Anika's dadu got a call from Tej to be informed about the breaking of alliance. Maneesh couldn't tolerate her Apple pie's insult and asked Tej to not say a word about her grand daughter. He cut the call and couldn't think of a way to tell the matter to Anika as he had seen the happiness in her eyes, the love for Shivaay in her eyes. But he had to do nothing as Anika heard everything.
She sat in front of him and apologised, because she thought, she is the reason her dadu faces humiliation, she stained his respect. Maneesh couldn't tolerate her tears and first time he felt so helpless. He told Anika that she was his pride and can't see her ashamed and especially not of herself. She is the most sweet, innocent and pure soul in this world, and it is their loss not hers.
Anika cried once, but then she decided to not shed a single tear for those people who believed others not her. She decided to live for her dadu and noone else. She tried to become that cheerful Anika. She smiled and laughed but the people who were closed go her knew that it was a facade.
Anika didn't know that Gauri did something. She used to sit in the backyard and talk to Gauri, but Gauri never looked directly in her eyes, she could not. Her guilt was eating her. Anika though she is sad and she tried to cheer her, but this, only increased Gauri's guilt. The girl whose life she destroyed, was trying to cheer her. She felt disgusted of herself, but she can even die for her mother.
Oberois' condition wasn't good either. Dadi still couldn't believe that she could be wrong in judging someone, same was happening with janvi. Rudra didn't know what was right or wrong. Tej too, felt something wrong because he had liked Anika very much. He and janvi always wanted to have a daughter and they found one in Anika. Mere one meeting with that Girl made them liking her very much.
In all of this chaos, there was Shivaay. He lost his smile the day Rudra told him that Tej broke the alliance and told the reason too. Shivaay couldn't believe it, he knew that his heart asked something from him for the first time and it can't be wrong. Shivaay, for the first time argued with Tej. He only left the matter because Dadi's health wasn't well and she couldn't see the father-son duo fighting. After that day, Shivaay used to leave the house early in the morning and come back very late at night. But the fact was, he used to be at office only for four to five hours, where he used to be the rest of the day nobody knew that.
One day, Anika was returning from hospital when she felt someone staring at her. She looked around herself but found noone so she left from there.
A friend of Tej, Naitik Goenka came to meet him. They had a good time together at the dinner. Tej shared all the matter with him As he couldn't see Shivaay's condition. Naitik's mother, Savitri was Maneesh's sister so he knew Anika very well. For a minute he felt he will kill his best friend but he composed himself.
"You did wrong. You think that Anika lost the luck to be your daughter in law, but actually, You are the one lost a person like Anika. You think she is bad, hughh.. for a minute, I can doubt my own self but Anika ? Never. I don't have a daughter but I found one in Anika and trust me, I can even sacrifice my life to have a daughter like her. I don't know who told you what. But you have time, don't let the chance go." Naitik said all this to Tej. The still didn't know what's wrong or right.
Gauri was all alone at home and was crying. Then, her mother came to meet her. She was very happy to see her mother. Seeing her, Gauri jumped in her arms. Nobody can hold their feelings in front of their mother's warm hug, so was with Gauri. The pain she was hiding in her heart, was killing her inside so she just sobbed. She lied in her mother's lap and kept sobbing, then sobs turned to loud cries and she kept crying without uttering a single word.
Once she was satisfied, she stopped crying, she told everything to mother. And got only one reply from her, " If you will fall, God will help you. But if you fell in your own eyes, you will regret." Gauri stood up and went to the idol of God and prayed, not to forgive her, but for Anika's happiness.
Once Om came back from his art gallery, Gauri told him everything. She knew that he would hate her but she had to do this, to make everything right. Surprisingly, Om embraced her. Gauri knew that Om loves his little Barbie a lot and he won't tolerate what she did with Anika. But it was true that Your soul mate can unserstand you better, and so did Om. " Gauri, you are not at fault. If not for your mother's well being, you would never have done that. I know, I trust my Chiraiya ( bird)." Gauri felt beyond happy with Om's words and slept peacefully, looking forward to make everything right.
Next day, Gauri along with Om decided to go to Oberoi mansion to make everything right. Manju tried to stop them, but they left. They reached Oberoi mansion and told everything to Tej, janvi, Dadi and Rudra. They were happy as well as gulity for doubting Anika. TejVi and Dadi decided to go to Agnigotri house and apologise for their grave mistake. Tej knew it for the very beginning that Anika was Shivaay's happiness and today, he was even ready to fall at Anika's feet to gain her apology and his son's happiness.
Gauri and Om went to meet Savitri. Savitri was the only person who could bring Manju on track. Savitri herself was shocked after listening what manju did. She couldn't believe that Manju hates Anika to this extent. Till now, they thought it to be her foolishness but not any more.
As soon as Gauri and Om entered the house, Manju started scolding. But seeing Savitri, she became silent and was scared as if Savitri got to know the matter then she us gone. And her fear came true when Savitri scolded her to no ends. It was not finished yet.
( Ok so I'm already mentioning here that I don't support domestic violence and torturing a woman. What I'm writing is only for the need of the story )
Namit, who just came back, heard everything and without thinking anything else, he slapped Manju. Once, twice, thrice. But he didn't stop. He never thought she will stoop so low.
Anika came back from the hospital. Before she could enter her house, she heard someone crying and shouting from OmRi 's house. She couldn't stop herself from running and seeing what was the matter. But the scene was beyond shocking. Namit was shouting on manju and tried to slap her. Om and Gauri were having a tough time in controlling him. Anika without thinking anything, went to Manju and hugged her as she was shivering with fear and crying.
Namit also stopped seeing Anika. "Look, She is still trying to save you despite knowing that you always hated her." Namit said to Manju who was surprised because of Anika's action. Her whole life she scolded this girl and she still stood in front of her to help her. She hugged Anika even more tightly and cried. She begged for forgiveness falling on Anika's feet. She confessed everything that made Anika shocked. But she forgave her in an instant as she could she the guilt in Manju's eyes and her words.
Gauri was very happy and hugged Anika who was in Manju's embrace. Om too joined the hug and squeezed Anika like they will make her juice. Anika whinned like a kid to come out of the tight group hug and got successful too, but Om and Namit pulled her for another hug and made her sandwiched between themselves.
"I'm going to tell everything to Dadu, the that now, we will live together" Anika rushed out of the house saying this, followed by the others.
Rudra had informed Shivaay and told him everything. He thought Shivaay will be happy but Shivaay got angry. He left from office and went to Anika's house. His mom dad, and Dadi had already met Maneesh. Though Maneesh was angry but he was not a child. He could see that they were genuinely guilty. Before he could say Anything, Shivaay entered the house like a storm and blasted like a volcano.
"How could you expect this from them, Dad ? If you had a daughter, and someone would have doubted her character then would you forgive them ?" Shivaay questioned his family and they had no answer. Maneesh was very happy with this action of Shivaay and he had already taken his decision.
Anika entered the house happily but she got shocked as well as angry after seeing the Oberois, not because they questioned her character but because of then her dadu thought that he couldn't protect her.
Shivaay tried to speak but Anika slapped him making everyone shocked. " What are you doing here ? Is anything left ? Wasn't that enough that you questioned my character ? Because of you, my dadu, who always treated me like a princess, he thought that he failed in giving me my happiness ? He felt humiliated because of you. How you would have lived with me if you didn't have trust on me ? Thank you so much, for breaking the alliance. Now get out of here." Anika said everything without stopping and listening to Maneesh and Gauri who tried to stop her. Shivaay left from there without saying anything.
Nobody knew what to day, especially Oberois. So Rudra decided to break the silence and clear everything. " Didi, Bhaiya is innocent, he had no fault in all this. Mom - dad, Dadi, and to some extent even I didn't trust you. But bhaiya, he had trust in you. After dad broke the alliance, Bhaiya almost lost everything, his smile, his spirit, everything. He really loved you, and still loves you. You don't know to what extent he can go just for your one glimpse. He used to stand in front of your hospital to wait for you to come out so he can see You once." Rudra told Anika every single thing that happened in Shivaay's life after that incident. Anika felt really guilty for blaming him without any of his fault and then she slapped him too.
" Beta, I know it's not easy to forgive us for what we did. But please I beg you, don't punish my son for our mistakes. He really loves you. Please give this marriage a chance. Please, I can even die if you want but please forgive us." Said Tej joining his hands in front of Anika. Anika nodded in no and held his hands to not do this.
"Anika, I know you were hurt and couldn't think anything else. You know, I never trusted anyone when the matter concerned you. But today, I saw Shivaay. He fought with his father, for you. If he can do this, I can't think to what extent he would go for your happiness, my Apple pie. He will never let you down Anika, I know that. But yes, if you will go and put your palms on his eyes the way you do with me, he will also recognise you, because he also loves you like I do ( he chuckled while holding her hands and she chuckled too ) and you will never win in this game like I used to say." Maneesh said to Anika who smiled with tears and nodded happily.
Her smile vanished when she realised that he left from there. Rudra pulled her hand jerking her out of her thoughts. He dragged her out of the house happily and Anika kept asking him where he was taking her. " Bhabi I'll just tell you where bhaiya would be, rest is your task as how will you manaofy your dear to be husband. "
Rudra dropped her at the beach and left from there. It was last 8 in the evening so the beach was empty. Anika couldn't find Shivaay but kept looking here and there. At last she found him standing near the shore. She went towards him and closed his eyes from behind, with her palms. Shivaay sensed her, his heart told him that it's his Anika, but his mind said she can't be here. Why would she be here ? But, he decided to listen to his Heart, and said "Anika !!"
Anika was surprised, her dadu was right. He guessed it. How ? Her thoughts were broken when he started to leave. She ran behind him and stopped him catching his wrist. He stood there, without turning towards her. He couldn't look into her eyes after what his family did with her without any of her fault.
"Don't you love me, Shiv ?" This question of her forced him to turn around at look at her. She was...sitting on her knees ? And looking at him with hopeful eyes. He bent down and asked her to get up. But she denied and asked for the answer to her question. He without saying anything, hugged her and nodded in a yes.
Anika wrapped her arms around his neck and said "I love you Shivaay, I love you" Shivaay was zoned out hearing what she said.
Anika again said looking in her eyes,"Shivaay I'm so sorry for behaving rudely. You know, from childhood, I only had my dadu with me. He took care of me, loved me more than himself. And when uncle broke our alliance, dadu blamed himself for not being able to find my happiness and that hurt me. I couldn't see him blaming himself. So I reached that way, I'm really very sorry."
"Don't be sorry, you were not wrong but my family accused you so it was their fault not yours. Somewhere it was my fault too As I couldn't be with you." Said Shivaay still feeling guilty.
"Shivaay, Why you trusted me so much ? You didn't even know me, then why ?" Asked Anika, still not being able to believe that this man loves and trusts her to this extent.
"Because, My heart said that you are not wrong, you can never be. And you know, Dadi used to say but I never really believed her until I met you." Shivaay told her his feelings about her.
Anika asked, "Dadi used to say what ?"
Shivaay said again, "That, HEART IS NEVER WRONG. HEART CONVEYS THE MESSAGE OF GOD TO US AND IT NEVER TELLS A LIE. It said you are right, so I believed."
Saying this, Shivaay hugged Anika again. When he was about to capture her lips, Anika pushed him away and said, "Not so soon. Wait till you come and marry me with all the rituals."
She started running and he ran behind her to catch her. Once he caught hold of her wrist, he picked her up from her waist and twirled her as their laughter echoed all over the place.
