"Ready to yield yet?" I asked, holding the tip of my sword to her neck. The Slerrok snarled at me, but remained on the floor under my weapon. Then, she turned back into her first form, which signified that she surrendered and would cure Creine. To be a good sport, I helped her up and turned back into my human form, turning my appearance back to its normal form. The queen walked over to Creine and summoned a small dagger made of pure dark matter, then made a small cut on his arm and drained about a cup of blood.

"Now, I need 15 of the hairs from the Slerrok that clawed him." I handed over the hairs from a pouch on my belt, and she put them in the blood bowl. I watched as the hairs sizzled and writhed as if they were alive, which would be disgusting to the average person, but I find delight in the gruesome and grim. When the hairs had fully dissolved and the mixture was now a wine color, the queen gave the bowl to Creine.

"Drink it." He obeyed, downing the liquid. As he did, the claw marks started to recede and the black substance drew back into a cluster at the base of his neck. The Slerrok's hand started glowing, and the black stuff started flowing from Creine's neck into her hand. Finally, all that was left of the once black and terrifying-looking wound was just 3 small claw-shaped scars on his neck.

"Oh my god, I feel normal again! Thank you thank you thank you!" Creine screeched, throwing his arms around the queen. She hesitantly hugged back, but not before receiving a death glare from Penelope that said 'if you hurt him in any way I will end you'. I watched this happen with a smile on my face, knowing that the queen wouldn't do anything bad to Creine while the 2 of us were here.

Anyways, it all worked out in the end. Creine got healed, Penelope became the official ruler of the Insonta, the Slerroks all became vegan, the three of us moved into a house together, and Creine and I graduated college (I ended up being valedictorian with a little 'help' from Valerie).

One day around 5 years later, for the sake of nostalgia, the 3 of us were going to go on a drive in the countryside. We got out our old motorcycle-vehicle, and packed it full of delicious food and stuff. Creine turned the key in the ignition, but it wasn't working, so I suspended it with my magic and went under the vehicle and poked around. There was something sort of wedged under a couple of pipes, so I yanked it out and tossed it to Penelope. When I got the motorcycle back onto the ground, Penelope handed it to me and I read the note, since I was the only one who could read Erglish.

Dear Miss Azartania,

Unbeknownst to Queen Arra, I have put this under your vehicle instead of the invincibility amulet. I did this because you were getting a bit too close for my liking, and Arra shall be mine and only mine. The item I placed under the vehicle is a bomb that when retrieved from under your vehicle, explodes and kills everyone within a 500 feet radius. No hard feelings, hmm?
