Lizzie. On her bed. Blood. "OH MY GOSH LIZZIE!!" I called an ambulance and before I knew it I was beside Lizzie's hospital bed.

*TIME SKIP FIVE HOURS*

She has been there motionless for hours. I hope she doesn't.... The nurse comes in and tells me that visiting hours are over and I have to go home. I left her room without saying a word. I looked at my phone " 8 pm already?" I mumbled to myself. I left the hospital to go home.

When I arrived at the house I went straight to my room and even though it was only 8:15 I went to sleep.

*yawn* I looked over at my clock 2:30. "How could I sleep in so late?" I asked myself. I guess I better get up. Today I'm going to visit Lizzie in the hospital. Not much of a surprise seeing as she is my best friend. I got up took a shower and threw on a purple T-Shirt, black skinny jeans, and my sneakers. I didn't feel the need to be dressed up today. I brushed my teeth and hair and left to the hospital.

When I got to the hospital I went to the lady at the front desk "Elizabeth Dwyer" I said to her. "Room 132" "Thank You" I responded. She nodded and I went to Lizzie's room. When I got to her room I asked the doctor beside the door if I could enter. He said yes and I went inside her room. She smiled weakly when I entered. "Hey Lizzie," I said smiling "do you need anything?" I asked her. "No thank you, but I have a question. When can I go home?" I thought for a second. "I'll ask the doctor I'll be right back." She nodded and I left her room. The doctor wasn't there when I left but I saw a familiar face walking by. "Hey! Beth!" I called to her. She smiled and walked over to me. "Hey, Jessica right?" She asked. "Yeah but my friends call me Jess. Anyway, do you happen to know when Lizzie will be able to go home?" I asked her. "Actually I don't but I would assume in about 3 days. She was in a pretty bad condition." "Alright, thank you and would you like to meet up tomorrow? Lizzie is my best friend and without her there I don't really have many to talk to." I asked. "Sure I am off of work tomorrow. How about we meet at the coffee shop around the corner. Say about 1:00, does that sound good?" "Sure! It'll be good to have someone to talk to about this. I'm going to go tell Lizzie when she can leave." I told her. "Ok. See you tomorrow. Bye." She said before walking off. I went back into Lizzie's room. "Hey Liz Beth said you should be able to leave in about 3 days." I said smiling. We talked for about 15 minutes and I figured out that her ex boyfriend found our address and attacked her. Well I guess I'm staying at Adams's tonight because I don't really fancy dying today. We said our goodbyes and I left to Adam's house.
