Spotted's pov

I open my eyes to the feeling of warmth all around me, i immediately close them again, hissing at the bright light, soon they adjust and i can see. I feel something touch my tail, i turn and see Jadekit lying their, his light-ish brown fur is slick and smooth, unlike mine that still have its kitten fluff all around, he looks at me, his jay green eyes vibrant with excitement. "Finally your up, now we can play!" he runs out from Splashleaf's tail protection. "With who!" i call after him, with a sigh i slowly follow after him, letting out an annoyed hiss when he ignores me. When i finally see past her fluffy tail i see the rest of our group, I see Slaighfur and Sparkeye training Tigerpaw and Frostpaw, Tangledpaw and Littlepaw watching and following the moves. Shineclaw comes up beside me, her gaze is sweet and soft, i wanted to stay beside her all day. "Why hello little kit" she talked softly. "Hello". "What are you doing out here alone?". "I'n not sure, Jadekit ran off" she nods. "He's playing with Smokepatch" i turn and sure enough, the two cats are playing around. "Sounds fun" i say sarcastically, she lets out a mrrow of laughter. "Want to hunt with Leopardfang and i?". "I though we had to be six moons". "Well sense we left the clan we dont follow the code anymore now do we?" Slaighfur looks at us and shakes her head. "Awesome!" i jump to my paws. "Careful" Splashleaf looks at me with kind and loving eyes. "I will" i follow Shineclaw and Leopardfang, Jayshard decided to join us. He curls his tail around my small body, his kind and loving blue eyes look at me as he talks, telling me how to catch a bird. "So your going to crouch down low, tail barley above the ground, and when your about two tail-lengths away you pounce" Leopardfang rolls her eyes. "Only you can catch birds from that far" Shineclaw nods. I spot a bird about twice my size and decide to follow Jayshard's help, i start walking forward, watching my feet and tail from leaves. Soon im three tail-length and i pounce, jumping high into the air and digging my claws into the bird, killing it swiftly with a bite to the neck. I pick it up and look at the three warrior for approval, Leopardfang and Shineclaw look with wide mouths but Jayshard purrs happily. "Great catch!" i purr and thank him, carrying the bird back to camp happily. "Wow! You caught that Spotted?" I turn and see Cal. "Yep!" Jadekit look at me with envy. "Not fair!" he yells. "I'm suppose to be the older one, i'm suppose to learn everything before she does!" he hisses. I look at him with an annoyed look and go over to Splashleaf. "Here Splashleaf, it's for you". "Thanks Spottedkit but i think you should give it to the apprentices. i nod and pick up the bird again, waking over to Frostpaw and Tigerpaw. "Here, you can have it" i say dropping it at their paws. "Want to share?" Frostpaw asks. "S-sure" we shared the bird before i went back to Splashleaf and fell asleep for the night, not waking up when Jayshard picked me up for the night traveling.
