All or only some slimes.
Types:
Deadly - Will eventually kill the slime.
Annoyance - Will not kill it but probably be annoying.
Transformation - Turn the slime into another slime.
Killer - Can apply to Transformation and Annoyance type or just be alone.  Means it will attack other slimes, transform into a slime that attacks/kills other slimes, or be dangerous or something.
Sometimes will be 2 types(Killer Annyoence and Transformation can separate types) in certain situations.
