Chapter 2

All the high class and low class people ended up at the top of the ship leaning over the railings waving at the people who were wishing them goodbye. Woman holding their children tightly waving their hands to their husbands and parents who weren't coming along with them. It sucked how some people they loved were poor enough to not be able to come along on this trip to America. Even though the ship was greatly made and yes of course their was a risk of something happening to the ship but wasn't going to mind it. After all the years of this ship running perfectly smoothly nobody thought it would sink. Everyone who was high class was guided to their large dining room. Each family was at their own table, and if it was only two of them they would share if they really wanted to could take a table out on the deck watching the ocean and sun shine down on them.

Henry William walked out of the large dining area that was made on the first deck. His wife in his arms while their children followed earning some looks from the other men and woman who wasn't really use to seeing their kind in fancy places like this but they managed perfectly fine. Layna, the mother to the four girls and wife to the white man. Taught her girls all at a young age that you can only depend on yourself and the person who keeps you in a bed at night. Even though being slaves was abolished and thrown aside in 1865. The girls grandparents were slaves to the people she called her mother and father in law's. That's why Layna never wanted her girls to ever think of themselves lesser than anybody just because of their complexion, but to never forget their roots. The family all made it to their large circle table with a glass vase in the middle with with flowers. Plates and chairs perfectly placed on top of each other, Gold design on each edge of the plates, and bowls. Silver ware lined next to each other shiny enough to become your own mirror. All the girls stood behind their chairs looking at their father and husband. As soon as Henry sat down the girls sat down setting their umbrellas on the floor and cane leaning on the table. Before a butler to the ship came at their need ready to serve them.

"I am Hendrick. I will be around if you wish to call me. Ring this bell and a butler or me will come to you right away Mr. Williams." The butler named Hendrick told Henry giving a bow to him and then his wife. Giving the 4 young ladies a small smile. He was clearly in his early 20's but couldn't help but catch the attention of Alaysha one of the twins giving him a small smile looking down at her her hands fumbling with her thumbs.

Henry looked at the young man before taking a glance over at one of his twin girls before narrowing his eye's at the butler. It sucked and honestly was different to have his daughter looking at a mere servant. Obviously not wanting him with his daughter but just relaxed and would have it pass quickly. "Thank you Hendrick." Layna spoke up nodding her head at him before looking at her girls. Fenella their second oldest was staring out at the ocean. She wanted to be a explorer so was writing everything she knew down in her journal that she received for her birthday. The young girl had made this object with ink and a metal point with a hole in bottom making it so the ink would come out only with contact of paper. Once she finished she put the gold cap which she had to screw on looking at her family members. Elizabeth was just sitting up straight staring at the glass full of water. "Lizzy, my darling what's troubling you?" Layna asked sitting straight up with perfect posture tilting her head as she toke a short sip from her glass of water setting it down gently.

Elizabeth looked up at her mother once she was called by her nickname. Well one of them anyway she loved her name but just sounded old so she preferred for everyone she was to meet or she fancy called her Lizzy, or even Eliza. "Nothing mother I am just thinking about all the things that the ship has to offer. I am very grateful for you all coming along with me on my trip to be forcly wed to a man I never met. Along with baring his children." Eliza explained still upset but was taught to always find class in your words and actions. So she raised a glass up to her father taking a sip her eyes not leaving his before placing it down giving her mother a wide smile.

The twins looking at each other with grins and gripping onto each others hands trying not to burst out laughing. Their sister was always like this and the twins were firstly the ones ton engage in her and boost her so they could have a show while they eat. Henry just sighed giving her a small huff annoyed with her for continuing to bring something up. "Thank you, for bringing it up because actually! I have a few letters he sent me before your trip. They are waiting in your room." Henry told Elizabeth growing a evil smile on his face as the twins stopped laughing looking over at their older sister and father staring each other down.

The tension was broken by a bell ringing. Everyone's attention instantly looked to the direction it came from. Fenella had rang the bell making her father and sister hopefully stop from ripping each others eyes out. Henry just clearing his throat in response as the waiter came speeding over. "Hendrick. We are ready for the first course. Do you mind telling us what the layout of the meal we will receive today?" Fenella asked politely caring herself with obvious class, Layna giving her a small and thankful nod.

"Ah, yes madame. Today's meal is a black cod brulee. Along with Earl Gray tea, or wine. Which ever you fancy." Hendrick explained quickly and elegantly before giving them a head bow before he walked away as different waiter came wearing the same black uniform holding a shiny silver tray with expensive tea cups setting them down next to their primary plates and utensils.  Before setting down two baskets of rolls on either side of the table so everyone would hopefully be able to reach them.

"Papa, is it true that we will get our own rooms? Because oh I hope so." Keynaria finally spoke up as she went and grabbed a roll from the wooden basket that was placed on her side of the table.

Henry hummed at his daughter taking a sip from the tea sighing happily before smiling at the young girl with a small nod. "Yes everyone will get their own rooms. So their is no need for fighting for closet space my darling, but Fenella and Lizzy will be staying in a different complex not to far from ours." Henry finished explaining setting down the tea cup on its matching small plate they were also given. Elizabeth looking at Fenella while she toke a sip from her cup full of water before turning her head to see a familiar scottish rich boy leaning on the white rails of the ship holding a glass full of champagne as his butler stood beside him. Alaysha looked at her sister to see what or who she was looking at before seeing the back of his head, turning back to her roll. No one was talking so it soon became awkward.

"Alright I'm not gonna try and hide the fact that we will be on this ship for months." Keynaria pointed out huffing bringing all the attention on her, her twin Alaysha just continued to butter her roll obviously listening to her but wasn't gonna just stop doing what she was doing for her. "I would hate it to be the last ship I will ever go on with my sister while she is still our sister." Keynaria added Elizabeth smiling slightly at her sister.

"You won't lose me. I will always be your sister." Elizabeth added before the other girl shook her head.

"No you won't." Alaysha spoke up their father starting to get irritated but just relaxed once Layna placed a hand on his shoulder turning her head to look at her girls with a slightly warning look. "We will be forced back to stay on this boat. You on your way to hollywood! Gonna have a family of your own. When will the next time we will be able to see you ay? When?" Key finished her twin's sentence something they always seemed to do.

"Are you done?" Henry interrupted before Elizabeth could say anything staring at the twins while Layna shook her head at the girls. He was clearly mad that his daughters were speaking of a matter that didn't concern any of them. "This matter speaks about me and your sister. None of you are apart of it so hold your tongue." Henry added raising his voice before the twins just looked down at the floor closing their eyes.

"Ethan my good friend. You know I would love it more if you could tell me and find out as much information as you can about ye're family over there." The scottish boy told him as he cut into his black cod that he had received for his lunch. He was seated near the railing and just sat down a few moments ago before he had gotten his food. The black man sat across from him and was getting the same treatment.

Ethan just was stuffing his face but in a more elegant way. He was feed, and bathed, clothes, just like any other white man and woman would, he would do anything for his master even though he wouldn't be forced to unless he wanted to get fired. Consider him more like a therapist to his problems in a way. "Oh, I don't think you wan't to mess with those ladies sir." Ethan warned whipping his mouth with the white napkin setting it down next to his half finished meal.

"Why is that?" Gillian asked with a very interesting look. Like he was curious, and wanted to know all about them.

"That is the William's family. Henry William comes from a long line of success, he married the woman who was the daughter to the slaves his father originally owned." Ethan started to explain Gillian lifting a brow leaning back in his chair turning his head to look at the table filled with brown woman and a white man. "They had children of course, and they were just a happy family. But their father is very protective of his girls. He got a man arrested by just flirting with one of his girls. The twins, Alaysha and Keynaria. The second eldest Fenella, and then the true trouble maker. Elizabeth the eldest age 18. Stories say she is the hardest to control." Ethan finished explaining giving a slight glance over at the table before taking a sip from the expensive tea cup setting it down before Gillian nodded in response to his story.

"You see Ethan. I actually fancy all of those girls because they are all easily read on my part." Gillian stated before sitting up straight slightly leaning on the table as he raised his brows slightly about to start explaining. "The twins. The youngest I'm guessing. They both are the same mysterious, evil, but also have a couple good bones." He was gonna start pointing out all of the girls just by their body language, and how they seem with their family. "Fenella? Was it?" Gillian asked lifting a brow getting a nod from his friend before Ethan started eating and finished the rest of the black cod brulee. "Fenella William's is the glue of their sister hood but also willing to do anything to get her elder and other sisters. And now Elizabeth. She had quiet the first impression of each other." Gillian finished smirking to himself evilly before sighing happily looking down at his barley un eaten plate before picking it up and trading with Ethan. Letting him have the rest of his knowing he was hungry since they both barley ate all the way from their home.

"Thank you sir." Ethan thanked bowing his head before he started to finish eating his masters plate with a wide smile. "So after your story, and analysis of the William girls. What is your plan sir?" He asked taking a bite of the fish

"Oh it's obvious!" Gillian laughed at Ethan's question before looking over at the table filled with girl making eye contact with Fenella giving her a small warm smile before looking back at Ethan. "I'm going to claim all of them." He said simply with a wide smile.

Fenella couldn't help but watch the light blue eyed man who she had just made eye contact with. Smiling to herself looking down at her white lace gloves that were on her hands. While not feeling Elizabeth staring at her before giving a glance to the man her sister was smiling about not saying anything about it not wanting their father to go say or do something that wasn't polite.
