why are people stupid?
they make promises they can't keep.

they complain about the weather
when everybody else feels the same heat.

they hate those who don't wear the same old uniform,

they say sorry though they never try to fix what they torn.

they think the pigment of your skin is an excuse to put you down,

they think the muscles of the face are formed better as a frown.

they hold your hand deep down knowing someday they'll let it go,

they live for others, putting on a show

they think an empty wallet is like running low on gasoline

they think they have it all,
and all they wanna do is win.

but the stupidest thing i've heard from them is that love is blind,
in fact love
that is love
has eyes so big,
it sees your insides,
and still believes you're it.
