Tetris!!! vanquinox help me make em! As you can probably tell, Tetris is a clown contortionist.

Closer look

Broken jaw, constantly drooling. Thing to notice: broken left canine

Eye stapled open, it's extremely painful to try to close
It's supposed to look like clown makeup from far away, but up close it's his stapled open eyelids (that are probably infected)

Special things to note:
Those are clown scarves tied around his neck, which cause some balding with those deep red welts. He has trouble breathing because of how tight they are.
The checkered pattern on his left leg is a sock like thing, going half way down his foot.
