"Woah, now this is completely..." Hedith said, turning a full three hundred sixty degrees when they arrived at Auradon, "Pink."
"Pink?" Jay asked, raising an eyebrow at the younger teenager. Hedith doesn't even know why she is hanging out with these losers. All she knows is, she have to get this mission a shot before Mal and her gang actually consider taking her outside the barrier. She needs to prove herself reformed if she ever wants that to happened.
"What? Want other adjectives? I'd give a bonus of modifiers. Puke worthy? Cringe worthy? Pure Cissy?" Hedith smirked. Her hair is now back to normal and are walking with the boys while Mal, Uma, Evie and Celia walk ahead of them. Why is Celia even sticking around with them?
For the record, she never liked Celia. Sure, she was an errand girl for her father and he did told her to try and befriend the daughter of the Voodoo Witch Doctor but she doesn't like how she can be all buddy buddy with Mal. Even that girl from Lady Tremaine's shop is way too goody goody for her taste.
"I think Pink is a lot better adjective," Carlos agreed, Hedith punching him on the forearm, "What's up with that?"
"To see if there's changes to the crybaby Carlos that I knew a few months back. You easily cry when I punch you," Hedith nonchalantly said as Carlos raised an eye at her. True, he easily cry but Hedith and him barely have any interactions because of Mal's avoidance of her so punches from her are like once or twice that happened besides this one.
"One. You barely come across us," Jay said, holding up a finger at her.
"And second, I am not a crybaby," Carlos added and Hedith shrugged her shoulders, walking away to explore a little for herself. Maybe find some buttons lying on the ground or find someone with nice buttons on their shirt and take it away. She is good with her hands, after all.
"Okay, how are you close with Hedith?" She heard Mal asked and Hedith hid behind a bush. So this is what a healthy hush looks like. Nice hiding spot, Hedith thought and sat down to take in the little drama between the two older girls.
"Why do you even care?" Uma asked back, "As far from I know, you care not even once for the girl and she takes it very, very personally."
"Oh you have no idea how personal it really is," Hedith muttered and noticed the berries and took some. She tried one and liked it instantly. Blue is just her color.
"It's none of your business what happens to us," Mal said and Hedith rolled her eyes. True, Uma shouldn't really drag herself into their affairs but what can Hedith say? She's just too irresistible. I mean, she is a god after all. Someone meant to be worshipped. But before anything goes to the wrong side of the story, Hedith then decided to reveal herself.
"Girls, girls, girls!" Hedith crashed into the party, holding her hands up with a smile on her face. Both hands raised and one with a handful of blueberries, "I know you love me. There's a lot of me to go around so just line up and I'm yours."
"How long have you been listening?" Mal asked. Hedith munched on some blueberries and puts some in her pockets and bag.
"Oh, not long. But come on," she answered, walking towards the two older girls with a smile on her face, "Isn't this trip for Auradon? And also for my chance to prove I can be...reformed?" She said with quoting fingers.
"So no time to waste. No time to fight over me although, I'm quite flattered."
"Hedith's right," Evie said, eyeing Hedith subtly. But the daughter of Hades noticed it and gave her a smug look, "We have to find Ben, first."
"Let's go check the school!" Uma suggested and Hedith's eyebrow raised.
"Right, right. But isn't this Audrey girl liked the crown better than books?" She asked and Mal agreed. Well, that's the first. To Hedith, that might've been a sign of an apocalypse.
"That's right. Our best bet is she's with Ben and he's probably in the castle," she said and Hedith shooed her. She started walking to a direction with a carefree smile on her face.
"Then lead the way, Your Royal Purpleness," but ironically, Hedith was the one who is leading the way. Carlos , Jay, Evie and Mal looked at her with incredulous eyes.
"I know she's a troublemaker," Jay started and turned to Uma's crew.
"And a know-it-all—"
"I can hear you, Carlos!" Hedith yelled although continued walking.
"But is she always that full of herself?" Jay finished the thought, pointing at the girl who is only going further and further away. Gil shrugged and Harry's eyes turned to Uma.
"She's a daughter of a god. Of course she'll be full of herself," Uma answered, scowling at him,
"Are you sure she's going the right way?" Harry whispered as if anticipating that his instincts might be correct. Knowing Hedith, she's bad at direction in a new place. And she haven't even seen the map yet so this is going to be a disaster if it continues.
"Hey, Hedith! The castle's the other way!" Carlos yelled and the girl turned a full one-eighty.
"YOU SHOULD'VE TOLD ME SOONER!"

They arrived in the castle and Hedith is staying close to Dude, since she found him fascinating. She always wanted to meet Cerberus but due to some circumstances, the dog was left in the underworld in Thanatos' care.
"So do all dogs talk?" Hedith asked Dude.
"No. Just me."
"How?"
"Let's say I ate something that I shouldn't have."
"I'd like to have that, please."
"It'll make you say the truth."
"In that case, I don't want that," Hedith quickly said, smiling to herself, "I love lying."
Just then, Uma alerted them about the ruined frame on the wall and the Mal and her gang suddenly got worried.
"Maybe Auradon isn't as sissy at all," Hedith commented out of the blue.
"I thought we agreed on pink?" Carlos asked and Hedith shrugged.
"No pink lately," she reasoned out and followed Mal and Uma's lead towards an armor hall. Both agreed that Audrey, to which Hedith learned is the big bad of this story, knows their every step and argued on what to do.
As much as Hedith loves seeing Mal frustrated, their petty fights can be annoying so an itty bitty part of her agrees with Evie. Only an itty bitty.
"So what to do now?" Hedith asked and Evie whipped her head towards her.
"Stay with Celia."
"What?" Hedith exclaimed, incredulously but did not move nonetheless. She growled in Boredom and turned to Celia who is patting Dude. Celia noticed her state and stood up with pursed lips.
"So, wassup, Hedith? Long time no see?"
"Shove off," she said coldly, crossing her arms. Then out of the blue, the armors started moving and drawing their swords. Hedith had a feeling that the big bad Audrey is behind it.

"We can counter their attack! Hit 'em 'til their armor cracks!" Celia and Hedith said as they fall back from the room. Hedith had a sudden urge to bring out her father's ember but refrained to do so.
"This could get a little sticky! How to win this battle could be tricky!"
The urge in Hedith became stronger as she looked down to her sling bag.
"But I know the best way. Fall back, let me lead, you hold the line and we'll bring them to their knees!"
Despite the scream of danger, Hedith but her lower lip and charged into the armors despite Celia's calls.
"Swords in the air if you're me!"
Hedith kicked one armor and took its sword. Evie saw her and her eyes widened.
"They for ourselves number one to fifty!"
This time, Hedith got to the platform, surprising Mal and making Uma smile, "Victory is ours 'cause I've got a strategy--"
"You take the left, and the rest of you can follow me," Mal cuts her off, annoying Hedith.
"Uh uh!" Hedith stood in between Mal and Uma, but Uma pushed her gently backwards away from Mal.
"This is my crew!"
"Well this is my squad."
"This is turf!"
"Oh my gosh!" Evie interjected, cutting off Mal and Uma's fight.
"Look guys, we've got bigger fish to fry. Put your differences aside. Cause right now we're on the same side."
"Agreed," Hedith surprisingly did, which made Evie smile. But this time, Hedith have no emotions. Her face voids anything as she face the armors.
"Until the night falls, everyone!"
"We'll stay together 'til the battle is done," Uma, Mal and Hedith said, fighting off the armors.

"Hit 'em 'til the armor cracks!"
"Until the night falls! We're aligned!" Hedith joined Evie, raising her sword up, "It doesn't mean that we're on the same side."
Both Evie and Hedith sang, their eyes having contacts with each other, an unspoken agreement in between the two of them.
"This situation's getting kinda heavy! Hold your weapons tight keep 'em steady!" Mal said to Uma as they fight together and Hedith turned around to block an armor's assault and kick it in the groin. Does it even have that?
"All my soldiers stand at the ready! We can cut 'em up like confetti!" Uma said and Hedith stood beside Evie, their swords clashing with the armors
"We'll hit 'em from the front. You counter from behind! Don't forget that fate of Auradon's on the line!" Hedith told her and the boys all stood on the platform.
This is all out war, they for us outnumbered
The way the swords clash is the sound of the thunder!
"And we are not going under!" Hedith declared and Mal stood beside her, much to Hedith's surprise.
"We will never run for cover!" Mal added, smiling at Hedith. It was subtle but Hedith caught it. Her sister, for the first time, smiled at her. And she hates to admit it, but it's quite pleasant to see.
We will battle for the victory and ride for each other!
"Until the night falls, everyone!" Evie now leads, standing on the platform as Hedith, Mal and Uma stand side by side. All three girls got one another's backs.
"We'll stay together 'til the battle is done," this time, it's Mal and Hedith's time to have a silent agreement between them.
Back to back!

"We can counter their attacks!"
"Hit em til the armor cracks."
"Until the night falls, we're aligned!" Hedith almost laughed and Carlos slides with the shield but went back to fighting the armors.
"It doesn't mean we're on the same side!"

"Hit em hard and hit em fast. They're too heavy to react"
The fighting paused for a moment with the armor creating a triangular formation and Hedith stood in between Mal and Uma as they face their opponents. The infantry of metal did a little choreography that seems to be challenging them.
Mal, Uma and Hedith changed to them and their swords clashed with the armors and sent out an electric wave. Mal, knowing what to do, stepped on the platform and Hedith clutched the ember, her hair burning blue.
"Suit of armor strong and true. Make this metal bust a move!" Mal spelled before Hedith could do anything and moved her hips. The armors followed suit, Hedith smiling in amusement. Unbeknownst to her, Mal smiled seeing the the effect of her spell to Hedith.
Uma followed as the girls started doing a siren's song. Then Carlos who made a little funny move. Hedith bursted out laughing this time, biting her fingers to contain her emotions.
"Hedith!" She whipped her head towards the three older girls who gestured her to come and without thinking, followed. She sang with them and danced as the armors now go berserk on dancing.
Without fear, Celia even joined on the fun, dancing on the platform while being surrounded by armors.
"Until the night fall you can trust."
"I'm gonna help you win this battle because...
I got your back
Got your back
Got your back
Got your back
All for one and that's a fact
Night fall pitch black!
The armors all fell and the adrenaline made all of them cheer.
"That was so so so cool!" Hedith cheered, her head whipping towards Evie who smiled at her with excitement but she suddenly had a quick reality check. Mal and Uma almost did a high five before stopping in mid-air.
The boys didn't care and chest bumped before realizing their groups and getting awkward.
"Guys, come on! This was so great!" Evie said and Hedith scoffed, arms crossing and looking at her with a blank face. That was before she realized Mal was doing the same and dropped her arms, "I mean, even Hedith joined in!"
"On the contrary, I won't let the experience of fight ghost armors pass me by so yeah," she denied whatever Evie was pointing out.
At this point Evie tried getting them into an ice breaker which only made things more awkward. And Hedith hates awkward so she was the first one to leave, with her hands up.
