"YAH MOON YUWON!" Came a yell, early in the morning.

"What is it, Moon Byeol...?" Came another voice, sleepy yet filled with sarcasm.

"HEY, I'M YOUR MOTHER!! DON'T YOU DARE ADDRESS ME LIKE THAT-"

"WHATEVER ARE YOU SHOUTING FOR?!"

"Ugh, I forgot because of you! Why was I here again? Umm... Oh, yeah! Breakfast is ready, come down! I'm hungry! And get ready for your school!!" Byeol called.

"I-
At this you might even forget me one day!" Yuwon said in disbelief.

"Hey, stop talking and go brush your teeth! I'm hungry!!"

"Fineeeeeeee...." Yuwon said, and lazily walked towards the bathroom.

After finishing all her morning routine, she looked at herself in the mirror and almost went blind.

I just have to wear this shit for one more year, she thought.

Even after studying in this school for more than nine years, she still couldn't understand why did the uniform had to be so fucking bright and colourful.

Once, she saw a student from a different school whose uniform was completely black. How lucky!

But she shrugged off the thoughts and proceeded to comb her long hair, and left them open. As usual. Her long hair was something that she loved and never allowed anyone except herself and her mother to touch them. So after combing them, she went outside to get breakfast.

Her mom, Moon Byeol, was already sitting in the table and eating her food.

"Hey! Why the hell did you start without me?!" Yuwon yelled.

"You were the one taking forever in the bathroom, and I already told you I was hungry." Byeol said and stuck out her tongue jokingly, a silly smile on her face forming afterwards.

"Ugh." And in response she just groaned, but soon joined her mother in hogging up the food.

"Let's go!" Her mother said excitedly, after they had finished up their breakfast.

"What are you even so excited for?" She said frowning.

"Uh, ...the weather! It's so beautiful today! I feel good and fresh, that's all." Her mother said. Yuwon knew something was up, but she ignored it.

'If there is anything, she would come and tell me herself,'
She thought.

But surely enough, the weather was beautiful. After a long and wet rainy weather, Autumn had come. The sky was a pretty blue and the trees were shedding their yellow, orange and red leaves, while the cold breeze was taking them somewhere far away.

Stepping out of the house, the two women did not forget to take their jackets because as beautiful as it was, the weather was still chilly. It did not actually bother Yuwon, but Byeol wouldn't let her leave without it. Byeol dropped off her daughter at her school, and then went away for her job.

As Yuwon took her first step, a voice yelled at the top of it's lungs.

"YUWON!!!!! YOU'RE FINALLY HERE! I'VE GOT SO MANY THINGS TO TALK TO YOU! I HAD SO MUCH FUN AT THE AMUSEMENT PARK YESTERDAY! I WENT ON SO MANY RIDES! AND I--
BTW, HOW ARE YOU GURL?"

"The fk bro, why you yellin'?"

"I MISSED YOU-"

"We met the day before yesterday,"

"BUT THAT'S SOOOOO LO--"

"It isn't,"

"HEY! IT IS-"

"-Not,"

"IT FKING IS-"

"Ugh, I'm not gonna do this for the rest of the day," Yuwon said and walked off.

"YAHH! WAIT FOR ME--"

"STOP yelling and come fast, Sunoo,"

And they both walked inside their school, totally ignoring their PE teacher who was standing near the entrance watching their interaction with the most uninterested expression.

"Where are the other two?" She asked.

"One is inside, the other hasn't come yet. We were waiting for just you two." He said finally behaving like a normal person, at which Yuwon nodded.

"By the way, did you do the homew-" She was about to ask, but another voice interrupted her.

"Yah, Yuwon-ah!" She turned around. And saw someone approaching her. As he came closer, she noticed that it was the new transferee that came just last month. He was handsome and also quite good academically, so he was among the most trending topics discussed in their school right now. She had never talked to him except just once when she was put in-charge of collecting homework, therefore she no idea why he was approaching her right now.

All the attention from the people present in the hallway was now focused on them as everyone looked at what was happening.

He looked at Yuwon and said,"Hey... I wanted to talk to you... Do you have a minute?" He asked, and since she was put under the spotlight, she had to say yes... Ofcourse, unwillingly.

"Ever since the first time I saw you, I felt something different. And now, after a whole month, I realised what it was. Do you know what I'm talking about?" He asked.

"No."

"Huh?" The boy was taken aback. He expected this girl to jump around and say that she loves him too, and brag about it to others. Maybe she's just slow. And dense.

The boy cleared his throat with a red face and said, "It's okay, I'll tell you. I... I love you... Will you date me?"

Y/N stared at the boy infront of her, as a smile tugged at her lips.

"...Yes!!! Oh my god! Yes, yes yes! I liked you too!" She said jumping around smiling widely, and Sunoo stared at her in disbelief. The boy smiled victoriously, as all the students started cheering for them.

But all of a sudden, her jumping stopped.

"Did you expect me to say that?" She mocked him with a totally blank face, as the cheers stopped.

The smile dropped from the boy's face.

The boy was about to open his mouth but closed it again seeing her walking towards him. She walked closer and closer until their was no distance left between them. Her lips were just next to his ears when she whispered,

"Next time... Don't make mistakes while doing dares."

Smirking as she leaned back, Y/N slowly walked away as if nothing happened.

The hallway fell silent, everyone was trying to process what the fuck just happened.

But the silence was broken.

"Pfft-"
Sunoo ran away, too.
