*Flashback*

Sia Dhillon was a new entry in the St. Xavier's school. She was very calm and reserved. Nobody noticed her alot. She had her own little world which consisted of her best friend Aliyah Shenoy.

Aliyah was a total tomboy. She used to be a little spoilt but she was good at heart. She hated the girls who had makeup smeared on their faces. She was a social pariah because of her outgoing and wild nature. She had shown no emotions when Sia had first asked to sit with her, later they discovered common interests and became best friends. Although she never really talked to anyone but a boy in the class liked her. It was Arjun Thakur.

Arjun and Raghav were the stars of the class and best buds too. Both were handsome and all the girls drooled over them. Although, Raghav loved this attention he got from both girls and teachers as he was the topper of the class but Arjun only wanted to break ice with Aliyah.

His chance came when the results of half-term examinations of class 11 were announced.

On the date of result, in Raghav's room:

Arjun: Chal yaar, rank dekh kar aate hain.

Raghav: Rehne de yaar, main to vaise bhi first hoon.

Arjun: Bro, tu first hai na. Mujhe apni rank to dekhne de.

They went together and saw the list.

Raghav Oberoi....... Rank 2

He was baffled and looked at rank 1. It was Sia Dhillon.

Raghav: Who the hell is Sia Dhillon? Isko kaise first rank mili? Hai kaun yeh?

And then came a voice from behind Raghav with a tinge of authority.

Hum hai Sia..... Sia Dhillon.

Raghav looked back and he had anger written on his face. Understanding the condition, Arjun dragged Raghav away from there.

*Present*

Sia wasn't able to sleep that night. She kept thinking about all that had happened. The confrontation with Raghav. She wanted to talk to Aliyah.

Next morning, after her mother left.

Sia: Hi Aliyah.

Aliyah: Hi Sia. Kaisi hai?

Sia: Aj Cafe Coffee Day aa jana 12:00 baje. Kuch baat baat karni hai tumse.

Aliyah: Ohk.

After getting ready, Sia left. Aliyah was already sitting there flipping through the magazine. As soon as she saw her she hugged her.

Aliyah: So, kya hua?

Sia: Hmara interview tha Oberoi enterprises mein. Though it was good, bit I don't think that I will get the job.

Aliyah: Kyun? Suna Naya CEO Bada handsome hai?

Sia: Haan, handsome to hoga hi... Raghav jo hai.

Aliyah: Raghav?.... Kaun Raghav?.... Wait what.. Raghav? As in, apna Raghav? St. Xavier's Raghav?

Sia: Haan. I.... I don't know what to do now.

Aliyah: Calm down. 5 saal ho gaye hai. Bhool gaya hoga vo ab tak. He must have moved on.

Sia: What if he hasn't?

Aliyah: Kuch nahi hoga. Apni mummy se baat karo. Bas unhe poori baat mat btana.

Sia: Ok.

After this, they went back home.

Aliyah was on her bike when she stopped on a traffic light and started thinking,

*Flashback*

Sia: Hello, I am Sia. Kya hum yaha baith sakte hai?

Aliyah shifted and nodded her to sit. Nobody used to sit with her. Everybody thought that she was spoilt. This always stopped her from conveying her feelings to Arjun, that she liked him.

Who knew that Sia would change everything. She changed Aliyah. It was due to her that the real Aliyah came out. She also changed the name of the topper of the class. It had been Raghav from a lot of time. The spoilt brat. But Sia became the new topper.

She was indeed a great girl.

Raghav used to be so jealous of her. Before Sia, teachers chanted Raghav's name as prayer. But Sia had changed everything.

*Present*

Aliyah came out of her thoughts abruptly because of the impatient honking of those behind her. She sped away and went home.

Here Sia decided to talk about it with her mom.
