his voice was heard from behind the bathroom which was still closed.

his shampoo scent fills this room together with his appearance. he was still busy trying to dry his hair with a towel that coiled his stomach.

"how about samgyeopsal in myeondong?" I heard that their dish are delicious.."
I asked in the middle of my attempt to reach the black dress zipper I was trying to wear.

"you must be kidding me Chaeyoung,"

"I have run out of ideas and we must hurry immediately Jeongguk"
he approached then with one pull helped me the zipper perfectly.

"the only hurry is you. I have lots of free time."
he was still behind me and I could feel he lowering the zipper which was initially perfectly closed on my back.

"stop joking. I really have to hurry. there is an important meeting. call me when you have an idea where our dinner is today, or it will end with my omelette again."

he laughed then I felt his hands wrapped around my stomach. his breath tickled at my neck.

"you clearly know I don't mind if I have to eat your homemade omelette every day and you are so beautiful today."
he did it again.

I turned then find him gazing at me sadly.

"no matter how beautiful I am today, my boss won't tolerate my delay this time. not for the umpteenth time. "
his face turned serious as a reaction to what I just said.

"is he still making things difficult?"
Im shaking my hade made his forehead wrinkles increase.

"he is my best friend Jeongguk."

my steps just stopped.

Minhee, Jieun and hyunjin's daughter, will have their second birthday.
and that means he should be seven years now. that fact was so disturbing to make my tears flowing.

I quickly turned away even though I was sure my efforts were too late. Jeongguk must have realized the change in my attitude. as I thought, he finally held my body tightly.

"our child must been in peace there."

along with the tears flowing in the two corners of my eyes, I nodded trying to be sure of what he was saying.

"I'll say that we have other plans."

"I am fine."

I felt his chin move above my head showing his disagreement. his hands covered my face then slowly felt tears in my cheeks.

"we still need time."
the same sadness implied from his gaze.

it's hard to believe how two people who were both in pain tried to cure each other's wounds.
he is right. we still need time and I don't mind spending all the time I have with him.

"what if you just skipped that meeting today?"
what he proposed made a smile expand on my face. he smiled to see my response.

"nice try Jeongguk."

"I love you."
he whispered again as he pulled me back in his arms.

"I love you too."
I said while taking back his arms. because as long as we are together, everything will be fine.
