Blood flowed out of her body, it stained the ground red.

He waited a moment and blinked.
His eyes widened, her body was gone as most of her blood. Another shock, her left blood formed a glowing pentagram ⛧ where a dark aura emitted.

It summoned a dog-like demon creature with terrific killing intent.

"Sword drink my blood" he ordered as the beast attacked. Urd wanted to strike when he finally noticed the presence behind him.

It was Rose who was still alive and charging with a knife at him.

Urd immediately knew that it was not a normal one. He considered if it could kill him. It was two against one but he could dodge quickly.

She stopped moving while the dog creature went behind her growling. "So with the evidence right before our eyes, I ask again what are you? No, that's actually not necessary anymore. You're a magician right?" she didn't move an inch. " Still that's not everything I met countless magicans no one had such skills as yourself. So what are you really? " he pointed his blood-colored sword at her. That was the moment he noticed her red cold eyes. {He saw them somewhere before}

" So? "

" So what?" she said unemotionally.

" How are we going to proceed? Either you tell me what you are and cooperate or you fight and risk causalities," he warned.

He knew that she loved her family, because of them she slaughtered humans and made herself suspicious even though she probably wanted to stay unseen.

Her weapon vanished as her summoned beast did. She came closer, Urd didn't stop pointing at her neck until she touched his sword and slowly began to bleed.

"What are doing?!" he was irritated by her behavior.

"Every time I am 'killed' I feel unspeakable pain. It's exactly what I deserve, what I wanted to feel when I begged you to kill me. I am a filthy being who can't die. Is that the answer you're seeking Urd Geales?" she said while he slowly sheathed his sword. "You.." Rose walked even closer to him and rested one hand on his shoulder with the other she pulled him down. Now they were face to face "I will answer your questions but first..." she closed the distance between them and put her mouth on his lips, he responded immediately.

Their tongues melted into each other. It's been Milena since he felt such strong desire. Then his eyes jumped open he could feel fangs inside of her mouth.

They parted lips as he wanted to question her pointy teeth but she was already at his throat, licking and nipping.

"Hey, you.." he started.

"Give me.. just a little bit... " she sank her fangs into his flesh and began to suck. It seemed that she had exactly like vampires aphrodisiac teeth which made him feel very weak.

{Me too... I also..} he sank down on knees with her as she felt his fangs piercing her skin. The predator and the prey, both feel good when getting their blood drawn but having it at the same time was a thousand time more intense.

After they parted he looked at her face it was still cold but her red eyes turned back. She almost seemed like a  human again.

"... so will you tell me now. Rose," he asked calmly.

She stared at him for a while before she said anything.

"You're not gonna leave me when you find out, will you." she murmured.

"Huh? Leave? Why should I do that?" he asked curious.

"I am cursed that's why." she looked down when he grabbed her shoulders, "You tell to me, a vampire? Don't joke my dear." he said seriously.

"... then I" someone shot the door open. It was Ky.

"Lord Geales! Are you alright! The scent of your blood has..!!" he stopped and saw both of them on the ground covered in each other's blood.

"Ah... I will come back late... Wait! What..." he was interrupted by Rose who showed behind him "What are planning?" Urd asked.

"Kill him obviously," she said emotionless he escaped quickly to Urd after hearing her tone.

"Lord Geales... I was right huh?" he whispered hearable.

"Yeah. Now please make your weapon vanish Rose." he calmly said.

"Alright," she did as asked.

Someone knocked at the closed door "Rose! Are you there?! Urd Geales I will offer my blood in her stead! Please let her go!" Charlie shouted making her emotions return.

"Lord Geales I will go outside let's meet up at another time. It's already late for a human to be out of its house. Farewell." she walked away with the silent approval of the named.

"Lord Geales... may I know what happened"

"I found her. I finally found her."

The bloodstained maiden.
