" I-I have to umm, leave the End for something important Ruby. So, I need you to watch over the End while I'm gone. Ok?" I said with a bit of confusion.

"Err, ok, but how long will you be gone for Skye?"

"I have no Idea, but I need my closest friend to watch over the End while I'm gone."

I quickly realized, that the battle we had started with herobrine had just became reality. Not only do we have to find him but it was going to be nearly impossible to find Steve and Miya. I came out of me trance and called for a maid to pack me food and weapons for the long journey ahead. Jay quickly ran in alerted that something was happening.

"What's going on?" He spats

"I have important business to attend to." I plot

"But where are you going?!" Jay said in anger. I'm pretty sure he was mad by now. Before I could answer him a maid walked into the room with my purple and black bag ready for the long trip. She slowly handed me my bag and I ran a check list in my mind to make sure I had everything I needed for the road. I nodded in approval as I saw my odsidian sword, my purple and black glowing bow, some steak, and watermelon. I literally have no Idea how they grow or get good here in the End. The girl who brought me my bag bowed her head and slowly walked away. I realized I never really knew the names of any of my maids or servants. I flew over to her and taped her shoulder. She spun around in caution.

"Yes?" She said in a shy voice.

"What's your name?" I questioned

"Umm... my name is Carmen." She plotted

"Well Carmen, how would you like to come with me to the Overworld?"

Ruby and Jay 's mouth looked like they dropped all the way to the floor. Carmen-who was very surprised-dashed around the room in excitement. She quickly popped up at my side.

"Sooo, do you want me to pack?"

"Yes, that would be very nice. But only bring food, water and weapons... we don't want to have to much things on our hands." Carmen darted up the stairs to the east wing, because that's where all of the servants and maids rooms were. Their rooms were very small. That's when I remembered something important. The portal opening ceremony was in 5 days, and the End still had so much to do before hand. With me not here, the process would become slower.

"Skye," Jay started.

"What Jay?"

"Why in the name of notch are you bringing an innocent maid with you?!" He began to yell.

"Ok, first of all, I'm the queen so I may do what I please, and second all, I feel it would be best to bring someone with me to see the world and to help me out of there a problem." I said stubbornly.

"But Skye, why don't you just bring a guard with you instead of putting at risk another innocent person?"Ruby asked. That really set me off. No one in the End knows what happened to all the guards, because I never told anyone. They all knew it had something to do with me, but they don't know that they don't return because they don't make it back alive.

I stood there in front of the huge village as my guards went in to survey the area for any trace of what happened to all the other towns, small cities and villages. When we visited the other cities the only thing that was there was dust, debris and buildings covered by the blinding white snow. The sky was dim as the snow feel upon the ground. We had no idea what had happened to the city. Now we were inspecting a huge village for anything that would show us any evidence of what happened. As I watched the guards hurry through to village I was startled to find a women running through the village screaming.

"FIRE!! THERE'S A FIRE!!" The women had a little girl with her. I looked up from the hill I was standing on and saw a huge burst of fire rise up from the church building.

"No, no, no, no, NO!!! I yelled as I leaped down to the village below. That's when a sudden gust of fire blazed across the whole village. Several hours later I awoken from my sleep. It was difficult to stand and see. Once again, there was debris, smoke and ash that covered the village. When I finally had enough energy to stand, through the fire and debris I could hardly see a man with the little girl in his hands. She was screaming.

"NO PLEASE DON'T HURT ME PLEASE!!"she yelled. I just stood that in pure horror. The little girl only looked about 4 years in age. The man held her with a firm grip to the throat.

"No," I mumbled, "DON'T HURT HER!!"

But it was to late. The man had already taken out his sword and plugged it in to her heart. Who would be so cruel to do such a thing? The little girl screamed and the man dropped her body to the ground. He looked up at me but I could nearly see my own flaming glowing fire ball in front of me. I thruster or at him with full speed and hatred. He disappeared in thin air right before my fire ball hit him. He just vanished. I got up and ran over to the girl. She was hardly breathing. I looked at her huge wound. She looked up at me.

"Everything will be ok, I promise." But I lied. She looked up and tried her best to stay positive and smile, but we both knew in our heads she would not be ok. I say by her side and tried my best not to shed a tear. She slowly tried her best to lift her head to see the what I looked like, but I gently put her head down. She didn't fight it. She laid there with her eyes closed. A minute later I checked her pulse. There was nothing. I slowly and gently laid her on the ground. I walked away but looked back at her and started to cry. This was all my fault. This was ALL MY FAULT. And I knew it. I had just killed over 30 of my men and women, but I had also just killed a whole village and just put an innocent young child to rest. I was a MONSTER.

"YOU DON'T KNOW HALF THE STUFF I WENT THOUGH!!" I began to yell,"AN INNOCENT 4 YEAR OLD WENT THROUGH HELL BECAUSE OF ME!!"

Everybody in the castle's the Thorne room looked at me. I became pale with embarrassment. Ruby and Jay slowly backed away.

"W-What are y-you talking about?"Jay was scared to ask. Maybe I was little hash.

"It was... an accident... I swear..." I mumbled.

"What are you talking about Skye?" Ruby asked. Just then I remembered the look on the little girls face. A face of hatred, of horror, a face people only made when they saw a MONSTER. Tears began to trickle down my face on the the ground. Everyone in the room was well... watching. How could you not, a QUEEN was crying her eyes out. Carmen came trotting down the stairs. She looked shocked to find the queen crying her eyes out.

"Is everything ok queen?" She asked. I looked up at her and her pure innocent face. I may be risking her life as well, but it was to late to change my mind. She would be heart broken if I said no now.

"Yes,"I sobbed," Yes, I'm fine. Just an...Errr...emotional felling that's all."

"Oh, ok then." Carmen said

"Come on Skye tell us, why don't you want us to come with you?" Ruby asked

"Because, first of all, you need to watch the End while I'm gone, and Jay needs to train the army incase of a surprise attack." I replied as I wiped away the tears.

"Well that makes sense." Carmen butts in. I rolled my eyes. I looked at Ruby and nodded. She knew what I was talking about. She teloported up to the bell tower and tried with all her strength to ring it. Everyone in the castle clogged their ears to avoid the horrible sound. Everyone but me. The sound ringed throughout my head, but Jay caught me right before I tumbled over on my side. Ruby came back teleporting. Once she fixed her self on the ground she looked ok, untill she tumbled over. Jay, Carmen and me burst out laughing. Ruby just stood up, brushed her self off, fixed her crooked purple bow and huffed. That make me laugh even harder. I wiped away the tears of laugher that had flooded my eyes.I sighed. I will miss these guys while I was gone. Everyone in the End soon appeared in the throne room. That's when I started talking about what was find on.

"Well,"I started," I will be leaving the End for an important business trip, so I will be putting Ruby in charge while I'm out." I looked over to the back of the crowd were I saw an Enderwomen looking up at me with an evil grin. That was odd. Oh, I know her, she was 18 years old Ava. She always hated me since the day I was born. Because if my parents died, she was promised queen of the End, but ever since I was born, I would be the queen if my partners died.

"So that means still get ready for the big ceremony in 5 days, and by then I will be back." I finished. Everyone nodded as I sent them away back to there homes and business. I waved good bye to Ruby and Jay as we headed for the portal room. Carmen looked a little freaked out but mostly excited.

When we can to the portal room the guards at the door moved there swords and let me past, but they wouldn't let Carmen come.

"HEY, WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA BUSTER!?" Carmen yelled.

"You may not past unauthorized ma'ma." The guard seethed

"Hey," I said as I turned toward the guard,"let her through. She's with me." The guard nodded and let her through. Carmen turned back and stuck her tongue out at him and the gaurd did the same. I just rolled my eyes. There was 8 guards protecting the portal. Twice as many last year since Steve can through last year. The portal was not active, so I yanked a gaurd to come and put the Eyes of Ender on the portal frame. Before I knew it, the portal buzzed to life.

I looked at the 8 guards.

"As soon as we enter the portal, remove the Eye of Enders IMMEDIATELY." I said. All of the guards nodded in approval. I looked at Carmen who was dazzled by the portal glowing. Not many people ever got to see the portal. I looked at her and she looked at me. We both nodded and then we jumped through.

OMG THAT WAS LIKE LITERALLY THE LONGEST CHAPTER I EVER WROTE BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!!!!! So now you know a little background of what happened in the past year.
