I was standing in the council room with my arms crossed, discussing the simulation exam, Harvey and my future padawan with the council members until we were interrupted by a clone who directly addressed the council and projected directly into the council room via the holoprojector embedded in the floor. "What is so important that will not tolerate delay, soldier?" Master Windu sounded a little disapproving but the clone didn't seem to care. "Sir, there is a problem the renegade youngling has killed two of my men injured three and run away we have set up search the entire temple but so far there is no trace. We suspect he is still here."
I almost forgot to breathe in shock because I had only one thought: if the youngling was on the loose here Ahsoka was in danger because he would want to kill her. 

Without waiting for the council to make a decision I ran and sprinted back to the infirmary. On the way there I ran over several Jedi but I had just enough time to shout back an 'excuse me'. Breathing heavily I arrived at the med bay and rushed into Ahsoka's room. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw that she was awake and talking to Padme who was sitting on the edge of the bed.
But now both women turned to me and looked at me questioningly. "Anakin, what happened?" Padme stood up worriedly but I shook my head defensively, not wanting to put her in danger too.
"You better get back it's not safe here, I'll watch Ahsoka." Even though Padme didn't like me not telling her what was going on she just said goodbye to Ahsoka and then left the room.
Now I was alone with my former padawan and I had no idea what to say. Best I keep my mouth shut for now....
To distract myself I marched around the room, checking the windows, doors, and vents but I avoided looking at Ahsoka until it was probably too much for her. "What happened to you sniffing around here like a sniffer dog?" I almost had to grin because she had as much patience as I did. Namely none at all.
I sighed heavily and finally looked at her. She was still very pale and looked weak but she was fighting as she always had.
"Harvey breakes out and will most likely try to kill you again." Briefly she lowered her eyes and took a deep breath. She looked so exhausted I was infinitely sorry that I had done this to her that I hadn't recognized her sooner. "I'm sorry."
Surprised she lifted her head and looked at me questioningly. "What are you sorry for?"
I came closer and sat down on the edge of the bed as Padme had done moments before. "For not recognizing you sooner for putting you through this." I clenched my fist in hatred at myself and would have liked to punch something but Ahsoks took my hand in hers and gently opened it. "I must be sorry it was my idea. Even if I couldn't have guessed that you would choose this ordeal." I smiled guiltily, "That must have been very hard for you to see all that again", she nodded sadly and I couldn't take it any longer. Carefully, I put my hands behind her back and pulled her into a hug. "I'm sorry, Snips." In response she hugged me a little tighter and I was immensely happy to have her with me again.
