Lina then ended her argument with Gourry by yelling, "You will never be a father, Gourry! I don't want to talk about having kids. Or even have them. Don't even bother touching me! Or I'll cast a flaming fireball attack on you with my magic!"

Hearing those words come from the mouth of his beautiful lover, Gourry felt so devastated. He felt so hurt that Lina would say something so cruel, cold-hearted and horrible like that. "Lina." he put his head down in disappointment.

He began crying out tears. He felt disappointed that he would never become a father, which is what he dreamed of. And that his own wife was so harsh on not wanting kids with him. "I just...thought you might of wanted kids with me. And to share our love with them."

He had never felt so hurt from Lina's words.

"Gourry." said Lina. Realizing what she had said and done, she proceeded to reach her hand out to comfort him. "Look, I didn't know that you meant it that way. I didn't know that this meaned so much to you. I'm sorry."

"Lina. Just stop." Gourry didn't even want to look at her. "Drop it. I guess we both won't be having kids of our own then. Maybe we shouldn't even be together, to begin with?"

"Gourry." Lina took her hand back. "You didn't mean that? Did you?" her eyes became watery. She began crying. "If you say so. Then...Maybe I shouldn't be living with you in the same house together."

She then ran off into the woods. "Wait! Lina!" Gourry ran after her. "Stop!"

Lina then stopped running and quickly stood on her two feet. Closing her eyes and breathing in some air, she said her flying spell outloud. "Levitation!" her body flew up high above the ground. She began flying away with her magic power.

"Lina! Wait!" shouted Gourry, running after her as he saw her fly up.

Lina felt so sad, so she ignored his calls that he shouted from behind her. "COME BACK!" he saw her fly away.

"I can't believe me and Gourry got into an argument." Lina said to herself, sitting on top of a wooden log at night. She was warming herself up near a fire that she had made.

"We usually argue over food and about who gets the last bite of what. But, never over something serious as about hurting each other's feelings or disagreeing with thinking of kids." said Lina. "I feel so confused. I don't know what to do. I should get some rest." she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

It was morning and she had a weird dream that her and Gourry were both kissing each other on their lips, but this time without any clothes on. "I love you, Lina." said Gourry in the dream as he hugged Lina's naked body against his. "I love you, too."

"AHHHH!" Lina shouted, finally waking up in horror. "Why am I having that dirty dream with Gourry!? And, why were both of us naked in it?" she angrily blushed. "I do not have those type of feelings for him. I am pretty sure of myself. I am pure. I still have my innocence. I would never do such a thing like that with him. That is just crazy, considering that I am a well-mannered beautiful lady. I know that Gourry is my husband and I am his wife. But I would never."

"Hey, Lina!~" shouted a male, who appeared with his magic. "I couldn't help but overhear the weird little dream that you had about Gourry."

"Xellos!? What are you doing here?" Lina felt shy and embarrassed. "And what dream are you talking about?" she lightly chuckled. "I absolutely have no idea!"

"The dirty dream you were talking about to yourself. Where you dreamed that you and Gourry were both naked. You can't deny it. I heard everything." said Xellos. He then pointed to Lina. "Oh, Lina. I didn't know you were so naughty."

Lina's face turned red as a tomato.   "SHUT UP! XELLOS! And I'm not naughty! I don't know why I had that dream! Me and Gourry have never really done anything of that ever before. Not that, it's any of your business anyways! Because he's my husband. Not you!"

"I know." said Xellos. "I just like messing with you. It's fun. What brings you to the forest alone? Why aren't you with Gourry? You look distressed."

"I am. That's because I had an argument with Gourry last night." said Lina. "We both said some hurtful stuff to each other and made each other cry."

"Oh no. That's serious." said Xellos. "What was the argument about?"

"We were arguing over the topic of having kids. Gourry said he wanted kids because he wants to be an actual father. But I told him that I never wanted kids with him." Lina sighed. "I may of said that kids are a waste of time. And that he will never be a father and that we will never have kids."

She put her head down in shame. "I feel so bad. I made him cry. And he made me cry, which is why I left. I just feel so overwhelmed and confused about it."

"Woah, Lina. That's some really messed up stuff. To say to Gourry." said Xellos. "That's so low, even for your standards. And Gourry is actually a nice and loyal guy."

"I know. I know." said Lina. "But still, I know that I should at least give him my answer on discussing the topic about wanting kids or not. And he deserves to get a nice and proper apology from me." said Lina, back to Xellos.

"You will figure it out. You always do." said Xellos. He then levitated up in the air with his magic. "I should be going now. Filia is going to be mad, waiting for me if I don't show up. Luckily, I left early, while she was still asleep. I just felt like going away on a ten minute break."

"Wow, Xellos. You're the one that is naughty. Because you sure are sneaky, hiding away from Filia." said Lina. "How is she doing by the way?"

"She's doing good. I help her with taking care of Valgaav." Xellos flew up in the sky. He then waved bye to her. "Well, see ya! Bye, Lina."

"Bye, Xellos." Lina said, watching Xellos vanish into thin air, since he had magically teleported back to Filia's house.
