Everyone, who survived the battle, are inside the cave where the Lizardmen live.

Rimuru(Narrated): The day after the defeat of the Demon Lord Geld, representatives of each race gathered together to discuss what would happen after the battle.

Treyni: Chairman Rimuru Tempest & Chairman Kirby Tempest, please begin the conference.

((Note: The Chairman is responsible for leading the Board and focusing it on strategic matters, overseeing the Group's business and setting high governance standards. Rimuru: Uh...

Rimuru & Kirby then looked at Treyni smiling at them.

Rimuru: Uh... I've never led a meeting like this before, so it's not my strong suit.

Kirby: I completely agreed with him.

Rimuru: So I'll just say what's on my mind. I'd like you to save your deliberations until after that. I'll start saying this: I don't intend to change the Orcs with any crimes.

The Orcs are confused at what Rimuru said.

Rimuru: I know this may upset the Lizardmen, who suffered the most casualties, but hear me out. The cause of all this was starvation due to a famine. Anyone, of any race, might have made the same choices under those conditions. Of course, this is just my public stance on the matter.

Chieftain: Then may we hear your personal thoughts on it, as well?

Rimuru: I've taken all of the Orcs' sins upon myself. If anyone has a complaint, bring it to me.

One of the Orcs then stand up.

Orc #1: P-Please, wait! Surely there is no logic to--

Rimuru: That was my promise with the Demon Lord Geld.

The Orc is shocked.

Kirby: Geld?

Rimuru: Yes.

Chieftain: I see. However, I feel that answer is somewhat unfair.

Kirby(Mind): Yeah, I can see why he wouldn't accept it so easily.

Benimaru then step in front of the Lizardmen.

Benimaru: There is one immutable rule shared among all monsters: "Survival of the fittest." The moment they faced each other, they were both prepared for that.

Kirby: You guys lost your home, too. Don't you have any complaints?

Benimaru: I would be lying if I said we didn't, but if it happens again, we will not disgrace ourselves a second time.

Kirby: Uh-huh...

Chieftain: I see... That is a fair point. But there is one thing I must know.

Kirby: What's that?

Chieftain: What will be done with the Orcs?

Rimuru is thinking about that.

Chieftain: You have said you will not large them with any crimes. Does that mean you intend to accept all of their survivors?

Rimuru: Even with their numbers down, there are still 150,000 of them. That being the case... It may sound like some kind of dream, but I'm thinking we can all work together.

Chieftain: Work together?

Lizardman's representative: Meaning what, exactly?

((Note: The Representative is Gabiru's sister.))

RImuru then look at Kirby & nodded.

Kirby: The Lizardmen will share a clean water source & fish, the Goblins will offer places to live, & our town will give them processed goods.

Rimuru: And in return, the Orcs will contribute labor.

The Orcs are surprised at this.

Kirby: All the races of the Great Forest of Jura will form an alliance & build a mutually cooperative relationship. It'd be really cool if we could create a nation where all races could coexist.

Orc #1: A-And both of you are saying we could also take part in this alliance?

Rimuru: Well, you have nowhere else to go, do you? We have a place for you, so do some work. We won't tolerate slackers.

The Orcs then get on their knees & bow to them.

Orcs: Yes, sir! Of course! Of course we will! We will devote our lives to our work!

Rimuru & Kirby then nodded & then turn to the Chieftain.

Chieftain: We would be honored to join forces with you.

Rimuru: Treyni-san, is that okay with you?

Treyni: Certainly. The Treants under my protection will share the bounty of the forest, as well. I believe we can alleviate the Orcs' hunger for some time.

The Orcs are shedding tears of joy after what Treyni said as she then stand up.

Treyni: Then... As a caretaker of the forest, I, Treyni, hereby pledge to acknowledge both Great Rimuru & Great Kirby as the new chancellors of the Great Forest of Jura...

RImuru & Kirby: Chancellors?!

Treyni: ...and declare the Jura Forest Alliance to be established under both Chancellors Rimuru & Kirby.

Treyni then get on her knee.

Rimuru: Uh... Er... Buh...

The other monsters then get down on one knee as well.

Rimuru(Telepathy): S-Somehow we just ended up the chancellors of the alliance... Not Treyni-san?!

Kirby(Telepathy): Declining it really doesn't seem like an option right now...

Rimuru: F-Fine, we will! We'll do it! Okay, um... I guess that's how it's gonna be, so we're counting on all of you!

Alliance: Yes, sir!

Kirby(Narrated): And thus, while we was left in an uncontrollable cold sweat, the Jura Forest Alliance was established.

Kirby POV
After that, I am tired from the situation. Although, I named the Chieftain, "Abiru". I then went with him as he then named the new Leader of the Orcs & grant him, "Geld". He then spent ten days naming 150,000 Orcs. I did volunteer to help named them, but Rimuru wants to keep his word. He then ended up in sleep mode. Gabiru was charged with treason. 3 months has passed, the High Orcs that had evolved from the Orcs were learning new skills in no time, under Kaijin's instruction, & had become a dependable work force. I am with Rimuru & Ranga seeing the progression.

Rimuru: It's great that the houses have been built. We've got clothing & tools, too. &... We laid an aqueduct, too. We even have flushing toilets, & both water & sewage system! We're building roads, too. The stuff learned as a general contractor came in handy! This'll be great for commerce with the Lizardmen & other regions. The bath I asked for will be finished soon, too. I can't wait! Sorry for taking up the ideas, Kirby.

Me: Don't worried about it, Rimuru. We should all work hard together to make this village an even greater place. Right, Ranga?

Ranga: Yes, master! As you wish!

Souei: Great Rimuru & Great Kirby, we have an emergency.

Rimuru: Eh?

Me: Already?

Souei: Several hundred Pegasus-mounted knights are heading this way.

Rimuru: What?

The group is heading to where the Pegasus-mounted knights as they are surrounding us.

Kaijin: It can't be...

Me: The Hero King o the Dwarves, Gazel Dwargo...

Benimaru: Great Rimuru & Great Kirby, what shall we do?

Rimuru: I'd rather avoid fighting if possible...

Shion: It's no problem. We can just knock them all away.

Me: Wait, Shion. Let's try to hear them out before we caused trouble.

Rimuru: But if it comes down to a fight, evacuate the townsfolk. We'll buy time until then.

Benimaru: Right.

Gazel then set his horse on the ground, following the others doing the same as Kaijin then run to Gazel. Gazel then got off his horse as Kaijin then kneel to him.

Kaijin: It is a pleasure to see you again.

Gazel: It's been a long time, Kaijin.

Kaijin: Yes, Master.

Rimuru & I then went to Gazel.

Gazel: You are the slime & star warrior?

Rimuru: We'll introduce ourselves first. My name is Rimuru. His name is Kirby. We're the slime & star warrior, but we'd rather you didn't call us that. We are the chancellors of the Jura Forest Alliance after all.

We then transform into our human form.

Me: These aren't really our true form, but it's easier to talk to us this way, right? So, why is the sudden visit?

Gazel: I'll get right to the point. Rimuru, Kirby, I've come to see what you truly are.

I then see his hand on his sword.

Rimuru: What we truly--

Gazel: I will expose your true nature with my sword! Since you boasted of both of you being the chancellor of this forest, it seems I must teach you, exactly, where you stand! If that sword is more than mere decoration, you would do we to accept my proposal.

I then grabbed Rimuru's shoulder as he then looked at me.

Me(Telepathy): He is planning on testing our strength to see if we uphold the title. Switch with me. I should take him on, since I didn't help much.

Rimuru(Telepathy): Okay, Kirby.

Knight #1: Your Majesty, are you...

Gazel: An earnest battle is the quickest way to settle this, is it not?

Me: I will accept it. I'll make you regret accusing my brother of boasting.

As I activate my Sword ability, Gazel then draw his sword out. The stare down we gave was starting to be intense.

Gazel: If you can defend against my entire chain of attacks, you win. However... I suggest you do not underestimate the sword skill of Master Swordsman Gazel Dwargo.

Me: I understand.

There is a wind blowing as Treyni shows up.

Treyni: Very well, I will serve as witness to this contest.

Knight #1: Is that... a Dryad?

3rd POV
Gazel then looked at Kirby as he then smirk.

Gazel: I willingly apologize for accusing your brother of boasting. I have a vague understanding of the circumstances now.

Kirby: But...?

Gazel: But that is a separate matter from judging both of your true nature. Now that we have a witness, all that remains is to cross swords!

Kirby: If I'd win, you will explain to us what's going on here.

Gazel then chuckled.

Gazel: If you manage to defeat me, you will have your answer.

Treyni: Begin!

Kirby then run to Gazel & tried to get a hit, but Gazel then blocked his sword attack& pushed Kirby back. However, he did land on his feet.

Gazel: Is that all the strength you have, Kirby?

Kirby: Nope.

Gazel then Slam his sword on Kirby's sword, but instead of being pushed back, the ground cracked under Kirby.

Gazel: So, you do have some strength.

Kirby: Let me tell you something: It is not the size of the dog in the fight, it is the size of the fight in the dog. That meaning have a lot proof... Like this fight!

Kirby then pushed Gazel back, startled a bit. Gazel then smiled as both of them take a stance. Rimuru then saw Gazel's stance.

Rimuru(Mind): That stance...

Gazel: Here I come, Kirby!

Kirby: Bring it on, Gazel!

Gazel/Kirby: Haze: Thunder of Heaven & Earth! Fire Emblem: Critical Hit!

They both move faster than the eye can track. There was one metal clash, then the second shows that Kirby's Critical Hit knocked Gazel's sword down. The group were surprised at the sight. Gazel then started to laugh.

Gazel: You managed to stop my strike! You even knocked my sword out of my hands!

Treyni: The winner is Kirby Tempest!

Kirby then picked up Gazel's sword & handed it to him. He then put it in his sheathed.

Gazel: I understand now after crossing swords with you. You & your brother are not an evil being.

The Kijins & Ranga then nodded.

Rimuru: What the hell?

Gazel: I am impressed that you keep pace with my Haze: Thunder of Heaven & Earth. Well done, Kirby.

Kirby: My Fire Emblem: Critical Hit wasn't as perfect against actual opponents. Even my master can easily counter or dodge.

Gazel: What? Could it be your master was...

Hakurou then chuckled.

Hakurou: Excellent work, Great Kirby.

Gazel: The Savant!

Hakurou: You no longer look like the little boy I found lost in the forest. Ah... Forgive me, Dwarf King. I am overjoyed to see that you have surprised me with the sword.

Gazel: What an honor to hear you say that.

Rimuru(Mind): Hakurou was his master, huh? You really never can tell how things might be connected in this world.

Nightfall as the group are enjoying their time as Rimuru, Kirby, & Gazel are done finished talking.

Rimuru: I see. You were investigating the odd assembly of monsters that defeated the Orc Lord.

Kirby: Yes, to determine whether they were friend or foe. Rimuru, Kirby, there's something I must ask you.

Rimuru: Sure.

Gazel: Have both of you any interest in entering a treaty with me?

Kirby: A treaty?

Gazel: If both of you were to gain control of everything in this vast forest, both of you could obtain wealth & power surpassing my own nation. It would serve you well to have another nation supporting you at such a time.

Rimuru: That would be fantastic, but...

Rimuru then looked at the group, then at Kirby, & back at Gazel.

Rimuru: Are you sure? That would be the same as acknowledging our gathering of monsters as its own nation.

Gazel: Of course. And this deal would benefit us, as well. Both sides stand to profit.

Rimuru & Kirby then thinking about the treaty.

Rimuru: I guess we have no reason to refuse.

Kirby: We gladly accept.

Gazel: Good. And what is the name of your nation?

That question got them surprised.

Rimuru(Telepathy): Our nation's name?

Kirby(Telepathy): We didn't think of that!

Rimuru(Telepathy): Um... If I take one from "Forest of Jura" & Rimuru Tempest"...

Rimuru: The Jura Tempest Federation!

Gazel: The Jura Tempest Federation?

Benimaru is awe-inspired.

Shion: That's our Great Rimuru!

Rigurd: Then our nation shall be called the Jura Tempest Federation, & this town shall be called Rimuru & Kirby!

Rimuru & Kirby: Huh?!

Rigurd: Capital City Rimuru!

Kirby: Hang on, that's kinda embarrassi--

Shion: Capital City Rimuru & Kirby! No other name would do!

Benimaru: I agree. It's a perfect name for our town.

Kirby: You guys are drunk! You can't just--

Gazel: It would seem that this is settled.

Gazel then hold out his hand. Kirby then sighed knowing anything he said won't change the name. He then grabbed Gazel's hand as the treaty has been initiated.

Kirby(Narrated): On this day, the names "the Jura Tempest Federation" & "Capital City Rimuru & Kirby" were engraved in history for the first time.
