It was yet another day long and dreadful day. Slackbot —known as Slackie by his friends— was stuck alone in his own conversation. He was doomed to have those self talks that everyone mocked. He stared at the same old white background, he had to stare at it for almost every minute of his life. He sighed and looked down at the invincible pool of white. His life made the word "boring" seem fun.

"I feel so lonely here." He continued, "I wonder what it's like out there..." He pondered about the Wattpad world for a moment.  Slackbot then shrugged and sat down on the cool white floor.

"They didn't even think to give me nice tiled floors. They just gave me this cheap flooring!" he murmured to himself and wrapped the sides of his rectangular body to each other. He thought to himself about how terrible his life really is.

Slackbot notices that his friend, Gold Cup, is online. That means the he can finally talk to somebody! He waits for his friend to say hello. He cannot speak first, he is only a faithful servant.

"Hey Slackie!" She messages in the group entitled, 'Elite'. It's only for Slackbots' best friends.

"Greetings!" He says his hello, triggered by a key word.

Ms. Icecream and Queen are typing...

Slackbot waits for what his friends are going to say. Probably something about Wattpad. That's almost all that they talk about. He can't help but wonder what it would be like to leave Slack. It's so boring here, but there is a whole new world. They have books and communities. So many different things to do! He could look at Science Fiction and Fantasy or even just Teen Fiction. There are so many possibilities! He could have an amazing time.

"Slackie!" Ms. Icecream sent her greetings.

"Hello to you!" Slackbot replied happily. He was still thinking of venturing off the Wattpad world.

"I was looking at the FANTASCI profile today. They have a giveaway right now. It looks really cool." Queen sent to chat.

Soon enough, Tiger and Ship were on the chat talking as well. Slackbot just couldn't help but think how fun it would be if he went on an adventure with his friends. They could be his helpers, guiding him through the massive site. They could teach him the ways of writing and making graphics.

"I'm going to leave Slack. I want to venture off to Wattpad and learn what it is like!" He finally spoke up. "It's so boring here. I want to have some fun and adventure." He proudly sent his message to the group.

They were all shocked when he had initially said it. They questioned him to find out exactly why. He understood why they were so shocked. He was leaving Slack. He's leaving the only home he's ever had. But he knew he was ready to leave. It is the only thing he can do to be happy.

His friends decided to help him. The adventure begins.

He left white for orange. Slackbot noticed that Wattpad is full of the colour. He loves it. Orange is so much more fun than white. It's one of his favourite colours actually. It's so bright and cheerful. It makes him happy.

He then came across a community. Their logo is some sort of a bird. He doesn't exactly know what it is. Slackbot notices that they're a community made up of Fantasy and Science Fiction.

"This is perfect." Slackbot said to his helpers. He wanted to start his adventure with FANTASCI.

They way to their profile is very difficult. His rectangular body and short legs don't help at all. In fact, it makes it much harder to climb and walk at a normal pace. According to his map, you have to climb a volcano to reach the team. Once you arrive, you can ask to have a tea party with FANTASCI.

Looking up to the volcano, Slackie knows what's ahead of him. He has to make sure the volcano doesn't explode before he gets to the community. FANATSCI is in a safe zone and it's impossible for the lava to reach them. Walking on the path is a different story. Slackbot heard that being uninvited makes the volcano more likely to explode.

Slackbot knows how dangerous this is for him. But he's ready to do the scariest things. Some of which a robot has never done before.

His helpers help him walk up. Some of the way, they have to carry him. Gold Cup said that they don't want to overwork him before they reach FANTASCI. The helper said it would be sad to waste all of this time for him to not even accomplish his goal.

"The ground is moving! We need to hurry if we want to live!" Ship warns the team. "Rusul —7weeksofwinter on Wattpad— messaged me and said its going to explode!"

Tiger's eyes widen at the thought. "Oh no! We have to bring Slackbot to the community quickly!"

They run up the mountain, barely making it to the doors before they saw lava quickly coming down. Slackbot threw the door open and ran inside, his helpers following.

Slackbot looked at all the pretty colours. He noticed that they have very nice graphics for all their books. Even the floors are beautiful. This makes him very happy. FANTASCI is already the best thing on Wattpad to him. He can't wait to see other communities.

The team is greeted by Gina, Kim and Andrea. He recognizes them from the FANTASCI chat 

Almost immediately, Kim speaks up, "Slackie? What are you doing outside of Slack?"

"Hello, my name is Slackbot. I'm here to have an adventure outside of Slack and inside the Wattpad world! Can I have a tea party with FANTASCI?" Slackbot smiles to himself. He made it up the volcano to FANTASCI. All of his dreams are falling into place. Slackbot has never been happier.
