Ziilokven, Zii (Spirit) Lok (Sky) Ven (Wind), is a Su Lohikäärian, which means Air Lohikäärian.

Lohikäärians are a different species of dragons, but technically are a distant relative to the Dovs since both were created by Akatosh. However, Lohikäärians are weaker than Dovs, and their Thu'ums are not as strong as their cousins Thu'um, and unlike the Dovs, they are actually mortal, most of them however. Unless they a gifted by Akatosh or some other god/spirit with immortality, they are mortals, but live for around 1,000 years or so.

Ziilokven comes from the clan/tribe of the Su Lohikäärians. They live in the northern mountains of their homeland, Lohikäär, which is an island in the Azurian Sea, north west of Tamriel. This breed of Lohikäärians have a high tolerance for cold weather, and blending into snowy conditions and even the clouds. They are able to breath frost like their Dov cousins. These Lohikäärians are oddly very friendly and gentle, something that is not entirely common or natural for most dragons. They also have feathers along their body, which helps them with the cold temperatures, and they kind of act like a coat, which helps to keep them warm. Their colors range from white, light gray, to light blue. Also, unlike the Dovs, the Lohikäärians have two genders, male and female.

There are three other types of Lohikäärians. The Yol Lohikäärians (Fire Lohikäärians), the Gol Lohikäärians (Earth Lohikäärians), and Okaaz Lohikäärians (Sea Lohikäärians).
