Anacano:

Trying to get his attention at all was a chore so forget trying to sit him down and telling him big news. You had to physically pull him away from his work then sat him on the bed. "Why did you do that?" he asked clearly annoyed. "You are such an ass."  You say. "What did you want to tell me?" he sighed, running his hand over his hand over his face. "I'm pregnant." You state. His head shot up and looks you in the eyes. "W-what?" he asked and then grabs your hands "I'm with child. Your child." You say and pull him up into a hug. He wrapped his arms around your waist tightly. "This is wonderful" he said while tears ran down his face. "Anacano, please, don't cry my love." I say and wipe his cheeks. "I'm spending the entire day with you." He stated.

Brynjolf:

You and Brynjolf have been wanting to start a family for a while and been trying for a baby for a while. You had gotten back from a healer a few hours ago and have told Vex the good news but Brynjolf was gone for an assignment. A few weeks passed and he returned and you were all over him. You dropped hints and so did the rest of the Thieves Guild. Hell even Veckle did too. He noticed you weren't drinking and you had to just straight up tell him. When you did he dropped the bottle he was drinking out of and burst into happy tears. He grabbed you and gave you a bear hug but then put you down and said something along the lines of "Don't wanna hurt the little one". 

Cicero:

Apparently even with all the precautions you two took soon after the first time you two were intimate you soon found out you were pregnant. Cicero sat on your shared bed waiting for you to come home. He sat crisscross-applesauce, hugging your pillow close to his body, very scared of what was gonna happen. He tried to calm himself down but you have been unable to keep any solid food down for the past couple of days. Babette offered to look you over and play doctor but you went to Whiterun for a healer. You weren't able to return because morning sickness had gotten so bad to you sent him a letter. When he got the letter he screams and danced with joy and told everyone the good news.    

Farkas & Vilkas:

Okay so I feel like that they would find out like right away from what I've read from the Omegaverse (Don't judge). I feel like they would smell it. Farkas's reaction would be scared, nervous, and over the moon. He would baby proof everything within an hour of being told he's gonna be a father and then locking up everyone's weapons. Vilkas on the other hand will be calm and collected but he cannot stop smiling like a goofball. I think he would go out and buy as many books and educational things he could find.  

Ulfric:

The news of a baby to a jarl is like a child getting told he's getting a puppy in nine months. When you told him he picks you up and then kisses you on the lips. He then held her hand and went to tell Galmar. During your pregnancy PDA was a must and when ever you complained about your feet or something else he takes you up to the bedroom and cuddles with you and if you ask him nicely he'll rub your back, shoulders, hands, legs, or feet.
