She used to think, that love makes one strong. It makes everything easy, it gives you the strength to fight the whole world. But she never thought that it would make her weak. She lost her strength to fight because she had to fight with the one whom she loves, her Shivaay. And this love brought her here, when she's walking on this road tirelessly. She wants to die but she will have to live, for Sahil, for the LITTLE LIFE GROWING IN HER WOMB.
Anika will have to hide his/her identity, She will have to do injustice to him/her by hiding about this baby's father. She will have to do it to protect Shivaay by hiding his birth's truth from him, by being away from him. Just two days ago she got to know that she is going to be a mother and God snatched the chance of getting happy from her.

His whole life, Shivaay kept repeating one thing that love is not made for Shivaay Singh Oberoi, but SHE came and proved him wrong. She made him fall for her and today, She broke his heart. He thought she knows that his brothers are his life, but she proved him wrong when she tried to keep him away from His OmRu. His brothers are his life, and she became his heartbeat. Today, he is breathing but his heartbeat left him when he threw her out himself.

A week passed like that. No one was ready to give Anika a job because of what happened in Oberoi mansion in front of the whole media. Shivaay Singh Oberoi is the no.1 businessman of India and he himself denied them to not give Anika a job and nobody wanted to face the wrath of this young arrogant businessman.

Anika was fed up now. She had sahil and HER Baby's responsibility and she couldn't stay in Chanda's house always. She will have to search another house for herself. Today, Shivaay himself approached her, to offer her Job. Not because she had any relation with him, But, because he wanted to take revenge. He wanted to torture her every minute. But she needs a job and she will never fall weak, She will do anything to protect Sahil and her baby, her only family for whom she is living this colourless life.

First day of her Job at Oberoi Industries, as her EX HUSBAND's PA. She knows very well what's awaiting her. The man who can marry her, just to save his family reputation can go to any extent to take revenge of what she did to his brother. She called his brother illegitimate in front of the whole world and He won't remain silent.

She was welcomed in the office by various faces with different expressions, most of them being disgusted to look at her as if she's a trash and she knows that her life is going to be more miserable with each passing second. As she reached in front of his cabin, She heard him calling inside.

Shivaay : Welcome, Mrs. Oops Ms Gold digger.

His words stabbed her heart but she composed herself and replied in a complete professional tone.

Anika : What would I have to do, Sir ?

Only he knows how much it hurt him to be called 'Sir' from her mouth. He couldn't do anything else so he, in order to remove his frustration, gave her pile of files of whole year to check.

Though Anika knew he was just finding ways to torture her but she kept quite and left to do her work. After working for five long hours Anika finished her work and went to his cabin.

Shivaay ( throwing the files ) : What the hell is this ? Don't you know how to work, its complete nonsense. Go, do it again.
He expected her to fight because he knew that she knows that he's just trying to trouble her. But she did exactly opposite to that. She picked up the files and went to do the work again.

Shivaay : what has just happened to her ? IS SHE the same girl who broke the windshield of my car, who used to argue with me at every single topic ? Is she the girl with whom I fell in Love ? Or Is she the girl who tried to separate me from my brothers ? Who are you Anika ? You used to say, that I'm a puzzle but you are the one who is a puzzle. I'm not able to understand you.

He peeped through the glass window that is attached to her cabin. She was working really hard. That's when he noticed her. Her pale face, dull, lifeless eyes gave him goosebumps. What she has done to herself ? He noticed her straightening her back time and again and closing her eyes in pain. He noticed her slight teary eyes but she controlled herself. He shut his eyes tight to not fall for her again, not to notice her. But it wasn't in his control. Nobody noticed the real reason behind him giving her Job. He couldn't handle her being away from his eyes, it's just so simple, yet, very complicated.

Two weeks passed like that. Shivaay noticing Anika getting weak day by day, him leaving no stone unturned to trouble her. He gave her so much of work that she used to stay in the office till midnight. He acted to leave office at 9 but actually he used to wait for her secretly and follow her till she Is at home safe and sound.

It would have continued like that, only if he wouldn't have listened OmRu's conversation.
Rudra : Bhabi is not fine O.

Om : did you meet her ? How is she ? Is she ok ? Where did you see her ?

Shivaay couldn't digest the fact that Om, whom Anika tried to defame, Is still caring about her. Why did Rudra meet her ? On top of that, what does Rudra mean that Anika isn't fine ?

Rudra : I couldn't stay away from her O. SHE'S SUFFERING WITHOUT ANY FAULT, She's not Ok. I asked her but she said she's fine. But I know she is not. She used to always be there for me when I used to fall in any trouble. She understood my problems mere by looking at me, but I'm so helpless that I can't help her despite KNOWING EVERYTHING.

Om : Me too Rudra. I never felt this much helpless. Why only good people has to suffer ? What harm have Anika bhabi done to anyone that she's at this point when she's all alone. And WE CAN'T EVEN TELL ANYTHING TO SHIVAAY.

Rudra hugged Om and cried in his helplessness. Shivaay left from there with a heavy burden on his heart. In the Office, Shivaay gave Anika a lot of work again and asked her to go the ground floor for some work. But he didn't know that lifts of tge office are inder maintenance and she will have to run from the top floor to the ground floor, not only once, but again and again. Anika had come to office without eating anything and then this work was not good for her health. But she had to do it without any complaint. A client came to meet him and he got busy. After some discussion the client was leaving but he got a call and the conversation ended on a very bad note.

Shivaay : Is there any problem Mr. Mehta ?

Mr. Mehra : Ya.. my wife, She is troubling me by asking Alimony for divorce, and guess what ? She is the one who wants divorce and wants the half of my property and business. Forget it, let's meet for the meeting tomorrow.

Shivaay nodded and Mr. Mehra left leaving Shivaay in his thoughts once again.

Shivaay ( to himself ) : What is she doing ? Anika would have asked for Alimony from me, why would she just work like a slave in front of me ? I''ll have to find what she is hiding from me and what is the matter that is known to OmRu also.

He went to Anika's cabin but found it empty. Then he realised that he gave her work. He was leaving when, Anika's phone started ringing. He was going to ignore but God knows what told him to take it. He saw the caller ID as Dr. Aggrawal.

Dr. : Anika, where are you ? Why haven't you come yet, today was your appointment. Look dear, I see you as my own daughter that's why I'm worried about you. You have to take care of yourself, you are too weak to handle your condition. Please be careful and come to the hospital for your check up. Anika, are you even listening to me ? Hello..

She got no reply from Shivaay as his heart was already coming out of his ribcage. His mind was full of questions. What has just happened to her ? What was the doctor talking about ? Then he remembered the cruel work he has given to her, She must be stressing herself now.

He was about to go to stop her but he collided with the table resulting in her bag to fall down. He picked it up hurriedly but one thing caught his attention. A FILE. The land beneath his feel slipped when he read the file. It was ANIKA'S REPORTS STATING THAT SHE IS ONE AND A HALF MONTH PREGNANT.

Shivaay ( to himself ): Why didn't she tell me ? Why ?
He stormed out of the cabin to meet her. He ran as fast as he could, colliding with every single thing coming in his way. He saw her climbing up the stairs with lots of files in one hand and the other hand on railing for support. His heart was bleeding when he saw her almost dying of this load. Why he is so cruel ? Why he couldn't understand her ? A girl who can take a bullet for him, who can stand beside him and trust him when his family didn't trust him, then Why could he not see behind the facade. He Don't know what she or OmRu are hiding but he knows that She can't be wrong.

His chain of thoughts was broken by the loud voice of khanna who was supporting Anika who was unconscious in the middle of the stairs. He rushed towards her and took her in his arms hugging her tightly. What if khanna wasn't there, he doesn't even want to think about the consequences.

Shivaay : GET THE DAMN CAR.
Shivaay picked her up in his arms and rushed outside the office. Khanna brought the car and drove towards hospital.
Khanna had seen Shivaay in this messy condition once, when Anika was Shot by kamini. Today also, it was Anika who made this ruthless businessman cry like a mad man. God knows what would happen if Shivaay got to know about the one behind HIS Anika's miseries.

Dr. : Who are you to the patient ?

Shivaay : I'm her husband. Is she fine ?

Dr. : Are you mad ? Have you seen her condition ? She is not in a condition to support herself, and here, She has to take care of her baby too. Forgot sake, give her some time, some care otherwise you will LOSE HER.

Shivaay was not in state to reply so just nodded and the Dr. Left from there.

Shivaay : Khanna !

Khanna : Y..yes Sir.

Shivaay : I want to know everything that happened before that day. Whatever Anika did, whoever she met, talked, everything.

Khanna gave him the tab and CCTV footage of the whole mansion. Shivaay was flabbergasted at this immediate response which means even khanna knows everything.

Khanna : Sir, Anika man did everything for you.

He left from there without saying anything else. Shivaay saw everything that took away his happiness, Anika's happiness. He couldn't believe that the woman who gave birth to him and raised him, was so cruel. And this girl, was ready to beg in front of anyone just to protect him. He cried in pain and the way Anika suffered because of him. He couldn't believe that his mother can stoop so low, that..that she lied about his identity. She stained his existence just because she wanted to get rid of Anika. Enough !!

He entered inside the ward and saw Anika trying to sit properly. He immediately helped her to sit and sat beside her. She could see his dishelved state, but more than that, She could see him broken to an extent she had never seen him. She saw his eyes accusing her, and his eyes burning with guilt. He knows something, if yes, then what does he know ?

Shivaay rested his forhead on her hands and said : WHY ? WHY DID YOU DO THIS ? WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME ? Am I so bad that you left me ? Am I so bad that you didn't tell me about OUR BABY ? Am I so bad that you didn't trust me. YES. YES. YES. I'M BAD. THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T TRUST YOU. I didn't trust you. ( Anika cried silently listening to his accusations then She heard him saying) SLAP ME. SLAP ME ANIKA.

He took her hand and started slapping himself with her hand. She tried to take her hand back, She tried to speak but as if, her words died seeing that deadful sight. She saw the sight that she never wanted, She saw the thing happening in front of her eyes because of which she left him.

Anika : Sh..Shivaay I thought y....

Shivaay ( Shouting ) : What you thought ? That I will break down with that thing which is not even true. Couldn't you see that Mrs. Pinky Singh Oberoi lied to you to keep you away from me. Couldn't you see that I'll die without you ? You used to sense my problems before I say, but why couldn't you understand me. You thought I'll break down, but why didn't you realise that I'll fall, without you.

Anika hugged him and whispered : I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
Six months later
Shivaay : Where are you, Anika ? Listen It's enough now. You will have to eat this salad and have this milk.
Anika listened what he said and her eyes widened at the mention of a Salad and milk... no no, at the mention of tasteless salad and milk.
Anika ( to herself ) : hughh ! He is trying to kill me with this yucky salad, Bagad billa.
She felt a strong kick and kept her hands on her baby bump and she frowned more and why not, her baby kicks her when she bad mouths Shivaay. She knows that this baby is definitely a Papa's princess. Before Shivaay could catch her, Anika sneaked out of their small yet cozy house through the back door and felt the cool wind hitting her glowing face. Her eyes sparkled with happiness seeing the serene view of the lake surrounded by mountains. Her nostrils filled with the fragrance of Flowers - Roses, Jasmine, Plumeria, Tube roses, sweet autumn clematis, Lily of the valley, viburnum and Lavender.

The soft cottony petals of dandelions flying in the air were looking like small clouds, this place could leave behind the heaven itself due to its serene beauty and peacefulness.

She moved towards the lake and sat on the swing that is decorated with her favourite White and pink roses. Even if she wants to be angry on him, his gestures Don't let her do that. He decorates this swing everyday with New, fresh roses. She feels happy to see all these flowers they have planted together. Nothing could be seen except for colourful flowers around the whole house.

Shivaay : I got you. I knew you would be here.

Anika pouted seeing the food tray in his hand but her mouth started watering and eyes sparkled when she spotted her favourite chocolate flavoured ice cream. She was going to grab the bowl of ice cream but was stopped by him and he gestured towards the salad and milk.

Shivaay : first salad then milk and then Ice cream.

Anika : No

Shivaay : yes

Anika : No

Shivaay : yes

Anika : No

Shivaay : Yes

Before Anika could continue, Shivaay stuffed her open mouth with salad and Anika had to chew it. Atlast, Anika finished her salad and the plane milk and grabbed the ice cream. Shivaay pulled her close to him in his arms and kept kissing her head time and again as she was busy in relishing her ice cream.
Shivaay : Time to go to bed. It's your sleep time Anika, my princess needs rest.

Anika frowned again and said : you care about her only, I'm nothing.

Shivaay replied in a hushed tone : I want to care about you badly but what to do, I just can't do what I want in front of my little daughter. Can I ?

Anika's eyes widened when she caught his wild words and the mischievous grin on his face.

Anika : Cheapde !

And she received another kick from her baby when she said something bad for HER father.

Anika ( She placed his hand on her baby bump ) : She again kicked me because I said something bad for you. ( Sadly ) Once she will come out, you will love her more than me and she will love only you. I'll be left alone.

Shivaay : You know, SHE kicks you in excitement because SHE always agrees with you. SHE loves you, SHE Loves me SHE loves both of us because we are together. SHE kicks you because SHE likes to enjoy our little fights and every moment we spend together.

Anika ( Innocently ) : Is it true ? Does she really love it when I talk about you ? And and will you love me equal to hers ?

Shivaay : always. You are my Queen and SHE's my Doll, my princess.

Anika rubbed her baby bump lovingly and kissed Shivaay's cheeks one by one.

Shivaay : Ok. So now mumma wants me to pass these kisses on our little princess.

AND then he kissed Anika's bump twice and smiled widely.
Shivaay ( to the baby) : Doll, Please close your eyes for a minute because Papa have to do something else too.

And he kissed Anika's lips, smooching them ever so softly. His hand around her waist to support her and the other caressing her cheek. Her soft front pressed to his hard one, filling her nerves with passion and making her moan even in this gentle kiss. She parted away from him. She opened three buttons of his Kurta and kissed above his heart, on the tattoo of her name and snuggled in his embrace once again. Shivaay wrapped his arms around her protectively and caressed her hairs.

(Shivaay remembered how he broke all ties with His mother. He had never asked for anything for himself. That day, after coming out of the hospital and leaving Anika with Chanda, he went to the mansion and begged dadi to let him go and find himself, to live that life which he couldn't enjoy because of being The Great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. He promised her that he will return one day for sure but for the time being, he wants to stay away from everything and Dadi didn't stop him because it was the first thing he had ever demanded. Shivaay asked Om and Rudra to take care of Sahil till he comes back and Sahil too agreed because he wanted his Anika didi to be happy. Shivaay came to Australia with Anika and bought this house away from all the hustle and bustle and close to the nature as Anika wanted. )

The sun set and the stars came out from their hiding place, to see the two LOVE BIRDS sitting in each other's embrace.

One day, they will go back to their family, they know that, their family know that. But, for the time being they just wanted to stay away from everything else but just with each other to mend their hearts.
