Tsuna was pleased to hear that both man who made his life hell were dying making him to hide it and act it out with Mukuro using her Mist Flames to hide it making many to believe him as he is next to 'take' over making him to have Xanxus as his face until he is fully 'ready'.

It worked as Xanxus is cleaning house on his orders which Tsuna has signed a form to allow it all to happen making many to not even complain since his signature and flames are there making Xanxus to clean as much as he wants to really.
