Skyler woke up on Monday to get ready for school. It was 7:30 a.m. She put her glasses on so she could see what she was doing. Skyler threw clothes on and rushed to put her shoes on. She was excited for the first day of school. She grabbed her backpack and rushed downstairs. "Good morning, Skyler." Saige, Skyler's mom, said. "Good morning, mom." Skyler replied. Saige handed Skyler a bowl of fruit loops. Skyler ate it then left the house. "Bye mom!" Skyler shouted. The bus arrived and Skyler went on it. Everybody on the bus was glaring at her. All except two girls. "Can I sit here?" Skyler asked one of them. "Sure! Be my guest." She said. She scooted over to let Skyler sit by them. One out of the two girls was sitting in the seat across from them. "Hi, I'm Skyler." Skyler said. "Hi Skyler, I'm Jennifer. Over there is my friend Madison." Jennifer replied. "You must be new here." "Yes, I am." Skyler said. "How did you guess?" "Well, firstly, I have NEVER seen you around," Jennifer replied, "and also, you walked so nervously you looked like you were about to vomit. Let me let you in on something. There are three girls at the school you do NOT want to mess with. There names are Jessica, Emily, and Sierra. Jessica is the leader. She pretty much controls Emily and Sierra. I will point them out when we arrive." Skyler decided to just remain quiet for the rest of the drive. She was thinking about these girls. They sound a lot like the people that bullied her at her other school.

Skyler walked to her locker and accidentally bumped into somebody. She was wearing a pink skirt and a pink t-shirt with it. She had high heels that were about 3 inches tall and was wearing hoop earrings that were the size of a tennis ball. "Ugh! Watch where your going!" She said. "S-Sorry, I didn't see you there." Skyler replied. "Well then look harder! Wait, you must be that new girl, Skyler. Am I right?" She said. "Yeah, hi." "Hi, my name is Jessica. I am the popular girl here so all you have to do is stay out of my way. With your clumsiness, there is no way in heaven you will make any friends." "But-" "No buts, just leave my sight and act like you and I never met." Jessica said. She flipped her hair then walked away. This was going to be a hard first day as far as Skyler could see.
