"I can't believe Xellos finally got with Filia. Out of all people?" said Lina to Gourry, Zel, and Amelia.

"Yeah. And, they usually don't get along with each other. They usually argue." said Gourry. "Them being together makes no sense to me. That, it hurts my brain, just trying to think about it."

"Hey, Lina." said Xellos to Lina. He was still with Filia by his side.

"Xellos? I don't understand how this can happen? You with Filia? That's something I never expected to see in my lifetime." Lina pointed to Xellos and Filia.

"Same here, Ms. Lina." said Amelia, agreeing with her.

"Ohh. Hi," Filia felt shy seeing that her friends saw that she was with Xellos romantically. "Lina. Amelia. Zel. And, Gourry. Look, I know this is Xellos. But things change. I've been feeling lonely, feeling like something was missing in my life. And it was him, all along. I really enjoy his presence."

"They do look happy together, no matter how strange it may be." said Zel, talking about Filia with Xellos. "Why bother them with that? It's still love. Ain't it?"

"Zel is right. It's still love. And, I think that it's great that Filia was able to find someone." said Amelia.

"Whatever floats your boat." said Gourry. "Whatever you like, Filia. Is fine with us. Right, guys? And, girls?"

Lina, Amelia, and Zel all nodded their heads together in approval. "Of course." they said in unison.

"Ohh! Lina!" said Martina, being the last person to leave the ballroom for the party. "This was such a wonderful party that I haven't been to...in ages! I can't wait, until I have kids of my own, so that they can be good friends with you and Gourry's. And then me and you can both be great friends and talk about our marriages and lives together."

"Kids? Who said anything about me having kids with Gourry?" Lina blushed, thinking about the possibility that she might have kids with Gourry. "Oh, please. That's the last thing that is on my mind, right now."

Martina giggled her annoying-silly laughter. "Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha!" she said. "Lina, you never know. You might change your mind about having kids or not with Gourry. But no pressure on it. This is a topic that you must discuss with him, since he's your husband now." she took Zangulus's hand. "Come on, Zangulus. Honey. It's time for us to go back to the Kingdom of Zoana."

"Right." Zangulus took his cowboy hat off and bowed down with it in respect to Lina and Gourry. "It was nice seeing you, Lina and Gourry. I had a great time at your wedding. Martina and I must go home now, since it's getting dark now. Excuse us, and goodbye." he got back up and waved bye to them, before leaving the ballroom.

"Bye." Gourry waved back to Zangulus and Martina. "Thanks for coming."

After hours passed, the wedding party was over. It was late night. Lina and Gourry had both said goodbye to their friends, family, and other guests.

"Ms. Lina." said Amelia. "This sure was a wild party."

"Yeah, it sure was."

But since it was late, Amelia was kind enough to let Gourry and Lina spend the night at her castle as guests.

"Geez, these heels are killing me," said Lina, still in her wedding dress get-up. "I've got to get out of them. These are really hurting my feet. That's it, I'm never wearing heels ever again. For now on, I'm sticking to flats to wear for fancy stuff." she walked slowly in her heels, watching her feet move on the floor so that she doesn't trip over with her dress. "Can someone give me a little help with these, off? I'm so exhausted from all the dancing."

"Did you say you wanted some help with that, Lina?" Gourry appeared into the room.

"Gourry." said Lina. "I had no idea you were listening."

Gourry picked up Lina and her feet, carrying her like she was a bride. "Up, you go!"

"Woah! Gourry! You could of gave me a heads-up about this!" shouted Lina, seeing Gourry walk out of the room.

"Hey, I'm just trying to help my lady. You are my bride and wife now, after all. So, I have to be helpful to you and loyal to you at all times." he walked upstairs carefully, while still holding her. "Come on, I'll take you back to your guest room. I know that it isn't that far from mines."

Gourry burst open the door to Lina's guest room by kicking it open with his leg. He then placed Lina to lay down on her bed. "There you go, Lina. Now, I'll just take off your heels." he took off the wedding heels off of Lina's feet and put them on the floor.

"Thanks, Gourry." said Lina.

Gourry took her wedding veil off of her head, placing it on top of the mini table that was beside the bed. He kissed her forehead. "I would do anything for you. Are you good?"

"Yes, I'm good." Lina was laying down in the bed.

"If you need anything or any help. I will be in my room, that is just down the hall. Okay?" said Gourry, leaving the room.

Lina nodded her head to him. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. You can go now. Go get some sleep. Tomorrow, we're leaving."

"Right. Goodnight, then." said Gourry, closing the door to Lina's room. He headed back to his room.

Lina took off her wedding dress and changed back into her pajamas to go to sleep.
