The Fitness Gram Pacer Test™ is a multi-stage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.

Not but I didn't have to do the Pacer because of my stitches, but I feel like I've got to make it up? But I don't want to ask because if I can just get out of doing it? Then? Bless?
