The loud noise of someone being slapped echoed the mansion walls making it go silent for a minute, silence after the storm has passed, leaving everything ruined behind. The biggest thing ruined was the pride, pride of Kalyani Singh Oberoi that she used to feel of her eldest grandson Shivaay.

She had thought, he will never be like his father, he will never break a woman's heart. But today she felt her pride crushed by his mistake, a mistake she blamed that girl for. Anika, a girl so silent, innocent and pure hearted was blamed by her for trying to trap her grandson when actually her Grandson was to be blamed.

Shivaay Singh Oberoi, an arrogant billionaire, who always thought he can never make mistakes. Today, he admitted that he committed the biggest mistake of husband life. He distrusted a girl like Anika who was trying to save his sister's life forgetting about her own marriage rituals. He, not only ruined her marriage but also stained her character without any of her fault. The world called her characterless because of him.

Priyanka, the little sister of her bhaiya, who thought her bhaiya is the best, was ashamed of him and so were his brothers. Even if Anika was wrong, Shivaay had no right to marry her and disrespect her like that.

"I never thought you will become like your father, SHIVAAY." Said Dadi shocking everyone. How much ever he deny, Shivaay knows how loved he feels to be called Billu by his Dadi. And today she called him Shivaay and it stabbed his heart like a dagger. He tried to talk, to ask forgiveness but Dadi didn't listen to him.
"I will forgive you the day you will rectify your mistakes, when my daughter in law will come back in this house, the day you will call her, your wife and when she will accept you as her husband." Dadi left saying these words to knock some sense in his brain.

She could see his guilt but couldn't let him know that. Shivaay too, left from there to meet that one person who stole his heart. That one person who entered the deepest corner of his dark heart that used to beat only for his family. Today, when he realised his mistake, his heart is shouting that he took the best decision by marrying her, but in a wrong way. She deserves something better, someone better than him. But he is too selfish to let her go, He wants her back, in his life as his WIFE but with her consent.

He couldn't see her with Nikhil when he was actually nothing to her but mere her employer, It clearly shows what she means to him. He left the mansion, without meeting anyone but, with the symbol of their marriage, her nuptial chain and the determination to win her back even at the cost of his life.

He never felt more disgusted, more disappointed, more angry than today when he heard those ba***s talking such disgusting words for his wife. She saved his and his sister's reputation. She could have disclosed his actions in front of the media to avenge her humiliation but she did not, despite knowing that he was at fault. And now, she's tolerating this humiliation even when she is pure, like an untouched flower. He won't let it happen.

His guilt increased thousand folds when he saw her saving him from being beaten up when he wasn't defending and wanted to be punished somehow for being the reason of her every single sob and tear. He realised that this girl still cares for him and then he fainted in her arms.

"Leave me, I wanna go to Anika. Just let me...." said Shivaay immediately after he got his consciousness but was stopped by Om's voice who told him that Anika don't want to meet him. Fate ! There was a time when he ousted her from his house and now, he just want her back in his life, in front of his eyes. Om, Rudra and Priyanka left his room after making him understand that he has a long way to go, the way of redemption.

Next morning brought a new day for two souls in a different way. One wanted to start afresh and the other one, just wanted to do the same but by being with the first one. Anika was going to look for a job and Shivaay, to look for her. As soon as Anika stepped out of her new house separate from her chachi's house, she found Shivaay standing in front of his car.

She was going to shout at him but stumbled because her slipper broke. Before she could fall on the ground, a pair of strong arms held her protectively. She immediately pulled herself away from him and left without saying anything or listening to him.
In the evening too, she found him standing there as she left him in the morning. What he was trying to prove ?

She tried to ignore him but he stopped her catching her wrist. "Sorry" she heard him saying and in return she jerked his hand away. "Mr. Oberoi, neither I want you, nor your sorries so just leave. Don't make fun of my already ruined respect." She said and left leaving him heart broken. But he didn't move an inch from there and stood there in the heavy rain for whole night.

She was looking at him worried through the curtains, and that was enough for him not to break down. He felt aching in his weak heart and he started shivering.

"Di ! Please come here. Mr. Oberoi isn't fine. I think...." Gauri's sentence was left incomplete as she saw Anika running outside, worried for Shivaay.

Shivaay was coughing very badly and was going to faint when Anika saved him. She took him inside and asked Gauri to bring a towel. She removed his blazer and started drying his hair, tension clearly visible on her face seeing him unconscious. She asked Gauri to help her and to take him to the room. She made him lay down properly and left the room after covering him with the duvet.

As the morning sun peaked through the window and disturbed his sleep, he found himself on bed. When he got up he realised he was in Anika's house and he remembered that he fainted in her arms last night. He couldn't help smiling like an idiot when he realised that she cares for him, she was worried for him.

He went out to see Gauri sitting on the breakfast table with Sahil who was all ready in his school uniform. He looked around to see Anika but got the answer of his unasked question from Gauri, who told him that Anika left for her job interview. He felt even more disappointed when Gauri conveyed to him Anika's message, " Di has asked me to tell you to leave when you are ok. So please go home. I don't want you to trouble my Di anymore."

In the afternoon, when Anika returned from the interview, She found the house all silent but then she heard some noise from the kitchen and what she saw, left her shocked. Gauri and Sahil were sitting on the slab and Shivaay was busy in cooking. Wait! What ? Shivaay is here, in her house, in her kitchen but why ?

"What are you doing here, Why didn't you leave yet ? Gauri, what is he doing here ?" She asked all the questions in one go and looked at Shivaay who gave her an innocent smile as if he was a naive. Sahil giggled looking at Gauri's face and Gauri kept her hand on his mouth to stop him from laughing.

"Even I don't know. What are you doing here, Jiju ?" Gauri answered Anika and asked Shivaay even more innocently.

"He is not your Jiju." She heard Anika's annoyed voice and acted to zip her mouth like a kid.

"Didn't you tell him to leave, Gauri ?" asked Anika to which Gauri replied that she did. But Shivaay jumped in between the conversation to save Gauri, who was another Priyanka for him. He found every action of Gauri similar to Priyanka. Although she acts like a rough and tough girl but she is just so innocent as his own sister, that, he had realised mere in this half day.

"She told me what you asked her to. Don't shout at her. She is innocent." Said Shivaay giving a thumbs up to Gauri and sahil behind his back.

"Then what are you doing here ?" Asked an over annoyed Anika to which, she got the smartest reply from Shivaay, " Didn't you tell Gauri to ask me to leave when I'm OK ? Achhoooo..." He acted like he has caught cold then he continued, "But I'm not Ok yet, so I didn't leave."

He smiled sheepishly at the end on his little victory. Anika's mouth was wide open at this reply. "What does he me..Oh no ! Is he, by any chance planning to live here ? No way !" She thought. Looking at her reaction Gauri, Shivaay and Sahil laughed silently and left from there and shared a hi-fI with each other.

"Gauri I know I've done wrong to Anika. Please let me rectify my mistake. I promise I'll do anything and everything to keep her happy, please." Shivaay pleaded to Gauri.

"You won't hurt her ?" Gauri asked suspiciously.

"No way. Never ever." Replied Shivaay, in an over enthusiastic manner.

"Ok. I'm with you. I just want my di's happiness." Said Gauri and got ready to help Shivaay in his mission 'Biwi manao'. Shivaay called khanna and asked him bring his clothes to Anika's house.

Anika recovered from the shock and went out of the kitchen to see Shivaay, Gauri and sahil having lunch. Anika stood in front of Shivaay, crossing her arms to her chest. Shivaay looked at her, still chewing his food. He offered the food to her but she went to her room and closed the door with a bang. Shivaay looked at Gauri and Sahil with a dejected look. Gauri Said, "Hard work Jiju, Hard work."

Shivaay went to Anika's room and kept the food plate on the table. After an hour he peeped through the door only to see the food still in the plate and Anika standing in front of the window, lost in her thoughts.

"I'm a very good cook, Mrs. Oberoi." Anika turned around listening his voice and again the frown was back on forhead.

"Wait ! please, Don't get angry with this food at least. Why are you not eating ? Don't vent your anger out on the food." Said Shivaay pleadingly and continued, "Anika I know my mistake is too grave to be forgiven so easily, and I'm not asking you to forgive me now itself. I'm just asking for a chance." He left after saying this.

Anika felt the genuineness in his calm voice and she ate her food silently. Shivaay peeped in again and was very happy to see her smile and eating the food.

A few days passed like that and Anika too started falling for him, and why not, he left no stone unturned to show his care towards her. He even got hurt while saving her from falling down the stairs.

It was a usual day in the house, but Shivaay went to office as there was an important meeting. Someone knocked the door and Anika found Rudra, Priyanka and Om standing there with a big box in their hand that looked like a cake box. After meeting them she got to know that it was Shivaay's birthday. He doesn't like to celebrate his birthday and they asked Anika to convince him. Anika denied to talk to him as she thought why would he agreed to celebrate his birthday on her insistence, little did she know what she means to him.

Om, Rudra and Priyanka hid inside the other room and asked Anika to talk to Shivaay who just returned home all tired. His tiredness vanished in thin air when he saw her approaching him to talk to him. For the first time in these few days she was going to initiate a conversation and he was all ears.

"Today is your birthday,  Shivaay ?" he heard her saying this and his heart fluttered knowing that she knows about his birthday, but how ?

"Why don't you celebrate your birthday, Shivaay ? Don't you like it ?" asked Anika not knowing how to start the real conversation.

"We can celebrate it if you want" said Shivaay in a naughty and sheepish tone. But before they could talk more, Om, Rudra, Priyanka, Gauri and Sahil came out screaming happy birthday to him. "I knew it" he muttered to himself when he realised that it was actually his siblings who would have asked Anika to convince him to celebrate. But, if she wants it then he will celebrate.

They cut the cake and laughed and danced together. Om, Rudra and Priyanka left after thanking Anika for convincing Shivaay to celebrate and Anika wondered that she actually didn't even try to convince him and he agreed just like that.

Gauri and Sahil slept after the tiring celebration but Anika and Shivaay were awake. Shivaay was going to sleep when Anika called him and wished him "Happy Birthday".

Never ever in his life he felt so happy when someone wished him. "Everyday should be his birthday." he thought. She was going to leave when he stopped her catching her wrist and pulled her to himself. Her back collided with his front and her breathing became heavy because of this sudden gesture.

She looked at him turning her face a little towards him. He turned her around pulling her closer. The gentle breeze playing with her hair made him irritated because it was blocking his way to look at her crimson face. He knows that he LOVES her, he doesn't even know when he fell for her. Whether he fell for her when she came to his house as a wedding planner or when he came to her house to win her back, but he only knows that he LOVES this woman more than his life.

Today, something was pushing him towards her more. He wasn't able to hold his heart, he had no control on his feelings. He didn't realise when, his lips touched her petal like lips and he started sucking them. Just after a second or two, he broke the kiss and whispered "I LOVE YOU, ANIKA" while still in a daze.

Anika was too shocked from his sudden action, to top of that of, he just said something she don't know why, created havoc in her heart. She didn't know what she felt, what that unknown feeling was. She jerked him away and went to her room, leaving him alone.

Only when he felt her warmth being taken away, he realised what he did. He knocked the door again and again so that he could atleast apologise for what he did but Anika didn't open the door.

Next day passed like that. Anika didn't talk to him nor she came out her room. Shivaay tried many ways, but nothing worked. Gauri kept asking him what happened but how could he tell her that he just kissed her without her permission and confessed his love to her like an idiot, so he kept quite. He got a call from his PA that he has to attend an important meeting to attend. He wanted to deny but it was very important so he had to go.

It was midnight when he was coming back from office. His mind was full of her and only her thoughts. He was so engrossed in his thoughts that he didn't see the truck coming in front of him and when he did realise, everything went blur.

Anika came running to the hospital like a mad woman, when she received a call from Shivaay. But the person who was talking, was not Shivaay but some one else. He told her that he called her to tell her about Shivaay's accident. He called her because her number was saved as LIFE in the phone so he thought she must be very important to him. This made her even more mad, when she realised that what she was to him and what he was to her. She never wanted to admit, but SHE LOVES HIM TOO.

When he confessed, She was confused but now, she realised those unknown feelings were of LOVE. She had forgiven him long ago but never told him and now she's regretting it. She just wants to see him fit and fine so that she can tell him about her feelings.

After whole three long hours of waiting, the doctor told her that he's fine and will be conscious by morning. As per the hospital rules, only one person could stay with him so Om, Rudra and Priyanka left on Anika's insistence who didn't want to leave Shivaay alone. But they realised one thing that everything happens for good, even something bad too. They knew that now, Shivaay's wait will be over.

After opening his eyes, the only person he noticed was Anika. For a morning like this, when Anika is sleeping on his chest hugging him, when he could feel her close to him and inhale her fragrance, he can go through thousands of such accidents. He didn't move away so that he doesn't disturb her sleep. But his effort was almost ruined by the nurse who came to check the patient. She was going wake Anika up because she might be hurting the patient, only if she knew how relieved he was feeling because of Anika being close to him. He gestured her be silent and she in turn smiled being aww at such a lovely couple.

Shivaay was left speechless when the nurse told him about last night, how much his WIFE was scared for him, how she behaved crazily to stay with him.

"How do you know she's my wife ?" he asked hopefully to get the answer what he wants to know and that's what exactly happened. It was Anika herself who actually told the whole hospital by shouting madly that she wants to stay beside her HUSBAND.

The nurse left the love birds alone and Shivaay kissed her hair and hugged her tightly. Only then he realised that he must have disturbed her but it was too late to realise and Anika was already awake.
The first thing she did was to check him properly if he was fine or not. She was mumbling only one thing " Is he fine, Is it hurting ? IS he fine, Is it hurting ?" but Shivaay's one question made her silent, "Why are you worried for me ?"

Anika didn't want to fall weak so she turned to go out but he stopped her holding her wrist. He thought, She was angry on him for the kiss and that sudden confession so he kept speaking anything and everything to apologise. Anika couldn't hold more and and hugged him tightly.

Shivaay was taken aback by her action and her tight hold on him. She kept tightening her hold on his back, taking his hospital shirt in her fists and continued sobbing.
After God knows how much of time, Anika loosened her grip but still didn't break the hug.

Shivaay tried to see her face once because he was too worried now from her crying. " Anika" he called softly and Anika slowly looked up at his face. He felt very hurt to know that he always becomes the reason of her tears, only if he knew that it was because he is too precious to her as she is to him. Anika neared her face to his and didn't realise when, She put her lips on his and closed her eyes feeling him safe and sound. Only after he recovered from shock, Shivaay too responded to the kiss, relishing every bit of this moment.

Shivaay felt his cheeks getting wet due to her tears so he tried to part away from the kiss so that he can look at her but she pulled him more into her by encircling her one hand around his neck. After sharing a deep, passionate and loving kiss, Anika parted away from him and whispered what his heart was dieing to listen, " I LOVE YOU. I was so scared Shivaay, I thought I... I lost You." And she cried her heart out after pouring out those dreadfull feelings.

Shivaay didn't want to see tears in those brown orbs anymore. So, he took her in for one more kiss and not even for once he thought it's not their first kiss. He will never get enough of her. She was too shy to meet his eyes and hid her face deep in his chest after they broke the kiss.
"Ahem ahem..May we come in ?" Shivika heard Om, Rudra, Priyanka and Gauri's voice from the door.

"You all are already in, by the way." Said Shivaay, looking clearly irritated for being 'Bone in Kabaab'.

After a lot of teasings, it was time for Shivaay's discharge. After completing the discharge formalities, they left towards Oberoi mansion because now Dadi wanted her Billu and his wife in their house.

Shivika got married again with their own wish and Anika entered the mansion as HIS WIFE, HIS LOVE. He announced Anika as his wife and Shivika became one in all senses.
After two years, Shivika were blessed with a little Baby girl whom they named Amaya and Om and Gauri got married. Priyanka and Rudra were still waiting for their true love and that's how Shivika got their happily ever after.

Mihir Awasthy could only separate them, but SHIVAAY AND ANIKA WERE MEANT TO BE SHIVIKA, SO THEY BECAME. NOBODY CAN SEPARATE TWO SOULS WHO ARE CONNECTED BY TRUE LOVE.... NOT EVEN GOD HIMSELF.
