Gerard had learned to appreciate beautiful things and creations from an early stage in life.

He had spotted an extremely pretty rose, pink and in full blossom. Knowing that his grandmother loved those pretty flowers, he stretched out after it and plucked it from its source of living, happy he managed to get it with only a few scratches from its thorns.

However when he had placed the doomed flower into her lap waiting for the praise, Gerard got a really shocked when Grandma Elena scolded him for killing the beautiful rose.

"But grandma," He remember whining with trembling lips and teary eyes. "It's not dead; look!" He had taken the flower from her grasp, sticking his fingers even more on its thorns and holding it up to show her.

"Gerard dear," She had begun softly. "When you plucked it from its stalk, you removed the head from the body and dooming it to a slow death in a vase." Her eyes held his with a gentle lock as she took the poor rose from his small hands.

And then the realisation had stuck him like a thorn in his thumb. "I'm so sorry!" He broke out in tears, apologising to both his grandmother and the rose.

After that his grandma had thought him about the beautiful things in the world; the things people shared the opinion of beauty on and the things that just waited to be appreciated and be looked at with admiration.

Frank Iero was one of the people that waited to be appreciated for who he was. He was also one of those that needed some to tell him that he was indeed beautiful and needed in this world.

Gerard wanted to be that person.

The only problem was that Frank Iero was actually Mr. Iero; his science teacher.

Yay new fic!

I actually have a lot of half written fics saved as drafts here, but I want to be finished with other fics before I start on them.

Two fics + one 30 Day challenge can't be that many huh?

Well I actually have another account on here where I write kpop fics ((im kpop trash smh)) and Im currently writing on two 30 Day challenges and 5 fics on that account?

I got inspiration from MSI's song Slim from their album pink and it's going to be a teacher/student frerard with leathermouth!frank and bullets!gerard :33 ♡♡
