Backstory:

- Backstory: born into the Bianchi family, a wealthy & respectable Italian family whose specialty is weapons manufacturing. Is the supplier for many different organizations, mostly in Italy; however, they try to steer as clear of underground/shady business as possible, acting only as a neutral party. Celeste has an older brother, who was supposed to take over the family business, but after he poked his nose too deep into Italy's underbelly, he got sucked in & basically left the family to join the mafia. She misses him & wants to be updated on his situation, but talking about him has kind of become taboo in their household.

- Current situation: Celeste is set to be the heir of Bianchi Weapons Manufacturer when her parents retire. Currently, she's in her 2nd year of college, majoring in business & minoring in architecture. Does well in school. Lives on dorm, otherwise still lives at her parents' house/the family estate in Rome.

Personality:

- Main traits: moody & mysterious, romantic, authoritative & confident, kind & caring, short-tempered, perfectionist, responsible

- She may come off as unfriendly, mysterious, & way cooler than the average person. In fact, she is quite nice & can be pretty funny.

- Thinks first impressions are important, so if she doesn't like you at first glance, it will take some effort to change her mind.

- Easily fascinated, if she finds something interesting she will fixate on it.

- Quite shameless & a bit of a flirt. If she sets her sight on someone, she makes it a personal goal to at least make them blush. Is a hopeless romantic when she's committed though.

- Loses her temper fairly easily, but also apologizes quickly and doesn't mind taking the blame, especially if she's arguing with someone she loves.

- Appearance: humanoid, but can also take the form of a raven. All-white, when it's standing still it just looks like a mass of white without any distinct limbs etc.. Even when it moves, the overall shape is very shifty & hard to make out; aside from the head & hands, it just looks like a mass of feathers the lower down the body you go.

In human form, it looks like a person of her height & average build, wearing a long feathery cape that sort of merges in with their body. The hood portion comes down to half of their face, only leaving out the nose & mouth, and has a beak poking out in front. When they extend their arm, the cape will also be pulled up, giving the arm a wing-like appearance. The legs part just looks like the legs of someone wearing a long dress/toga, & is always stuck together (imagine Grim Reaper's lower body from "The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy").

In raven form, it's a pure-white raven that's slightly bigger than the average raven, with its eyes, beak & legs being the only things that stand out from its body, which is also a shifty mass of feathers.

- Ability: basically, (while in humanoid form) it can reveal something's entire timeline while touching it with its hands. It can also rewind/forward in that timeline, & pause whenever it wants — and that object will take on that new state. For example, if Celeste wants to eat an apple but it's rotten, she can rewind time to when it was still fresh, pause it there, and the apple will become fresh again & good to eat. What it looks like in action: imagine Doctor Strange's Time Stone effects.

She cannot rewind or forward indefinitely. It takes more effort the further she goes, so it depends on her strength & focus.

Easiest & least tiring when used on nonliving things & inorganic matter (a chair, a shirt...), harder on organic matter (food, plants...), almost impossible on living things (animals & humans). Also cannot revive something, or change something's fundamental structure. For example, she can make a rotten apple fresh, but she cannot rewind so far that it goes back to being a flower, or forward so far that it becomes mush/dust/nothingness (decomposed & gone).

Raven form is mostly just for mobility & also cool factor tbh, if it lands on something she can still activate her Stand's ability, but it's harder because she's channeling it through a bird, not a human like herself.

She and Josette met when Josette came to Italy for Hamon training with Lisa Lisa; Celeste was in Venice at the time doing some kind of architecture project.
