire their blasters. YN fires frost and she throws a massive snowball rolling down before it knocks Blakks slingers like a bowling. YN them jumps to cover where Trixie is as Dana joins in.

YN: Things are looking bad from where I saw.

Trixie: Glad that you got here on time with some help.

Dana: So what are we looking at?

Trixie: Kord and I are dealing with Blakks men and the darkbanes while Eli is at the machine, but I think Blakk is there too.

YN: So he's the only one standing in our way to stop the machine. You guys help and take them down.

YN hands them Mercy for healing up the injured slingers.

YN: I'm going to help Eli.

Dana: Wait YN.

YN: Yeah?-

He was then interrupted by Dana kissing him to his lis as everything became slow. Meanwhile DN was fighting the darkbane hand to hand and he's holding the darkbane on a chokehold while he sees his son and his girlfriend kissing.

DN: (Smiles.) That's my boy.

Darkbane: (Choking.) Really?-

DN: Shut it!

Back with YN, Dana pulls back while YN couldn't say anything.

Dana: (Smirk.) That's for luck, give Blakk a punch for me.

YN: (Smiles.) Any for you darling.

YN tip his hat before whistling to summon his mecha beast. Once he got on, he turn it into wheel mode and accelerate.

Trixie: So you two are finally a thing?

Dana: (Smirk.) Yup.

One of the darkbane was shooting him until YN found a rock that's like a ramp and uses it to jump over, knocking the darkbane with the back of the wheel so hard that it snapped one of the horns off.

YN: (Shouting.) I'm the luckiest slinger in history!

Once he landed close to the entrance, he made his way in to the machine.

YN POV

I couldn't help but smile that Dana actually kissed me to the lips, best day ever. But it won't be if we don't stop Blakk once and for all. Once I arrive at the machine room. I see Eli is pushed back by Blakk.

Blakk: You're father and I dueled a dozen times and you might just be better than him. But not good enough.

YN: That's why he has friends!

Blakk turn around only to see I'm aiming both of my blasters at him.

YN: I gave you enough chances to surrendered, but unleashing the darkbane was the last straw you've wasted.

Blakk: Then I'm glad I did, because once they've arrive, slugterra will be destroyed.

YN: Not while I'm standing.

Blakk: (Laugh.) What could you possibly do?

YN: Do what I do best ever since your ghouling trash. (Smirk.) Distraction.

Blakk looks back only to see Eli firing his double barrel with his Thresher and Polero.

Successfully knocking Blakk back before I head to check on Eli.

YN: You all right Eli?

Eli: Yeah, thanks for distracting him.

YN: Its what I do best. Nice shot with the fusion.

Suddenly the ground starts to rumble and we see the machine is still activate.

YN: How do we stop the machine from drilling down to the deep caverns?

Eli: I don't know. (Pick up his accelerator.) But we gotta act fast.

Eli sets up his blaster back as his slugs return.

Eli: Buzzsaw, Polo, I told you were two of my best slug.

YN: I didn't know those two can make a fusion together.

Eli: I'm just glad going double barrel worked.

???: Worked?

We turn around to see Blakk is back on his feet like the fusion didn't do anything.

YN: How are you still standing!?

Blakk: You took your best shot and failed. Slugterra is about to fall. Look!

We look at the machine but we also saw something else which made us smile.

Blakk: Why are you two smiling?

Blakk looks back to see it was our friends and the Shadow clan. By the looks of it, most of the slingers including dad are outside rounding up Blakks men.

Kord: We're why.

We aim our blasters at Blakk.

YN: Its over. Shut down the machine.

Blakk: (Chuckles.) You're too late, I've already won.

Just then we see the darkbanes are coming out of the drills and still coming.

Brimstone: Oh. Hello cousins, I wasn't expecting you.

Brimstone fights the shadow clan as more of them come.

YN: Hold them back!

We begin firing slugs at the darkbanes while the shadow clan does the same thing including fighting hand to hand.

Kord: They just keep coming!

Suddenly the creature back before emerge out of the portal before grabbing and threw one of the shadow clan.

Trixie: I don't think we can stop them!

Dana: There's too many of them!

YN: Just hold them off, hold them off!

YN fire his last slug and was out before starts fighting the darkbane with his fist.

Eli: (To Blakk.) Look what you've done! You're gonna destroy all of slugterra!

Eli joins in and help holding them off. But it wasn't enough.

Trixie: I'm gonna need more slugs!

Kord: I'm gonna need a doctor.

Pronto: (Realize.) Wait now I remember! The shadow clan also gave me this!

Eli: Doc!

Blakk: (Shock.) A healer!? No!

Pronto throws Doc to Eli and he catches it.

Eli: Welcome back buddy.

YN: Aim at the machine!

Eli did what he said and fires Doc right towards the machine, curing the ghouls. However, it didn't just cured the slugs, it caused the machine to reverse as it turns blue.

Sucking the darkbane back to the deep caverns.

Brimstone: What!?

The Shane gang grabs on to something from being suck in by the machine while the shadow clan can teleport to safety.

Brimstone: No! Blakk, fix this! Blakk!

Blakk runs away but was cut off by the shadow clan leader while YN and Eli aim their blasters at him.

Eli: Surrender Blakk, its over.

Blakk charges at them and with the machine still function, he charge fast at them.

YN: Eli look out!

YN pushes Eli before Blakk tackles and push YN down to the portal.

Dana: YN!

It was too late as he was falling down.

YN: Get out of here Frost!

YN fires Frost to save her. Eli was still holding on as well as Blakk until Eli aim his blaster at him.

Eli: This is for YN!

Eli fires burpy who shoots fireball at Blakk, causing him to let go before he fell down to the portal. The shadow clan leader grabs the darkbane staff and starts jamming the wheel parts of the machine to shut it down.

Eli: What's he doing?

Kord: No!

Trixie: He's trying to shut it down!

Eli: Stop, YN is in there!

The shadow clan leader wasn't paying attention as he continues to jam the others. But Frost fly down and dive to save YN.

YN: (Smiles.) Frost!

Frost catches him and fly back up. But then Blakk crash and grab YN, holding him as they both fell down. YN tries to push him off but Blakk still hold him.

Blakk: We're going down together! I can imagine no place with you in slugterra anymore, say goodbye!

YN: Well I can think a better place without you, and its by taking you straight to hell! Goodbye!

With all his strength, he gave Blakk one powerful punch directly to his face. Causing him to let go yet still falling until Dana grabs YN arm which made him surprise.

YN: Dana!?

Dana: (Smirk.) Like I said, I'm not leaving you this time.

With her shadow walker, they got out of there right before the machine shuts down.

Shane gang: YN!

YN: Oh man, I thought I was gonna be a goner.

Dana: Glad you got a girlfriend?

YN: Without any regrets.

Kord: (Glares at the leader.) You want to explain yourself?

YN: Whoa whoa whao, what happened?

Kord: He was shutting down the machine while you were still in there.

Leader: Forgive me son of LN, my actions were for the good of all of slugterra.

YN: Well, it was a close call, but we're still here.

Eli: Besides, you were doing what needed to be done.

Leader: The barrier has been renewed and without the ghouls, it will not be broken again.

YN: So its finally over then. Darkbane and Blakk.

Eli: They're gone.

Leader: Yes, thanks to you and your friends. Sons of Shane and LN.

The shadow clan vanish as the Shane gang heads out of the building.

YN: So now that's finally over, what's next?

Eli: Only one thing left to do.

Time skip

The Shane gang head to a different cavern while Dana is gone for helping the injured slingers along with rounding up Blakks men. Soon they arrive to where Eli came from. Where his journey began.

Kord: Come on bro, you really going back up to the surface?

Pronto: Don't be so emotional Kord, of course he is now that he learned to ride his infurnance. That is why we have come to the drop.

Eli: (To brupy.) You ready?

Burpy nods before Eli place him in the blaster.

Trixie: And there's nothing else we can say to change your mind?

Eli: I appreciate everything you guys said on the way over here. But I know what I have to do.

Eli fires burpy and burpy transform.

Kord: So this is it, this is goodbye...

However, burpy only blast a fireball at the hole to seal it completely which surprised everyone.

T,K,P: What!?

YN: Seriously? I thought you guys already knew.

Kord: And you did!?

YN: I'm always steps ahead of you guys.

Eli: You didn't expect me to leave a giant tunnel up to the surface where anyone could find it did you?

Pronto happily hugs Eli.

Pronto: You're staying! I knew it.

Kord: (Smiles.) I can't believe you did that to me! Come here!

Everybody group hug together.

(Imagive YN as well.)

Eli: (Smiles.) Hey, you guys are right. Slugterra still needs a Shane and LN working together. This is my home and you guys are my family. I'm not going anywhere. But um maybe we should hold off on the hug fest.

The ground started to rumble and a t-rex like creature emerge from the ground thanks to the vinedrill slug. Which was Blight doing when escaping the cavern of time.

The Shane gang load their blasters with slugs, ready for another fight.

Pronto: As I've always said: Slugs before hugs!

Pronto made a battlecry before they charge at Blight and fire their slugs. Marking the end of Blakks reign and a new begin of adventure.
