•bookish babysitter is the oldest girl in the group and thus takes on the role of 'mom' (or as she calls it — babysitter). she's also one of the 'founders' of their society. she's a huge bookworm and has a huge imagination so she loved the idea of sharing stories. she's not easily scared and is always quick to protect or comfort the youngers. she also loves to hear new & exciting stories and learn in general. she's one of the best students in her school, finding it very easy to pick up new things, which is why many despise her. she doesn't care that much about it, she likes rubbing it all over their faces anyways.

•dark dragon is the second oldest girl who deeply believes everyone should respect her more (especially the group, because after all, she has to put up with them). she puts up no fronts and is very open, but she still pushes people away with her bitchy attitude. that's why she's not so well accepted in school. many consider her mannerless despite the fact she's actually very mature in the way she thinks and acts if you don't mind her sarcasm. she's a bit rebellious and reckless. has dark dark humor so she loves the midnight society. she's smart too and is quite handy — she easily fixes things and other's problems in general.

•prom queen is actually one of the popular kids. she's girly and preppy — loves fashion, make-up and all that stuff.  but she's deeply insecure about herself, despite being always showered in compliments about her looks. they all seem fake, especially coming from her 'fake' friends with whom she still hangs with solely because they're 'popular' and therefore so is she. she's starting to hate them more and more seeing how they treat her actual friends, but she's too meek to do anything about that. despite being apologetic she never finds the courage to stand up for herself and her friends. she makes it up though with being a compassionate and reliable friend.

•misfortune cookie is just confused and clumsy af. she has really sharp senses and sensitive hearing, but terrible balance and space/time orientation. she's not the most open person but when someone approaches her she will easily hold the conversation. she makes friends easily, but that doesn't mean she likes everyone, in fact, she's very judgemental but she usually keeps it to herself. she's mentally strong too, and she never gets stressed and is quite optimistic. she has a tendency to space out. is a bit unambitious which worries her parents. she's not totally in love with the idea of the society but it's her friends that are in it so she stays too.

•dream girl is really really nice. well, she's trying to. by nature, she's very sharp-tongued and critical. but a few years ago she had sort of an epiphany and started making effort to treat people better. but some people get really close to making her lose her cool. her dad is a famous politician so most think she's a spoiled daddy's girl. and while she is stubborn, she's also very soft and innocent. she never shows off her money or things like that. still, she's not scared to put people in their place if needed. she kinda learned to depend on her group of friends and that's why, despite being scared shitless, she sticks in the society too. really reliable.

•lonely ghost is the shy and timid kid who has no idea how she ended up in the group or in the midnight society. she's very introverted and very forgetful, so she just assumes her current friends confused her for someone else (she has no memory of how it happened) but she still ended up sticking with them in spite of finding the whole premise of the society stupid. she likes her friends though, she didn't have friends before them and thought she was fine with being alone, but turns out she didn't know what she was missing. she's tomboyish and lowkey hates girly stuff. she's also very lazy (her grades might suffer but she doesn't care) and untidy.

•pinball wizard is a simple but skillful girl. she's mostly known to be a noob that plays video games. which is kinda true; she loves technology (is a tech genius) and games whether they're online or in the real world. she takes very little things seriously & never gets offended, she perceives everything as a joke. sadly, she also sees everything she does as a joke too and she ended up hurting many people a number of times that way. she has great reflexes and she learned to be patient, so you will never hear her complain. a bit too competitive. the idea of the society was kinda appealing to her, she did think it was a joke at first tho, but now she's indifferent about it.

•crismon clown is hilarious. she's the class clown and most only know her as sometimes-annoying-sometimes-funny-jokester. she never knows when to shut up and only her actual friends learned to accept it as a part of her bubbly personality. she gets good grades, not excellent, despite being very clever, partly because of her ADHD. can rarely focus on anything. she is a bit immature & indecisive, but she's also very modest & insightful. she has a wide variety of interests and surprisingly good communication skill, despite using puns half of the time she opens her mouth. she was against the idea of the society, it just seemed like a bad idea to her.

•lunar locusts is the youngest in the group and the most energetic girl you will ever meet. she's super friendly and fun but she's scared of huge crowds and doesn't do that well under pressure. jas a 4D personality. she gets really awkward and shy at times so some kids bully her because of it. she might have shed a few tears because of it but she will never admit it and insists she's fine and independent. she's way too trusting, but it would also be a mistake to fully trust her too as she's a huge troll and always has new mischiefs on her mind. she's careful not to go overboard though and knows not to cross the line.
