While on the run, Kaida takes refuge in an abandoned underground bunker that once served as her childhood home. Haunted by memories of her family, she reflects on her upbringing and the loss of her parents during the Collapse. She discovers hidden data files left by her father, which contain cryptic messages hinting at a secret experiment called "The Skyward Project." Before she can decipher them, bounty hunters storm the bunker, forcing her to escape and flee deeper into Zerith's underbelly.

[Kaida enters the abandoned underground bunker, her childhood home. Dust clings to the walls, and broken monitors flicker dimly.]

Kaida (whispering):
"Home..."

[She walks through the corridors, memories flashing before her eyes—her father at his desk, her mother working on her holographic interface. Stopping in front of an old, broken terminal, she kneels and pulls out a small data drive from a hidden compartment.]

Kaida (softly):
"Dad... you always said I'd find the answers here."

[As she inserts the data drive into her console, encrypted files flood the screen. But before she can dig deeper, a loud crash from the entrance snaps her back to the present. Bounty hunters.]
