AN: I'm sorry if this story seems rushed, that's because is. I'm just want to finish it, it's been on for too long. Bear with me please

A month had passed since that day when she'd first had sex with him, since then they'd done it more times than she could count. Each time she regretted it afterwards, but never enough to make her reject his caress and kisses the next time. The result was the inevitable, she was pregnant.
She'd not only been sleeping with him, but she'd fallen in love with him too. He made her happy, happier than she remembered ever being. He was not all that she desired, but he was more than enough. He was smart, he was intelligent and he treated her with respect. To think that the man she had been looking for all this time had been married to her sister all along. Yes, and he still thought he was married to Tina, everyone thought he was still married to Tina, She reminded herself, her mood dampening at the thought. He didn't love her, it was Tina he loved. How very pathetic, she thought. She was in love with a married man, was sleeping with a married man, and was pregnant by said married man.
She had let herself get caught up in the moment and had forgotten that I was all a farce. She was not Tina, she could never be Tina. It was getting more complicated every minute, Martha was right, she couldn't continue to do this, she could not live this lie anymore. It had felt good to tell Martha everything that day, it felt good to finally let it all out to someone. She should have told him from the beginning, and things would not have become so bad. One thing was certain though, Michael had to know. He had to know today.
"Michael, I have something to tell you. Two things actually"
"Okay...I'm listening" he said, a bit apprehensive from the serious tone she applied.
"There's no way to say this to make it sound better, so I'm just going to say it"
"Okay..."
"I'm not Tina," she said.
She had expected anything, anything but the silence that her declaration was met with.
"Michael? Did you hear me?"
"I did," he said.
"And?" she asked. She did not understand why he was acting this way, and did not know what to make of it.
"I know, that you're not Tina," he said.
Precious froze. "You know?"
"I do, at least I suspected. But I was so blinded by love that I pushed my suspicions aside. The signs were there and were hitting me in the face, but I ignored them."
"Oh," was all she could say.
"I assume the switch was made that night when I couldn't reach her, was it not?"
"Yes," she whispered.
"And the man who died, that was her lover?"
"Yes," she repeated. Not daring to look up at him.
"Michael I'm sorry, it was not supposed to be like this. It was just for one weekend," she said blurted out.
"How does the time frame make it any better?" He roared.
"It does not," she said, moving away from him.
"It was just for that one weekend and I'd have been gone," she added.
"Yes, you would have been gone. And I would have been none the wiser," he said. His voice barely restrained.
"I didn't want to do it, she made me do it," said Precious.
"Oh my god, I have been so stupid. This explains everything. You suddenly start making me breakfast, you start jogging, you change the way you dressed, Even the way you speak changed. The signs were everywhere, but I ignored them. I feel so stupid"
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean any harm," she said.
"You're sorry? You think sorry changes anything? Well guess what, it doesn't."
"I know, I'm sorry," she said, pained.
"I have had enough. Enough of you, enough of your family, and enough of your stories and apologies. Get out," he said in a quiet voice.
"Michael please," she said, breaking into tears.
"Leave this house now, or I will throw you out myself," he said.
"Please Michael," she begged, going down on a knee.
"LEAVE" he roared. "You are not my wife, you should not be here."
"Michael please don't do this. I have no where else to go," she said.
"You should have thought of that before you did what you did," he said. Getting to his feet, he grabbed her by the hand and began pulling her to the door.
"Michael please, I'm pregnant."
He ignored her and kept on pulling.
"Michael, I'm pregnant she screamed," tears and snot rolling freely down her cheeks, and nose.
"lies, all lies," he shot back. He was not going to take anymore of her lies. He'd been a fool long enough.
"No, Michael please I'm pregnant."
"Well, if that's true, then kill it. I don't want you, or it," he said, pushing her out of the door.

Precious sat down at the coffee table, a cup of the hot liquid cradled in her hands, it untouched. Normally she'd have preferred tea, and maybe one or two coffee beans thrown in for the added flavour. Today was not a normal day though, and she sat at the table staring off into space. The beverage in her hands all but forgotten.
After Michael threw her out of the house, she'd gone to her parents house and told them everything. They had assumed she was crazy at first, but then she had convinced them by showing them the one thing that differentiated Tina from her. Tina had been involved in an accident when they were little, the cut she sustained to the head had to be stitched, and had left a scar. When she showed them the scar, or the absence of it, her father had been furious, telling her how ashamed he was of her.
"How could you do such a thing Precious, have you no better sense?" he'd demanded angrily.
"Leave this place at once. I cannot bear to look at you, and that thing you're carrying, " he said. As she was again shoved out of a door by an angry man. He'd threatened to throw her mother out too if she continued begging on her behalf.
Precious didn't blame him, she too felt ashamed of herself. Of all the men around she had fallen in love with her sister's husband and got pregnant by him.
Every thing was over now, all of her plans and dreams were over, and she was as much to blame for it as was Tina. She had her life all planned out, her writing was just beginning to kick off, she was getting exposure, and in one fell swoop she'd ruined it all. She guessed she could still go back to writing, at least she still had that, and the baby.
"Penny for your thoughts?" a voice called, pulling her out if her thoughts.
"I'll sell them for a dollar," she said with a forced smile.
"How are you?" Martha asked.
"Well, I told them. Michael and my parents."
"And?"
"let's just say I'm now ostracized. The only one who would see me is my mother, and she's been warned not to speak to me." Said Precious, her voice devoid of any emotion.
"The most important thing is that you've told them, and now you can move on with your life."
"Yes, it's time to move on." Precious echoed.
Martha watched, as once again Precious's mind drifted away. It had become common sight, she was always doing that these days, always losing focus.
She looked fine, and when she made the effort, you'd think all was well, but Martha knew better. Precious was a strong woman, there were no doubts about that, but even she had her limits. Her friend was suffering, and she did not like to see her this way. Sure, she had made a terrible mistake, but it wasn't all her fault. And now there was a child involved. An innocent child who would suffer if nothing was done. She had to do something, she thought. Something to help the situation, but she did not know what to do.
