It had been a week since Gourry  was in the mansion, still waiting for Lina to come back since the argument had occurred. It was a rainy day. He was standing inside of the large living room, gazing back at the window's reflection that showed the dark-dimmed forest scenery. "Lina." he put his hand on top of the window, thinking of Lina in an intimate way.

He really longed for her. He felt so lonely and sad. He was thinking of the worst possibilities that there could be..

What if Lina never comes back?

What if his marriage with her is officially over? Are they even still together?

So many questions rose up in his head. He was prepared for the worst that he could ever think of. But no matter what happened in the end, he was going to choose to take it up like a man. Out of the possibilities that he could think of. He mostly thought that Lina would divorce him and leave him. He felt a panick of fear take over him.

Because Lina had been in the woods for what seemed so long for her with no human contact from Gourry, she began to yearn for Gourry so much. She missed his warm lavender scent. His voice. His laugh. Him being his dumb-clueless self.

His kindness and loyalty that warmed her heart, that made her fall in love with him in the beginning. She missed him so much that all she wanted was his physical touch. And to feel his love. She mostly wanted to feel his natural physical presence.

She missed him so much that she started to feel a natural-human sexual attraction towards Gourry for the first time ever. She wanted to be back with him in a quick heartbeat. And wanted to have a heart-to-heart conversation to him about what had previously happened with their argument.

It was still raining. Today, she had made up her mind on something that she had avoided about thinking about.

Having kids.

She had now changed her mind on it, because now she also wished to want to be a mother. As well as Gourry wanted to be a father. He was the only person that she saw herself with in her future for the longrun.

Today was the day that she was going to reconcile with Gourry and tell him how she now wanted kids with him. "Gourry." she said to herself.

"Ray-wing!" shouted Lina as a small purple magical aura surrounded her. Her feet lifted up highly above the ground. "Levitation!" she shouted, flying off up in the sky.

She then landed onto the ground, in front of her home. She walked up to the door and knocked on it. "Gourry. It's Lina. I'm back. Please open it. I want to talk to you."

Gourry was sitting down on a chair in the living room, reading a book. His eyes turned big with happiness, hearing Lina's voice. He put the book down and ran to the door in a hurry.

"Lina!" he opened the door. "Is that really you?" he asked, seeing Lina standing in front of him.

Lina walked inside of the house and closed the door. "Yes, it is. Gourry. It's really me." said Lina, outloud to him as they both can hear the rainfall from outside.

"I missed you." Gourry hugged Lina. "I have been thinking about you so much."

"So have I, Gourry. I missed you so much." said Lina, hugging him back. "Listen, I came back to fix things with you. After I have been alone in the forest, I realized that it was wrong of me to hurt your feelings. I'm so sorry for hurting you with my words, Gourry. And, I'm sorry for leaving you and running off into the woods. It's just that I felt like I wasn't fit to be a mother. I thought it wasn't for me and I feared possibly being one. But...You can be a father now--"

"Lina, I'm sorry that I was harsh on you too. I just felt hurt by what you had said to me. I want to be with you again, for the rest of my life." Gourry apologized. "Wait...what do you mean that I can be a father now? Are you pregnant?"

"It's okay. I forgive you. I accept your apology. No, I'm not pregnant." said Lina. "A girl can't get pregnant by herself, remember? You idiot. She needs a guy for that," she blushed. "I also wanted to talk to you about something else. Something important. To do with the heart-to-heart conversation about wanting kids or not."

"Ohh. Right. I forgot about that. And, what about that old conversation to do with kids? The one that we argued about?" said Gourry. "Before you walked out on me?"

"Well, I've been doing some thinking while I was alone in the woods for a week." said Lina. "It got me thinking about how I do want to settle down with you. I want to be the mother of your children. I want to share our love with them, just like you said that you wanted to do as a father. I have changed my mind. What I'm saying is that I want to have kids with you, Gourry!"

She took Gourry's hand while her face heated up in a visible blush. "I want to make a baby with you. I want to feel your love and presence inside of me. I want to feel your physical body against mines." she began kissing Gourry's neck. "I'm tired of holding back these feelings from you for so long. Ever since, I was alone. It really made me miss you, Gourry." she stopped kissing his neck.

"Ever since I was alone in the woods. It made me miss you and your presence so much." said Lina. She touched Gourry's chest with her hands as Gourry had his hands around Lina's waist. "It made me yearn for you and develop these really intense feelings for you. That makes me crave you. And makes me want to feel your love in our natural bodies." she began blushing a lot.

"Lina." said Gourry. "I'm starting to have intense feelings for you too. They grew when you left my side. I have a passion inside of me for you,that burns just like a lit-open fire. It makes me want to reveal my true self to you. Are you sure that you want to have a baby with me?"

"Yes, I'm sure. Let's make one right now." said Lina, taking her hands off of Gourry.

"If you say so, let's go upstairs then." Gourry picked up Lina like a bride. He went upstairs with her into the bedroom. He placed her in a sitting position on top of the bed. They both started making out like crazy. Gourry was holding Lina's waist as he was kissing her lips and neck.

The room was darkly lit. It was night so they didn't use any candles for lighting.

Gourry then took his clothes off so he was left in his boxer shorts. Lina was in her red-laced bra and undergarments. "Wow, Lina. You're not flat chested. I'm sorry for calling you that in the past."

"I never said that I was." said Lina. "There's nothing wrong with my body. The size of my chest doesn't matter. You're lucky that you're my husband. Or else, I would be smacking you right here and now." she rolled her eyes at him.

"It's okay. I like you just the way you are. Even if you are stubborn to my liking." said Gourry. "Which I find really cute."

Lina blushed from the compliment that Gourry gave her. "Gourry, I've never done this before with anyone. I feel a little nervous and scared. Can you please take it slow with me?"

"I've never done this before either. I guess it's both our first time doing this. Which is nothing to be ashamed of," said Gourry. "Don't worry, I'll be slow and gentle with you." he patted Lina's orange-haired head in comfort to reassure her that she can trust him. "I don't want to harm you in any way. I want you to be comfortable with me in your natural body."

"Okay. I trust you, Gourry. Now, you can continue, where you left off at." said Lina.

Some minutes had passed, they were finally done expressing their love to each other. "I love you, Lina." said Gourry, while he was in bed with Lina.

The blanket was covering Lina's chest. "I love you too, Gourry." she cuddled into Gourry's bare chest. "Your presence makes me feel so safe and loved."

For some years, Lina put her sorceress-business on hold. Since she had settled down with Gourry, she mostly stayed at home to take care of her kids and do household chores and cooking. She didn't have time to travel on adventures this time, now that she was a mother. So it was a small thing that she had to give up temporarily for the safety and well-being of her kids.

But she wanted to wait until her kids grew older, so that she can travel with them safely and with Gourry together to make it into a family vacation.

She got pregnant with a set of twins. One boy. And one girl. Her daughter was named Rosalina Inverse. Though, they gave her the nicknames 'Rosy' and 'Rosa'. Her son was named Gabriel Gabriev, who took after Gourry's last name. Rosalina and Gabriel were both the same age, they were both 8 years old.

Gourry was a working blacksmith at home, that's how he helped make income for him and his family, including Lina. He and Lina were really happy with their life together. Especially with their own children.

Lina, Gourry, and their children were all in the living room as a family, spending time with each other.

"Daddy!" said Gourry's son Gabriel. "Lift me up in the air again. I want to fly!" he raised his hands up in the air as Gourry lifted him up. "Okay, now you're flying!"

"WEEEE! YAY!" Gabriel Gabriev shouted in joy. He looked like a mini Gourry with his short blonde hair.

Gourry then put Gabriel down. "Okay, that's enough for today." he then stood near Lina.

Lina was wearing a dress and was sitting down in a chair, knitting. Gourry stood beside her.

"Mommy, Daddy." said Rosalina and Gabriel. "We love you." they both hugged their parents Lina and Gourry.

"We love you too." said Lina, smiling, returning the hug.

"Hey, Mommy. How did you and Dad meet?" asked Rosalina.

"Yeah, how?" asked Gabriel.

"Sit down, Rosa." said Lina, she set her knitting stuff away to the side. "You too, Gabriel." said Gourry. "Both of you sit down, it's time for a story."

Rosalina and Gabriel both sat down on the floor to listen to Lina's story. "Let me tell you the story about how me and your dad met." said Lina. Her eyes lit up with a fiery-passion, thinking about how she first met Gourry in the past.

She and Gourry's eyes both met with a heartwarming gaze. Then, Lina continued on with the story. "First, you should know that my name is Lina Inverse. I am one of the most powerful... famous well-known sorceresses throughout time, that people fear.. my name. They call me, 'The Dragon-Killer'. The Bandit-Killer. And, so on. It all started one day, when...."

As Lina began telling her origin story/romance story to do with how she met Gourry, the view started to zoom out of the house, aiming towards the open sky.

Then the Slayers anime theme song for season 1 called; 'Get Along' started to play in the background:
