Everyone is enjoying their time as Kaijin is laughing.

Kaijin: Man, that sure threw me for a loop! I busted my ass to make that sword, & you made all those copies in seconds!

Rimuru: Only because the original you made was incredible. All I did was analyze it. & use that magisteel cluster to copy it.

Kaijin is thinking about that.

Rimuru: Was I out of line?

Everyone is surprised at what he said.

Kaijin: If I'm being honest, it is a little vexing... But next time, I'll make one so amazing that you won't be able to copy it! I relish the challenge!

The Weapon shop Waddle Dee is surprised.

Rimuru: That's the spirit! Refill, please!

An elf then bring a bottle.

Elf #4: Can you even taste this?

Rimuru: I can't, but any drink is delicious if a pretty lady pours it for me!

Elf #4: Oh, very smooth! Here you go.

The Elf then pour some for Rimuru.

Rimuru(Mind): It's nice being the one entertained for once. As a human, I was always the one doing the entertaining. There was a lot I had to be attentive to. Ah, this is paradise!

Kirby did heard out of that.

Kirby(Mind): Rimuru... I believe I got my answer. That jobs in Japan & Jobs in America aren't so different. It is the people & custom that are different. Now that I think about it, me, Kuroki, & Yuri decided to do things for Tsutsuji. Gobta should still be in Jail. I hope we don't forget about him.

Dark elf: Hey, Mr. Creature!

Kirby: Yes?

Dark Elf: Would you like to try this?

Kirby: Huh?

Rimuru is surprised.

Rimuru(Mind): C-Could this be the legend I've heard about?!

Rimuru is imagining the Dark Elf rubbing her breasts on him.

Rimuru(Mind): Is she going to do that?

Kirby: Rimuru! She meant fortunetelling.

Rimuru: Oh. So what kind of reading can you do?

Dark Elf: Well... What would both of you like?

Rimuru & Kirby then looked at each other.

Elf #1: How about the person they're destined to be with?

Rimuru & Kirby: Huh?

Everyone is curious on that question.

Dark Elf: Oh, good idea! Okay, here I go.

The Dark Elf is trying to read our future.

Dark Elf: What's this? I can't see anything.

Rimuru: Huh?

Everyone is started to laughing.

Dark Elf: I'm just kidding.

Kirby: That was funny, Rimuru.

Now everyone is now looking at the crystal ball.

Kirby(Mind) & Rimuru(Mind): The person I'm destined to be with...

Rimuru(Mind): Could someone like that really be in this world? Maybe it's actually a slime I'm destined to be with.

Dark Elf: Oh, I see something!

Rimuru & Kirby then looked closely to the crystal ball & see 7 people: 5 kids & 2 young women. A little girl then hug one of the woman.

Kirby(Mind): Two Japanese women?

Kaijin: That's two pretty girls. You're turning red.

Kirby: Huh?!

Kirby's pink cheeks become dark pink.

Dark Elf: Oh, you're curious about this girl you're destined to be with, huh?

Elf #1: No fair, cheating on us!

Kirby: Curious, yes. Cheating, no.

Rimuru(Mind): Destined, huh? If they're also Japanese, I guess I'd like to meet her.

???: Should you really be wasting time in a place like this, Kaijin?

Kaijin: It's Minister Vesta

Unusual for a dwarf, Vesta possesses a slender build and stands rather tall, around the height of an average human. During his tenure as a minister in Dwargon, he would adorn a white cloak fastened by two intricate golden brooches. This cloak would drape over a long, crisp white shirt, concealed further by a rich, dark brown coat. His attire was often accompanied by an arrogant smirk, exuding an air of confidence.

Rimuru(Mind): So that's him?

Kirby(Mind): He's a dwarf?

Rimuru(Mind): He looks pretty stubborn & high-strung.

Vesta then walked toward the group.

Vesta: Is this a good time to be playing around? I believe the deadline for those longswords is...

Kaijin: I just sent them in.

Vesta: If you don't get them finished in time... What? You just sent them?

Kaijin: Yep. All 20 of them.

Vesta: B-But that's...

Kaijin: Want to see the invoice?

Vesta then clear his throat.

Vesta: Is that so?

Vesta/Rimuru(Mind): Well, well, finishing your work in the time allotted is to be expected. Yes. It's only to be expected./Did this Minister Vesta guy knowingly give him an impossible order? Doesn't look like they're on good terms...

Vesta: I'm more concerned with that!

Rimuru: Huh? Us?

Vesta: You shouldn't bring such two lowly monster into a high-brow establishment like this. It's making me feel ill. Hey! Do you allow monsters to be brought in here?

Elf #4: It may be monsters, but it seems like two harmless slimes.

Vesta: What? It is monsters, am I wrong? Are you trying to say slimes aren't monsters?

Elf #4: No, not in the least.

The Elf then went to give a drink to Vesta.

Elf #4: Come, now, Minister. How about a drink? Please, help yourself.

Vesta: Hmph. This is what should be done to monsters.

Vesta then grabbed the mug & then pour the drink on Rimuru's head.

Elf #1: Mr. Slime!

Rimuru: Don't worry, I'm fine. Did your dress get wet?

Elf #1: I-I'm fine...

Kirby(Mind): I'm mad at him, but he's the Prime Minister. I can't let my anger screw things up for Kaijin & the bar

Great Sage: Fruit wine. Alcohol content: 7%

Kirby(Mind): Wasn't expecting that info.

Kaijin got mad at Vesta & proceed to punch him in the face, surprising the people in the room.

Kaijin: Vesta! I hope you're prepared to pay for treating my guest like that.

Vesta: Y-You... How dare you speak to me like that?

Kaijin: Shut up!

Dord: Hey, Kaijin.

Garm: Go easy on him

Rimuru: Not the face! Go for the body!

Kaijin then punch Vesta in the face again, knocking both him & his henchman.

Rimuru: Was that a good idea? Isn't he a minister? Won't this mean trouble for you?

Kaijin: Hey, Rimuru, Kirby... Both of you were looking for skilled artisans, right?

Kaijin then turn to both Rimuru & Kirby.

Kaijin: Would both of you settle for me?

Rimuru: What? You mean it?

Kirby: We don't need to settle if we have the both of you! We would be thrilled to have your help, Kaijin!

Rimuru(Narrated): But things rarely work out so smoothly in this world.

Kirby POV
The guards then came with Kaido leading them.

Kaido: C'mon, Bro, what were you thinking?

We are all contained.

Kaijin: Hmph. That moron there was rude to my buddies Rimuru & Kirby. I just gave him a little scolding.

Kaido: "A little"? You know you can't do that to a minister.

Kaijin: Hmph.

Kaido: Don't hold this against me. It's just the law. I'll have to keep you all restrained until your trial. Move.

Guard #1: It's just pure job, you know.

The guard then us back to the cell.

Rimuru: Trial?

We went back inside the cell with Gobta still sleeping.

Rimuru: You've been asleep all this time?

Kaijin: If only I hadn't lost my temper... I dragged you all into this. I'm sorry.

Garm: Hey, it's okay! No problem!

Dord: Nothing you need to worry about!

Myrd agreed.

Rimuru: Are we going to be put on trial?

Kaijin: Yeah, I guess so. We won't be executed or anything, though. We'll probably just have to pay a fine.

Kaijin just laughed it off.

Rimuru: I hope so...

Me: That minister really seemed to have it in for you.

Kaijin: I used to sleeve this nation's king, Gazel Dwargo. I was the captain of one of the seven order of royal knights. At the time, he was my adjutant. He came from the marquis's family, & I was from a family of peasants. It must have infuriated him. Even back then, we clashed all the time. & then... One of the projects he'd been under pressure to complete, the Magisoldier Project... went up in smoke. Vesta foisted all the responsibility for his failure onto me. He got our forces on his side & even came up with false testimony's I assumed responsibility & quit the force. He still holds a grudge against me & makes unreasonable demands of me at every opportunity. That's what this was all about, too.

Rimuru: He's pretty pathetic.

Kaijin: You got that right. But it's not as if he's a bad guy, really. He & I weren't a good match, but he was always a hard worker & passionate about his research. The pressure he felt to complete that project came from his need to please the king. If I leave this country, it might make him a better man.

Rimuru: You really think so?

Kaijin: Well, Rimuru & Kirby... I'm all yours.

Rimuru: Thanks.

Rimuru & Kaijin then shake hands.

Garm: We're gonna follow Kaijin, too.

Dord: Yeah. We'll go anywhere if it means we can work with Kaijin.

Myrd agreed.

Kaijin: You guys...

Garm: Rimuru, Kirby, would we be in your way if we tagged along?

Rimuru: Heh. We'll be glad to take all of you in! But be ready. We're gonna work you to the bone!

Garm & Dord: Right!

Myrd agreed. We all are laughingly. The dwarves then asleep as Rimuru is looking at Myrd. Gobta then wakes up & look at the scene.

Gobta: Great Rimuru? Did something happen?

Rimuru: We've got some things to do. Mind if we leave you here?

Gobta: Huh?

Me: If you want to get out, call your Tempest Wolf partner.

Gobta: Wait... What?! That's just mean!

Gobta/Rimuru: What am I doing up here, anyway?! Get me down! Please get me down!/Don't worry. I won't forget to come back for you when we're done.

Rimuru then seal Gobta's mouth shut with his thread.

The next day, Rimuru, Kirby, Kaijin, Garm, Dord, & Myrd are summoned in court.

Priest #1: His Majesty Gazel Dwargo will now enter!

The dwarves then kneel when his presence is approaching. Rimuru & Kirby then bowed as Gazel then sit on his throne. He has a very dwarf-like, tough-looking body, with the height of a human covered in an armor of muscle that hides surging energy beneath. His skin is tanned brown as characteristic of his race, and his jet black hair is slicked back all the way.

Kirby(Narrated): The judge presiding over Rimuru's & Kirby's party is the Hero King of the Dwarves, Gazel Dwargo.

Rimuru(Mind): Yikes, this guy's bad news! He's a beast! He's obviously strong.

The gavel is hit.

Old Priest: The trial will now begin. All rise.

They all rise.

Rimuru(Mind): We're rising.

Kirby(Narrated): In the Armed Nation of Dwargon, no one can speak during a trial without the king's permission. For that reason, a proxy speaks for the defense...

Lawyer: As we have seen, when Minister Vesta was enjoying a drink in said establishment, Kaijin & his gang stormed the place & assaulted him. Such behavior must not be tolerated.

Kaijin: He's been bought.

Rimuru(Mind): What? Isn't he supposed to be defending us?

Kirby(Mind): This court is rigged the moment those bandages are shown.

Rimuru(Mind): Bandages? Now that you mention it, I don't remember him being that injured...

Old Priest: Is that true?

Lawyer: Yes. There is no mistake.

Vesta: King Gazel, have you heard all this? Please pass strict judgment upon these people!

Rimuru(Mind): Kaijin said Vesta wasn't a bad guy, but he totally is.

Vesta: Your Majesty!

The gavel has been hit twice.

Old Priest: I will now state the verdict

Rimuru(Mind): It doesn't look like we'll get out of this with just a fine.

Kirby(Mind): I've got a really bad feeling...

Old Priest: The principal offender, Kaijin, is sentenced to 20 years of forced labor in the mines.

Rimuru: Huh?!

Old Priest: & his accomplices are sentenced to 10 years of forced labor in the mines.

Rimuru(Mind): Wait, wait, wait, wait!

Old Priest: The court is now adjourned.

Rimuru(Mind): Hey! Wait just a minute!

Gazel: Wait. It's been some time, Kaijin. Have you been well?

Kaijin got on his knee.

Kaijin: Yes.

The others went on their knees as well.

Old Priest: Kaijin, you may answer His Majesty.

Kaijin: Yes, Your Majesty. I am relieved to find you in good health, as well.

Gazel: Kaijin. Have you any interest in returning to my ranks?

Vesta gasped. There was a brief moment of silence. Kaijin then raise his head.

Kaijin: Forgive me, Your Majesty, but I have already found my master. My sworn oath is my greatest treasure. I was never part with this treasure, even if Your Majesty orders it.

Knight #1: Insolence!

The knights then pointed their Lance at them.

Rimuru(Mind): Wha... you're kidding!

Gazel: I see.

Gazel then hold his hand, making the knights go back in place.

Gazel: I will now pass judgment. Kaijin & his companions shall be exiled. That concludes my verdict. Disappear from my sight at once!

Kirby(Mind): We got off with just exile... Still... He seems a little sad.

Kaijin is shedding tears.

Old Priest: This court is now adjourned.

Kirby POV
We are outside the castle walls as the guards are talking to us.

Kaido: Take care of yourself, Bro.

Kaijin: Sorry for all the trouble. You take care, too.

Kaido: Rimuru, Kirby, take care of my brother.

Rimuru: No need to worry! I'll work him hard.

Kaido: In accordance with the king's sentence, Kaijin & his companions are now exiled. Leave at once!

The Weapon shop Waddle-Dee then show up. It then notion other Waddle Dees. The guards then went inside & closing the door.

Rimuru: Well, shall we get going? My friends are waiting in forest.

Kaijin: Right.

We then walked along the road back to our village.
