Khushi's pov:

" Khushi we can go to Manasi's place tonight ", Vatika said to me.

" Yeah but what about Ritika, she will be alone"

" Never mind just call her and inform her that we will go at Manasi's place to meet her best friend ", Vatika suggested me.

" Yes l am calling her"

I called to Ritika almost five to six times but she didn't picked her calls up.

" What happened? "

" Ritika is not picking up the call", l was tensed.

" May be she is busy, you can directly call to Jay and let him know ", Vatika suggested.

" Yeah good idea "

I quickly gave a call to my arrogant neighbour.

" Hellllloooooo Khushiiiiiii", l heard Jay's happy voice.

I was feeling contented by seeing his joyful and cheerful voice. We talked for few minutes then later he passed the call to Ritika. Even she had no problem if l and Vatika spend some time at Manasi's place in the night time. She informed me that she will have her dinner with her new friend in her office. Her cheerful voice was saying how jovial she was. Her new friend must be very special for her.

" You don't worry Khushi, l will manage every thing ", Ritika said to me while l gave a positive response.

" Great then we will directly go at Manasi's place from the college. Let's meet tomorrow in the morning "

" Yesssss enjoy babes"

" Yup"

Time lapsed, sun already set in the west. Darkness spread every where. Cool breeze was moving. Birds were resting in the nest. I , Vatika,  Manasi and Sahil went at Manasi's place.

Manasi's house was beautifully decorated with red and white balloons. Fairy lights were enlighted in the living room. Her room was filled with furnitures. The colour combination of white and red was looking ravish. Me and Vatika were observing it.

" Manasi l never knew that you are so obsessed with red and white colour ", we grinned from ears to ears.

" No.... No Manasi specially planned red and white colour. It is actually her best friend's favourite colour ", Manasi's boy friend Sahil said to us.

" Oh nice but where is Manasi's best friend? She came yesterday from Pune right? ", l asked to them.

" She is on the way. She will be reaching soon till then have some juices ", Manasi said while we nodded.

" Yeah one strawberry juice for me and one apple juice for Vatika ", l said to Sahil. While he blinked his eyes. Some time l feel pity on Sahil, he keeps on working on Manasi's order.

" Do the work fast Sahil ", Manasi ordered him while he nodded.

" Yeah l am doing my work my beloved queen ", Sahil teased while Manasi blushed at his statement.

" How cute !! ", Vatika exclaimed.

" Even you and Akash bhai will look cute in the future as girl friend - boy friend ", l pulled Vatika's legs.

" Acha ji then you will also look good with Jay in future as husband and wife ", this time Vatika poked fun at me while l rolled my eyes.

" Guysssss the wait is over, here comes my best friend Poonam Kate from Pune ", Manasi introduced one hot and sexy girl in front of us. She was wearing beautiful short above knee length one piece dress. It had glitters styled in the above part.

I must say Poonam was looking different from us. I felt like she over dressed herself but after all it is her life hence we didn't said any thing.

" Hello everyone, l am Poonam Kate from Pune", Poonam said to us while smiling. She is really very pretty.

" Hello l am Khushi Agarwal, currently l am studying in Razz college. I am also a yoga instructor "

" Oh nice to meet you Khushi ", she gave me warm hug. She behaviour shows that she is extrovert unlike us.

" Heyyyyy girl, this is Vatika Jaisal. I am Khushi's bestie and room mates. We both are studying MBA from the same college "

" Wow girls, that's really awesome. Well currently l am working in the 'My Style ' company as a model ", Poonam said while the word model attracted me.

" Really? You are a model? ", Vatika was hell excited like me.

" Yeah, earlier l was working in the Pune after my graduation. Now l got new job at Mumbai hence l shifted over here"

" Oh okay "

" Although Poonam is quite elder than me in an age wise still our vibes maches ", Manasi and Poonam hugged each other.

" You know what Poonam even my best friend Khushi wants to become Miss India ", Vatika revealed will l found a strange look on Poonam's face which l ignored it.

" Oh ? Well I will be Miss India in future ", Poonam said in an attitude.

" Time will speak ", l whispered so that no one hears it but Vatika had already heard it. She winked at me.

" Guys let's dance. I will switch on some music ", Sahil said while we all nodded. He started playing some random bollywood and hollywood songs. We were dancing joyfully on it.

It was quite late night. Later we had dinner. Manasi ordered Paneer Pakoda, Spring Roll, Veg Manchurian Dry as starters. She ordered Veg Manchow soup for her best friend Poonam as she was on diet. We ate Veg Triple Schezwan Noodles, Veg Hong Kong Fried Rice, Green salad, Masala Papad, Boondi Raita, Chicken Chilly, Chicken Pudina Tandoori. We all enjoyed the food.

" Ufff!! My stomach is full ", l said while getting up from the chair.

" What Khushi, still desert is remaining girl ", Manasi said.

" Do we have desert too ? "

" Yes Khushi, here l present Rich chocolate Ganache cake made by me ", Manasi said proudly.

" Taste it Khushi, it is especially cooked by my girl from for her best friend Poonam ", Sahil praised Manasi

" Awwwww Manu, l am so fortunate to have you as my lovely friend ", Poonam was very contented. Her eyes we're blooming with happiness.

" I hope you all liked the cake ", Manasi said.

" Of course yes Manasi, after all it is made by you ", l appreciated her efforts.

Suddenly my phone started ringing. It was almost mid night. Who might be calling me at this time? I checked my phone and found that the call was from Mr. Angry Bird, my arrogant neighbour.

Why was he calling me now ?

I received the call and went in the corner to talk with him.

" Hello "

" Hello Khushi are you fine? Where are you? Are you safe? Do you need any help? ", suddenly Jay bombarded with tons of questions.

" Hello Jay relax, l am fine. Let me first answer ", l said

" Sorry.... Sorry tell me where are you till now? Why the hell your door is still locked? ", Jay inquired.

" Me and Vatika are at Manasi's place. We came here to meet her best friend"

" Oh okay but what about Ritika? "

" She said, she will have dinner with her new office friend "

" Oh l see.... I guess l know that guy. Even today she was spending more time in marketing department rather than sales department "

" Okay.... Did you had your dinner Jay?"

" Yes l already had, actually l was some wastes in the out door dustbin. There l found your room was looked ", Jay tried to convince me but l felt like it was a false statement.

" Rest assured Jay, we are safe at Manasi's place ", l said softly

" Did you guys already had your dinner? Done with the party? Already meet Manasi's best friend? ", again Jay bombarded with lots of questions. Does he really care for us or he is just doing acting in front of Jayshree and Janaki aunty?

" Where are you lost Khushi? I am asking you some thing. For a God sake, reply it "

" Yesssss Jay, done with all the works. We were planning to reach our building soon "

" Good then, as it is already quite late. Share Manasi's house location. I will come to pick you guys up "

" No..... No need Jay, you don't take extra trouble for us. We both will manage ", l tried to explain my point to Jay

" It's absolutely okay, we are friends right? It is already late. Just share your location, l will reach on time to pick you guys up "

" Jay it's..... "

" Khushi don't speak rubbish, just share your location ", l heard Jay's harsh voice.

" Okay Mr. Arrogant ", l muttered

" I heard that Khushi "

" Better for you Mr. Jay Verma ", l rolled my eyes.

" Khushi why do you keep giving such various nick names? "

" Well l will give the answer after wards, me and Vatika are waiting for you. Come soon, bye"

" Yeah bye "

" Khushi share your location "

" Yes l will Jay", saying this l shared my location to Jay.

" Who was that? ", suddenly l heard Poonam's voice.

" My friend "

" Oh just friend or boy friend? ", Poonam pulled my legs.

" Ahhh just friend, preciously my neighbour", l said in a low voice

" Nice girl, well currently l am single and l am always ready to mingle. Is your neighbour single or taken? ", Poonam smirked.

" I..... I don't know ", l lied to Poonam as l don't wanted to reveal the truth of Jay. Why the hell she was taking so much interest in my crush?

" I think your neighbour is single ", Poonam said dreamingly.

" Why do you think so? ", l frowned.

" Because of course a taken guy will not call you in the mid night just to ask about your whereabouts ", simpered Poonam. Well she actually had a good point but I think Jay is my new friend hence he cares about me. Yeah this is justified answer. I also know that he can never have any soft corner for me as he got betrayed by his ex girl friend in the past. He doesn't even believe in the relationship or in the beautiful feeling love.

" What are you thinking so much Khushi? ", Manasi sniggered.

" Nothing Manasi, it is really very late. Vatika finish your dinner fast "

" Yes Khushi mom, l am doing it ", Vatika teased me.

" Well Vatika are you single? ", Poonam asked to Vatika.

" Yes l am ", Vatika replied while hiding her deep emotion.

" She is single but having crush on some one ", l teased Vatika.

" Ohhhhh then l should say that darling Khushi too have mere crush on some one ", Vatika showed her tongue towards me.

" Good discussion going on girls, now tell me your crushes name ", Poonam demanded.

" Let it be, let's drop this decision now tell me about your self ", l directly said to Poonam.

" I had many boy friends. My main passion is to make many friends and rich boy friends ", Poonam winked at Manasi.

" Yeah may be but my girl friend Manasi is different from you Poonam ", Sahil said while Poonam gave whatever look towards Sahil.

" I really can't help it Sahil ", Poonam rolled her eyes.

I quickly received a message from Jay.

" I reached Khushi. Come down with Vatika fast "

" Yes we are coming ", l dropped the message.
