I scream, waking up in a cold sweat. I look at my surroundings. I'm in the hospital. I'm in a hospital bed, wearing a hospital gown, and with an IV attached to my arm. All of these thoughts are swarming in my head. 'Who brought me here? Where I am? How did I get here? And who changed me?' "Hey, guys, she's awake, I can hear her thoughts," a familiar voice says. "I'm pretty sure that she's probably freaked out right now." Someone says. "Just, when talking to her, try to calm her down, don't freak her out even more." Another voice says. "Thanks for the suggestions, Doc." Another familiar voice says. "If you need me, I'll be in my office." The person says, and I listen to the footsteps fade. I hear the others whisper in the hallway, and someone opens the door.

     The door slowly opens, and I duck my head under the covers, pretending to be asleep. "We know you're awake, Renee, your heart is beating 1,000 miles per minute." Someone says. I slowly remove the cover, and I see Jeff, Splendor, and two unknown people standing next to me. Splendor gladly introduces me to Trendor, his brother/cousin, and Toby. 'And to answer your questions, we formed a plan and broke you out of Slendy's mansion,  you are now in Trendor's mansion, and we had Trendor change you.' Splendor replies. "Just be glad Offender wasn't here." Jeff says. Splendor, Trendor, and Toby, all turn to Jeff glaring. "Who's Offender?" I ask. "He's like us", says Splendor, "but Offendor preys on young women and kills them," Trendor finishes.  "Oh." I squeak. "Don't worry, he won't hurt you, we'll protect you if it's the last thing we do." Toby says. "Thank you." I say, before going into a coughing fit. 'Here's some water for your throat, you'll probably need it, you've been out for 3 days.' Trendor says, while passing me a bottle of water. My jaw drops in shock. "Three days?" I gasp. "What happened while I was out?"I ask them.  Toby, Jeff, and Splendor take turns explaining everything that happened in the last few days.

       After processing this information, a terrible thought pops up in my head, 'Three days, that's long enough for Slender to start looking for me!', I realize. I need to get out of here, and I rise to get up. Splendor gently pushes me back down, advising me that I should rest. "NO, I'm tired of resting, I want to get up and get out of here!" I demand. Splendor says, 'Renee, you are in no condition to start fighting, just rest for at least two to four more hours.' "NO, I WANT TO GO HOME! I WANT TO SEE MY MOM AND GET AWAY FROM YOU FREAKS!" I yell. 'Renee, you need to chill out.' Trendor pleads. "NO!" I scream. I'm trying to get back up, but Splendor releases his tendrils and restrains me. I'm screaming bloody murder, and Trendor tells Toby to go get Dr. Smiley. I watch as Toby runs out of the room. As I'm starting to struggle, Jeff walks up to me. I realize that he has a hoodie and mask on, covering his face. Splendor must have read his thoughts, and says, 'Jeff, don't do it!' "It's just to see if it works." Jeff is now standing next to me. I watch as he takes the hood off his head and slowly takes off his mask...

      Jeff's face is bleach white, with black shadows for the whites of his eyes and red for the irises. His mouth, is cut into a permanant smile, with blood covering his lips. His hair is dark, matted, and greasy, making his eyes stand out. Then, he tells me, "Go to sleep." That's it! I lost it. "AAAHHHH!!!" I scream at the same time Toby comes running back with Dr. Smiley and surprisingly, Offender, following him. 'Why is HE here?' Trendor demands looking at Offender. "I'm just here to help her sleep." Offender says, pulling out a light blue rose. 'Oh, heck no! Last time you said that, you killed a person in their sleep.' Trendor argues. The two brothers/cousins are arguing back and forth. Toby sees me freaking out, takes one look at Jeff, and says "Jeff, put your mask back on." Jeff sighs, and puts it on. My heart is racing, and Dr. Smiley walks towards me holding a needle. I start fighting against the restrains, otherwise known as Splendy's tendrils. When the two are still fighting, one of them releases their tendrils knocking the needle out of the doctor's hand. Jeff goes over to pick up the needle. He hands it back to the doctor. Dr. Smiley grabs my arm, and slides the needle under my skin. Whatever's in it, is making me sleepy. Splendor releases his tendrils ad drags the two out of the room. Dr. Smiley leads Jeff and Toby out of the room. Toby comes back to put the rose on a table in the room. When he leaves, I slowly go to sleep.
